The place is AWESOME, loved every moment of my stay there. All the staff are friendly and willing to assist you any time. We stayed extra days there and they helped us well. Did an experience diving the instructors was top, it was a nice time in the water. They will even go extra mile to help with extra things like to help get something in town. Definitely going back to visit again.

Nice beachfront with friendly staffs! Their restaurant is nice too if you’re looking for filipino dishes!

Love this family friendly resort. Their family room is big enough for us 3 adults and 2 kids. We added an extra mattress so my mother doesn’t have to go up and down the stairs. We feel at home instantly. There was a typhoon going around in Philippines but the resort has a restaurant and shops are just a 10min-walk. The pool and dive center is just perfect! The crews are fantastic. Special thanks to Joy who helped to check our reservation, although it was paid through Trip.com. The best part is they are trying to reduce single use plastic by using big bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Better for the environment.

This place goes above and beyond to take care or your gear and your needs. They are very social and all the staff interacts with the guests. The prices are fair and the food is a good value. They take care of the divers and if you need training they can accommodate that too.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Amy and Pedro are such friendly hosts, and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We stayed in one of the "villa" rooms, which gave us extra space to relax, and the private patio had a lovely view. They will help arrange transportation to the resort from Manila, if needed, which in our case made things much easier. The diving is great - ask about the coral trees project! - and I can also recommend the food at their restaurant. The baked goods are especially delicious. It really felt like a home away from home. Hope we can return soon.

Arkipelago was our first stop on a 6 week dive trip through the Philippines, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. From the moment we booked, Amy and Joy were in contact with us, helping arrange the van/ferry/tuktuk/boat needed to get here. Apparently the welcome emails get lost sometimes, so if you book and don't hear from them, reach out. Their help with our transportation was a real stress- reducer. As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us and made sure we felt at home. And every morning when we went down for our breakfast, we were warmly greeted by everyone's smiling (and often singing) faces. We enjoy an immersive vacation experience, so we tried to eat around town for at least one meal for day. But I can honestly say that all of our best meals were right here at Arkipelago, so there's really no reason to ever step offsite. My only complaint is that 1 week wasn't enough time. On our next visit, we'll be sure to leave more time with our friends at Arkipelago.

You ever have a magical encounter where everything just worked out great? You ever visited a place as a stranger and then left feeling like you were leaving a family behind because of all of the hospitality and warmth? You ever see the true boundaries of what caring really means? If you're looking for a place that will automatically adopt you and make you feel like you are home or if it's simply your first time like us, then look no further than Arkipelago. My buddy from Canada was coming down and wanted to do some world-class diving so I did some research for him and for a lot of experienced divers, hands-down, it had to be PG. Then a very close friend of mine recommended Arkipelago and I trusted this bro enough to not question his reco and boy, did it pay off. My diver buddy was in heaven and taking advantage of all the dives he could in the 5 days that we were there. My family doesn't dive but we love beaches and we went island hopping and found 2 cool locations that were good for swimming or taking a dip - White Beach and Haligi Beach. Normally this would be enough for a great review but there's more... My wife and I were going to celebrate our 20th anniversary in a few weeks and I had the idea to surprise her with a romantic 20th wedding anniversary dinner. We planned this dinner in less than 36 hours and all due to the help and expertise of Amy Magsino and her wonderful team and family (Pedro, James and Mia). Amy worked her magic and I could see this was in her DNA to pull stuff like this off. We're talking, special menus that I decided on that were off-menu, decorations and helping with the surprise element, a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, a mango cake that I requested because it was wifey's fave in Manila (similar to Mango Bravo from Conti's) and some classy black pearls to seal the deal. This is what you call going above and beyond our expectations. Many people come back from PG with memories of diving and aquatic adventures, we came home with newfound family and friends. No jokes...FilCan Man tells it as it is...look for Amy and she'll take care of every little detail from transpo to accommodation and dietary needs to protecting you from being overly-approached by beach vendors. Memorable and this will redefine your benchmark on hospitality 100%.

I cannot say enough good things about Arkipelago Divers and Beach Resort. I stayed for 9 days and did 29 dives. The food was great, the service was warm and friendly and the vibe was one of family. Amy and Pedro Magsino have a well-run organization that goes all-out for their guests. I had a second floor pool view room and was very comfortable. The AC was so strong I had it turn it down. I usually went diving with Jay and Nicko. Those guys taught me how to muck dive and shoot macro photos. They identified nudibranchs and other small critters for me to take photos of. James showed me how to optimize my Olympus TG-6 camera for shooting small things. Chris, Lovely and Christine were awesome upstairs in the restaurant and Joy helped edit my pictures and made a really nice short video of my highlights at the end of my trip. I would love to return and bring friends one day. Maraming salamat po!

If you're diving, ask for the trip to Verde Island, which was fantastic! You're going to see lots of fish and feel like diving in an aquarium. You may be able to experience drift diving as well. Special Thanks to Joy and DM Jay!

Another excellent experience with Amy, Pedro and the crew. You can see the continual improvements they make to both the resort itself, the catering and the whole stay/dive experience. Good diving combined with very good service from all levels of staff members, not at all over priced, a great experience.

I had an unbelievable experience at Arkipelago Divers Resort. I'm a new diver and wanted to get a lot of dives under my belt. Over two weeks, I was able go on 42 dives. I got to experience wrecks, shallow reefs, deep canyons, and muck dives. The best thing about it is that all the dive sites are within a 5 minute boat ride. The dive masters are very experienced and always made sure that I was comfortable. The diversity of marine life is incredible and I saw something new on almost every dive. All the staff are wonderful and Amy went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. She even sourced a hard drive for me and also got it to me when I forgot it at the resort (thanks again Amy!). The rooms are clean and the food is tasty and so convenient with everything right at the resort. I will certainly come back and stay again.
