Rizzi Aquacharme Hotel & Spa

Low season so there were not many guests. The tiny spa in the hotel was 25 Euro extra for 2hrs. They started heating the sauna and steam room when we asked so they really never got really by the time we had to leave. Book a couple hours before you go and make sure they preheat. Breakfast was minimal basic Italian fare. Room was clean and the cleaning lady was really nice. Front desk was nice depending on who was working. Enjoyed looking at all the artwork on the walls that left me scratching my head.

Very good hotel with parking, good breakfast and dinner. Spa very comfortable. In a cental location not so far from Terme and railroad station Staff very usefull Rate correct for the service I suggest to all travellers.

Firstly the superior room was decent, but the basic rooms certainly weren't - dark and thin walled. We stayed for a week on full board and the food was poor - at the start of the week there were some OK meals but by the end when the hotel was full it was terrible. Breakfast is basic (nothing hot) and the staff were nice, though the guy who took over serving us in the evening was surly and his main focus seemed to be to get us out by 9pm - the English translations of the menu were often hilarious ('Gurnard with Crazy water' anyone?), so it was often a dodgy voyage of discovery which I'd rather not have taken - I ended up with a plate of salami and raw onion for my last dinner main course.... The spa is pretty small but the pool is Ok. The bar is in a thoroughfare and not manned. There are clearly better more modern 3* hotels and given we will be back to the town I certainly will be going there rather than here!

Where to start... The whole experience was sublime. Such a tranquil, relaxing atmosphere with tremendously brilliant staff, so welcoming and accommodating and friendly. Their warmth was wonderful and started from the second we arrived. The suite was gorgeous and the bed was amazing! Every day the room was serviced to perfection. Slept so well. The food selection seemed never ending with so much choice of both hot and cold dishes along with the numerous yummy desserts. I took advantage of the Spa. The pool is great and the hot tub is well worth a try as you relax whilst taking in the views. The massage and pampering facilities were also top notch. All in all, a great relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

This is a family run hotel and we were on full board for 2 weeks whilst visiting the area. The food was delicious. I was particularly grateful to the staff when I had to extend my stay in Italy due to Covid, and the staff looked after me really well. A huge thank you to the team for making a week's isolation comfortable.

Hotel pulito ed accogliente. Un po' datato all'interno in alcune aree, avrebbe bisogno qualche miglioria (moquette, tappeti, parquet non da 4 stelle) ma comunque ben tenuto. Servizi scarsi: - personale alla reception voto 7, gentili e disponibili - personale di sala al ristorante voto 5, impreparati, poco empatici, molto improvvisati - personale alla colazione voto 0, completamente assenti Colazione voto 6, nella media, nulla di particolare, poche informazioni su cibi e bevande Ristorante voto 5, mediocre, non da 4 stelle.

ABBIAMO USUFRUITO DELLA SPA E DEL SERVIZIO RISTORANTE. SPA CONTENUTA MA C'E' TUTTO L'ESSENZIALE - OTTIMA IDEA LA STANZA DEL FIENO. PERSONALE MOLTO GENTILE E DISPONIBILE. BENE IL SERVIZIO RISTORANTE. LA TERRAZZA SOLARIUM HA OTTIME POTENZIALITA' POICHE' HA UNA VISTA FANTASTICA, DOVREBBE PERO' ESSERE PIU' CURATA.

Je n’ai pas eu la présence d’esprit de lire les avis avant de réserver des chambres dans cet hôtel. Alors lisez bien cela avant de réserver. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été refroidis par l’endroit où est situé l’hôtel ainsi que l’aspect extérieur qui ne laisser rien augurer de bon. L’accueil par une jeune femme parlant Français fut sympathique. Par contre, personne ne nous a accompagné dans nos chambres pour nous donner les informations de fonctionnement. L’intérieur de l’hôtel est vraiment vieux et abimé, surprenant pour un 4 étoiles. Les plafonds sont tachés de grosses auréoles et les plaques se soulèvent. L’ambiance est très glauque et on a l’impression d’être dans un film d’horreur 😅. Les chambres, nous avions choisi l’exécutive… ce n’est pas net du tout, ça sent la cigarette, le renfermé. Tapis avec trou de cigarette, canapé taché, mur rayé. Douche avec pas mal de moisi sur les côtés bas. Les produits de douche sentent mauvais. Nous étions en balade et à notre retour il faisait nuit, nous avons eu accès au garage…. Vraiment dégoûtant ! Ils pourraient faire venir une entreprise et faire un gros nettoyage. Arrivés à l’accueil j’ai demandé de l’eau… il y a eu hésitation un moment avant de l’obtenir. Ouf… On arrive dans les chambre et les lumières n’arrêtaient pas de s’éteindre et s’allumer… j’ai appelé mais le jeune homme de l’accueil n’a pas daigné venir nous aider… Nous nous sommes couchés et je pensais que les fenêtres étaient restées ouvertes tellement c’était bruyant… réveillés à 2h du matin par des crois de jeunes dans la rue pendant une bonne demi-heure…. Le petit déjeuner 🙄 tables sales…. À moitié mise en place… le pain était frais et bon sinon rien de particulier…. Bref… nous devions passer 2 nuits et nous avons décider de ne pas rester… on a évidemment tout payé… et pas une question à la réception… ça doit être courant 😅 Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Dommage de ne pas améliorer les choses.

Cibo buono , camerieri genti anche se ho sentito cose spaventose ,camere bellissime,posto bellissimo e accogliente,vicini di camera silenziosi mi sono divertito tanto velo consiglio anche se i dolci non sono buoni ,pure un signore ci spiava
