We had a great experience staying at Ship hotel for a long weekend. The kids were so delighted with the boat and nautical theme of the hotel, a big playground, and a nice clean pool. The service was kind and thoughtful, decorating our room and giving us a cake for my daughter’s birthday and providing kids’ amenities. The staff are friendly. It’s a paradise for kids. The cost was not high, but our kids preferred this hotel to many others. The room is a little old but still in good condition and also has nice touches like a ships’ window, ocean shore carpet, and we had a very nice view. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and there was a pillow menu. Good water pressure in the bathroom and nice bathtub. The hotel is also next door to a ecological park which has boat rides, and about a 10 minute drive to paopao park which is a huge, beautiful recreational area with lakes, lots of grass for picnics, bike paths, gardens and a kids play area. We could’ve easily spent 2-3 days just in paopao park alone. We arrived on Friday night and Saturday morning was quiet at breakfast with few people.

Good location next to interesting parks and centrally located in fengxian. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were effective at solving problems and we got a free room upgrade.

During my recent stay at the Shanghai Ship Shaped Hotel, I found several positives to highlight. Firstly, check-in was a breeze, and the service provided by the staff was commendable throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and friendliness made me feel welcome. Cleanliness was another strong point of this hotel; I didn't encounter any issues in this department. The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for my stay. However, it's worth noting that the hotel's location is quite distant from most attractions in the city, which might not be ideal for travelers seeking a more central base. Additionally, while the rooms were clean, they could benefit from being a bit more spacious. *Free breakfast so that was a plus

Fast check-in, good breakfast including toaster and coffee machine, room was good too, with mini fridge, clean enough and great view to the park. Only the water at the swimming pool was kind of too cold and there is not towels. They have their own beer at the bar. There is an outlet next door. We would go there again.

帶小朋友出遊歸來，要回憶童年，住小時候住過的大船酒店，快樂的玩耍一天，然後回家發現枱燈忘在了酒店，好在聯繫到了酒店服務中心的徐美，她很快就幫忙聯繫找到了，謝謝徐美小姐姐的熱心負責，有機會再相見！大船！

國慶長假和朋友一起出去旅遊，2號入住大船酒店。酒店比較舊，6樓有小朋友玩的地方但是都已經有損壞也沒有人維護，到處都是嘔吐物。客房浴缸裏還有用過的棉簽。衞生做的也不到位。這些都勉強也睜個眼閉個眼了，不來點評了。 晚上在客房正常走路結果被地毯上的鐵銹釘子扎穿拖鞋出血。半夜酒店工作人員陪同去醫院打破傷風針。第二天和負責人處理此事。酒店迴應兩百五十間客房，別人沒事就我們踩到實屬運氣，而且竟然定義為天災人禍。 企業公司沒有任何隱患排查的流程，沒有應急預案，沒有安全管理員，沒有安全負責人。更沒有給住客提供安全保障的前提下還把問題轉移給住客。 面對這種公共場所，艾滋，梅毒，肝炎等各種不確定性的受傷出血。一個豪華型，五星級酒店既不願意承擔責任。也不願意給出任何經濟賠償。衹承擔了一個國產破傷風針費的和掛號費共計100多元。 簡直匪夷所思，超出認知。五星級酒店做的事估計和五線城市招待所差不多的。*******。 已110出警，且走相應法律程序流程。 實事求是，沒有任何添油加醋，供大家引以為戒

應該屬於早期的五星酒店，經過歲月還是顯舊了一些，節假日出行，前台一人辦理入住，一人辦理退房，排隊很久，辦理入住的姑娘很是辛苦，被大媽催和罵，挺可憐的 入住期間正值生日，前台給送了生日小禮物，雖然東西價值不高，但心意體會到了，還是感謝 小朋友甲板上和游泳池可玩的還是有一些的，作為親子酒店，玩1.2天還是推薦的

房間很乾凈，衞生間也很大，有浴缸和淋浴房，各取所需非常好。然後還有泳池、小孩的遊樂場所、酒吧、有乒乓台、桌球枱，一天也玩不過來。酒店的自助晚餐很豐盛👍總之，體驗很好，下次還會來。

上海郊區的五星級酒店。這家酒店是非常值得來體驗一下的，信價比和服務是超級棒的 服務中心的徐美撿到我們落房間的手機充電器，馬上打電話聯繫我們，由於已經出發在路上，而且風大雨大的，她説幫我們快遞回去的，讓我們不要趕來趕去了。 房間乾淨衞生，早餐種類豐富，酒店環境很好 旁邊有個公園。空氣很好，酒店吃飯很方便品種多，停車也很方便，我帶孩子和長者去過多次，還會再去
