Hotel is located in the middle of Puchong business center. Near to various food places. Overall, is a great choice. Easy checkout too.

Comfortable bed and good toiletries. Fresh 😊 Many restaurants within walking distance.

Room was clean but noticed the amenities ie toiletries were changed and reduced since our last day few months ago. Many eateries behind the hotel , which was within walking distance. Soon Hing was recommended. Roasted meats were yummy.

The bedsheet not so clean and a bit yellowish, the check in is slow as only 1 person working, the air con is not cold enough as well we ask for technician to fix it but not really improve a lot. But the breakfast is fantastic alot of choices.

Not the first time to stay at the hotel but it was a bad experience this round… old, least maintenance… shouldn’t be there again unless necessary

Ver nice rooms and very clean hotel. Breakfast variety was good and food was good too

nothing fantastic. The bed is comfortable, but the toilet design was so badly done that each time after the shower, it's flooding at the supposedly dry area. The toilet paper is not conveniently located next to the toilet bowl, you have to turn the waist quite a bit to reach the toilet paper. but if I have to be in that area, I will still book this hotel again. having to say that, if you don't need to be near this area, there are more hotel options at any other place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Businesses trip, close to a lot of restaurants and eating place, but facilitates are bit old.

Will choose again in coming holiday

This is honestly one of my worst experiences staying in a Four Points hotel. On the first day I arrived (around 8:30 pm), I was already disappointed. The receptionist wasn’t friendly at all, and I noticed fr her name tag that she was an intern. Still, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt until I entered my room. First, the air conditioning wasn’t cold. But the real shock came when I found out the water heater wasn’t working. What made it worse was that the hotel staff already knew about this issue b4 my check-in, yet they didn’t bother to inform me or make any special arrangements. That night, I couldn’t take a proper shower bcos there was no hot water. The next morning, the problem was still there. I reported it to the receptionist again, and they sent an engineer, only for him to confirm that the water was indeed not hot. And that was it. No fix, no alternative room, nothing. I had no choice but to shower with cold water. Originally, I had booked 5D4N in Shanghai, but after this experience, I immediately cancelled the rest of my stay. I will never return to this hotel again. Goodbye, Four Points.
