Attention ⚠️ Attention ⚠️ Attention ⚠️ New hotel that has only been open for a few months on the outskirts of Prato, among popular buildings mostly inhabited by foreigners perhaps with regular residence permits; so much so that arriving on Dominica 25, with our car loaded with samples with which we work, despite having booked on the evening of Saturday 24, we didn't feel like staying there for safety reasons. Unfortunately, the info reported on Booking regarding the possibility of parking did not specify that it was unattended public parking and the girl with whom we booked in turn did not clarify the lack of safe parking on the phone, becoming aware of the risk to whom we would be exposed once to the desk we asked the girl if they could park in front of the entrance door of the small structure and she told us that the next day at 5:00 in the morning the urban garbage would pass, so it was impossible to leave the car there. While we were making the decision with my partner whether to stay or not, the girl on the phone answered that there were free rooms and we could book. At this point, deeming it safer to go to a safer hotel without having created inconvenience of missing reservations from other customers, we parted with the girl with the commitment on her part to speak to the property or the manager today, Monday 26 June and see what was possible to do about the reservation which at that point we understood that it had already been paid, having given us the card details at the request of the desk as a guarantee, instead they issued a pre-order which if for any reason in customer could not go or stay they withdraw the value of one night. For your protection, we advise you to carefully check the conditions that the structure applies to you, because they have no attention or sensitivity to the actual needs of the customer. The classic speculative structure where the customer is something to speculate on even if in difficulty, because they hide behind laws and rules that authorize them to withdraw your money without doing anything. Even if the service from them was not provided and our reservation did not create any damage, being the structure half empty.

Dies ist eine hervorragende Option, in der Nähe von Florenz zu bleiben. Es ist 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof wach. Das Hotel ist super sauber und ist nach den amerikanischen Standards. Wir sind um 11:30 Uhr am Bahnhof Prato angekommen, weil die Überschwemmungen in Bologna ohne Taxis vor Ort und der Kerl vom Front Desk, wenn die zusätzlichen Meile und wann wir in der Station Super Service! ... die Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel war ausgezeichnet... Ich empfehle es voll und ganz, da die Hotels in Florenz viel teuer sind

The Italian summer you are dreaming of! The hotel is located in the heart of Tuscany and you can visit a lot of great smaller and bigger towns within one hour by car. Talking about the hotel itself it offers an awesome combination of modern architecture combined with classic Italian design. The rooms are very big, super clean and modern. Pros: - Awesome design - Perfect service all over the hotel - Great pool area with a lot of space and a nice pool bar - Great breakfast with a well balanced combination of buffet and alla cart - Lovely dining experience with a large selection of wines - Good location in the heart of Tuscany - A lot of Italian guests creating a very local experience Cons: - NONE Arrival: 10/10 At the time of our arrival we were warmly welcomed and parking is free. Also the reception team directly asked about anything the can assist us with making our stay even more beautiful and creating an unique experience. Either you can choose from a lot of activities or ask the lovely service team to create you more unique fully customized experiences. Rooms: 10/10 The room was nicely prepared and has a perfect view. We are having an room on the first level (room 26) and can totally recommend it. Some large rooms also offering a terrace or balcony. Breakfast: 10/10 Perfect breakfast with a large selection of international and local dishes. The buffet serves a well balanced combination of fresh fruits, bread, nuts and varying local cakes. At the table you can offer a large selection of dishes and drinks like freshly made orange juice. Pool: 10/10 Large pool with a lot of space, overall not crowded with a lot of privacy due to the large area. Overall: 10/10 We are currently still staying at the hotel but this is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever visited. It creates a very luxurious local Italian feeling with perfect service. We recently stayed here for 4 days with our two kids and loved every bit of it. The rooms were spacious and super comfy, especially the beds – we all slept like logs! The breakfast was a hit with lots of choices for everyone, even our picky eaters. What really made our stay special was how friendly the staff was. They were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Manager Alessandro was always keen to check on our well being and comfort. In short, this place is awesome for families. Great rooms, yummy breakfast, and super nice people. We’re definitely coming back!

****DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.**** Should have paid attention to the reviews. Mass of party guests arriving by 7pm. Full blown wedding reception by 8pm. Went out for dinner and came back to a night club party by 10pm. Just like other reviews stated, this place is obviously an event hosting location first, masquerading as a hotel second. I waited until half past midnight before asking what time the noise would be over because we were being kept awake. I was told 'about another half hour'. The party continued on past 1am and was then followed by a cleaning crew that rattled dishes, clashed bottles together and voices echoed long into the night cleaning up after all the party goers. Still lying awake, I heard the AC in my room turn off somewhere around 2am - the last thing keeping me comfortable. Woke up to grounds keepers mowing lawns promptly at 0800 outside my window that was now open because I had no AC. Aside from the night club outside my window at 1am, the rest of the hotel didn't impress either. I took a swim in the pool which was nice until you looked at the pool bottom and sides with alge uncleaned. The pool deck was abysmal. Empty liquor bottles, pop bottles, and water bottles littered about, sun beds in dissaray, wet towels still laying on deck chairs, dirty ash trays and not a soul to be seen. The pool was cool and refreshing and deep. Nice to swim I guess. Wi-Fi was mediocre. The staff was also peculiar. Check in desk answering the phone in between trying to check us in - rude, no friendly greeting or welcome, asked for a bottle opener for our room and reception didn't want to give us one so told us they needed to open our wine for us instead, told to get wine glasses from the bar but bar attendant looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked for 2 wine glasses. It's unfortunate, the hotel grounds are quite beautiful and there is a ton of potential. Rooms are small but I found them clean. Bathroom is small but clean. Continental breakfast was acceptable. The BEST part of this story if you're still reading, is at checkout. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction (no one cared to ask how my stay was before asking for payment) the reception didn't even blink an eye. There was ZERO remorse or empathy or literally any physical sign of care. Not even so much as an apology. I mentioned the issues I had and was told repeatedly there was nothing to be done except told to speak to a manager who wasn't available of course. When I asked the reception if all other guests should just be expected to deal with others partying and not having any regard for the time of the evening, I was told 'Yes'. Please Please don't bother staying here. It's just not worth it. Congratulations to the bride and groom, hope your stay was enjoyable - mine wasn't. Wish I could post the video here I took at 1am of your party from my bedroom window. Astonishingly poor stay, avoid avoid avoid.

Ich habe hier mit einer Gruppe besucht, um das Puccini Opera Festival zu sehen. Das Hotel ist mit schönem Personal und einem großen Pool unspottbar sauber. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet - breite Auswahl, Obst, gekochte Eier, Fleisch usw. und viele davon. Mein einziges Kabel war mit dem ersten Satz Abendessen - ein armer Hühnerbein und ein paar Chips. Aber unser Tourführer klagte und das zweite Satz Essen war ausgezeichnet. Diese Beschwerde scheint schon vorher gegeben worden - und nicht immer beachtet worden. Villa Capuggi ist ein so schönes Hotel, dass ich mich wundere, warum sie manchmal stinken - auch wenn die Kosten der Lebenskrise auch hier Auswirkungen haben. Nur ein wenig Luxus und das wäre das perfekte italienische Hotel.

Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella entfernt. Sie können auch mit einer Straßenbahn vom Busbahnhof kommen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sauber und ich schätze es, dass auch Gäste im Schlafsaal Annehmlichkeiten wie Seife, Handtücher und Handtücher kostenlos nutzen können. Da es jedoch keine Küche gibt, könnte es für Leute, die ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten möchten, etwas schwierig sein.

Villa Castiglione is located on one of the hills surrounding Florence, it is a peaceful and quiet place surrounded by villas and vines. Converted monastery now features artistically decorated interiors. Rooms are just spacious enough for a lovely stay, with ensuite modern bathroom. It is as seen on photos, clean and the staff speak English - even though they appear a bit slow and bored, they were friendly and very helpful, as well as offering advice on travel. Parking is free on the premises but be prepared for narrow windy road to reach the place. Breakfast has enough variety, but don't expect healthy options, it is generally pastries, yoghurt, cereal and eggs. Great coffee, as this is Italy, of course. Dinner is officially served from 7.30 but nobody started serving until 8pm and the menu is rather limited, lacking simple options for tired travellers such as soup or salad - and it was expensive, considering value for money. All in all, this was a great find and we can recommend the Villa.
