Das Hotel und der Spa waren wunderbar. Das Essen und die Unterhaltung waren subpar. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel und schön dekoriert, das Hotel war sauber, der Spa war erstaunlich (hohempfehlen Sie die Gesichter). Das Essen war nicht groß, der Barservice nicht groß. Es war ein kalter, kranker Tag, so war es ein langsamer Nachmittag, aber immer noch erwartet, einen guten Service zu erhalten. Wir wurden von dem Bartender zum größten Teil ignoriert. Der Service war gut, aber es war klar, dass die Wächterin nicht mit dem ”neuen Menü” vertraut war. Das neue Menü selbst muss bearbeitet werden, da die Beschreibungen nicht konsistent sind. Der ”Wassermelon mojito” enthält überhaupt keine Wassermelon, und wenn ich mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf die Beschreibung gelegt hatte, beschreibt es eigentlich überhaupt keine Wassermelon. Mehrere der Lebensmittel-Objekte beschrieben nicht, ob Seiten enthalten oder nicht, was veränderte, wie wir unsere Lebensmittel bestellt. Der Panfried-Haddock war komplett mit Eiern beschichtet, die ich ausspülen musste, und es sagte nicht, es beinhaltete Gemüse, so bestellte ich einen Salat, und als es kam, hatte es eine Seite von Gemüse. Die Unterhaltung war ziemlich talentiert, aber es wurde als zwei verschiedene Sänger angekündigt und es gab in der Tat nur einen, der eine Stunde später als angekündigt begann. Von unseren 4 Tagen auf der Insel war es weitgehend das schlimmste Essen, soweit wir nicht einmal störten, die versuchen, die Frühstück, wir sind gerade am Morgen verlassen. Ich hoffe, die Menüfragen werden gelöst, so dass die Besucher dort eine große Gesamterfahrung haben können.

Nice comfortable hotel but ruined bypossibly the cheapest lowest quality free breakfast I have ever had. No orange juice, fake eggs, fake potatoes, low quality coffee, mystery sausage, small pastries that tasted uncooked, fake syrup for the waffles.

We were looking for a nice, clean place to stay in Summerside and came across the very positive reviews for the Cairns Motel and Sunny Isle Motel (same owner) here on TripAdvisor. The reviews were accurate! Very nice, very clean modern rooms equipped with everything you need for your stay: good sized mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, nice furniture, comfortable beds and soft bedding, 3 pillows per bed with extra soft blankets. We stayed at the Sunny Isle and the grounds are beautiful with lots of trees, many Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and a gazebo with wicker furniture. Since we are travelling for a couple of weeks, we were happy that they had a laundry room for guests. The owner was very kind and pleasant and quick to answer our questions and help us out! I highly recommend either of these motels!
