Stunning property and the room was probably one of the most unique and beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in. We were in awe of our bathroom and level of detail in our room and throughout the property, super impressive. Our breakfast at the restaurant was just okay, the coffee was served lukewarm and the dishes we okay, not stellar especially given the price point. Staff was nice, however, my chief complaint is that they were less than flexible seemingly because we booked through Expedia. We were traveling with our two young children arriving off a red eye flight, I requested an early check and when they noticed I booked through a third party site, confirmed it twice and followed that by stating they would not be able to accommodate the request. The hotel was completely desolate, we sat in the un-airconditioned lobby for 3 hours until our tour was scheduled and literally saw two other guests the entire time. The dining room was completely empty as well so it was not a function of having a fully booked property the evening before. I guess my recommendation is to NOT book through a third party site should you have any special requests.

Das Hotel ist schön, voller Luxus und Komfort. Wann immer wir Puebla besuchen, bleiben wir hier. Es ist unglaublich und erfreulich, dass die Rezeption Estela unsere Namen und Geschmacksmuster erinnert. Sie hat immer Details, um uns zu Hause zu fühlen. Manuel Bell Boy ist auch super gepflegt und freundlich, hilft uns immer, unsere Taschen zu nehmen und sorgt sich für die ganze Sache sehr gut. Sicherlich bleibt unsere Wahl, uns in Puebla zu unterhalten. Wir freuen uns, dieses Hotel zu erreichen.

Alles war perfekt, aber ich bat sie immer, zusätzliche Flaschen Wasser in den Raum zu setzen (( sie nicht)) und einmal ich rief Rezeption um Wasser zu bitten, er sagte (( wir laufen aus Trinkwasser, Sie müssen im Geschäft in der Nähe 24/7)) Was ist los mit euch, Jungs??? Kein Wasser??? Sind Sie ernst??

Ich habe hier mehrmals geblieben, da ich mehr und mehr zu Puebla gekommen bin. Ich war dort 2 Nächte in dieser Woche und das Personal war großartig. Ich bin ein Hilton Diamond-Mitglied und sie hatten gute Diamond-Erkennung. Sie haben mich auf eine Ecke Junior Suite (Zimmer 734) aufgebaut, die groß war, da Sie einen großen Blick auf beide Richtungen hatten. Es war geräumig, komfortabel und hatte ein Desktop zu arbeiten. Das Bett war ok und das es funktionierte AC. Obwohl es am Nachmittag wirklich zu drängen, um das Zimmer bei der Temperatur zu halten, die ich wollte. In der Nacht funktionierte es immer gut. Es scheint nur zu kämpfen, wenn es die heißesten und sonnigsten ist während des Tages. Das könnte gelöst werden, wenn man die Fenster öffnen kann, aber man kann es nicht. Das einzige, was nicht funktioniert war, ist das Kühlschrank. Sie sollten sie wirklich wieder arbeiten. Ich bin nicht sicher, wenn sie nicht wegen COVID, aber das Kühlschrank hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Sie hatten einen elektronischen Arbeitsschrank, der bequem war. Dusche Druck funktionierte gut und viel heißes Wasser. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit war nicht so schnell, aber es funktionierte. Es scheint, sie verbessern immer die Lobby. Sehr guter Eindruck von diesem Hotel, kostengünstiger, besser und günstiger als der Flughafen Mexico City. Nun, der Flughafen ist für Anschlussflüge. Es gibt einen Bus vom Flughafen Mexiko-Stadt nach Puebla. Es dauert zehn Minuten, um aus dem Bus auszusteigen und ein Taxi zum Hotel zu nehmen. Der Verkehr ist sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist lokal, aber Rührei und Brokkoli sind sehr gut für den chinesischen Magen geeignet. Hahaha Die Früchte sind sehr frisch. Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer beinhaltet kein Frühstück. Wir haben die Karte morgens bezahlt. Die Kellner sind sehr gut, aber nicht viel Englisch, aber die grundlegende Kommunikation ist immer noch kein Problem?
