Can’t describe how much I love this place!! Highly recommend this hotel. The design of the hotel is excellent! The service is excellent as well! All staffs are modest and friendly.

Nice view and so natural to stay inside and relax with fresh air from nature.

整個酒店度假式的， 在郊區，安靜原生態，喜歡逛街，愛熱鬧的慎選。和之前住的市內酒店比，服務員非常羞澀，衹保留必要溝通，比如我不説給我倒點水，就讓我直接點飲料。 套餐裏有當季水果，我不問就當不知道。房間很大，當地風情，開窗即是景。不過給我們安排的房間估計很久沒人住了，有蜘蛛網，保險櫃沒電，灰塵很大，住兩晚，第二晚直接沒有evening cleaning。

房間有飛蟲，離市區較遠，環境好，服務好。房間大，但燈光較暗，空調不太好調節，其他都還不錯，有野趣 免費每日下午茶:好 每日特別午餐:好

很漂亮，很安靜，服務很好！

與好友一同出行，本來擔心酒店位置偏僻，容易有蚊蟲，到了才發現酒店內外的環境都超級棒，餐食亦很有特色😃預訂時備註了做除蟲處理，也很貼心地滿足了🥰

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Mane. Das Hotel Team versucht einem alle Wünsche zu erfüllen (Danke an Ms Poch und das gesamte Team) . Die Zimmer sind in einzelnen Villen untergebracht und großzügig gestaltet. Das Badezimmer ( Waschbecken) ist im Zimmer integriert sowie die Badewanne, Dusche und Toilette sind jedoch abgetrennt. Betten empfanden wir als sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von der Stadt, bietet aber jederzeit einen Shuttle für seine Gäste an, so dass dies für uns kein Problem war. Essen ist sehr schmackhaft, besonders die lokalen Gerichte sind empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine All Inclusive Villa, was wir als sehr praktisch empfunden hatten, da wir einen eigenen Fahrer für uns hatten. Mr. Savon hat uns zu allen Orten gebracht, die wir gerne sehen wollten und wir haben uns bei ihm im Auto immer sicher gefühlt und auch viel über Land und Leute erfahren. Sehr schön auch die gekühlten feuchte Waschlappen und das gekühlte Wasser wenn man von einer Tour zurück zum Auto kam. Auch abends fuhr er uns für den Zirkus in die Stadt und wartete bis wir wieder heim wollten: Top!!! Wir haben uns vom Hotel einen lokalen/offiziellen Guide buchen lassen: Mr Voath kannte sich hervorragend aus und konnte uns jede Menge Informationen und Geschichte zu den Tempeln erzählen. Auch sind wir mit ihm über lokale Märkte geschlendert und haben die Floating Villages besucht: man fühlte sich mit ihm super sicher und konnte so noch mehr Einblicke in das wirkliche Leben in Kambodscha bekommen. Super interessant und ein sehr empfehlenswerter Guide! Fragt nach ihm! Sehr gut und erholsam auch die Massagen im Spa! Fazit: wer nicht unbedingt in der Stadt wohnen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Der Aufenthalt im Mane Hariharalaya war vermutlich der Schönste und Unvergesslichste den wir bisher geniessen durften. Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir von Lan Barang mit einer aussergewöhnlichen Herzlichkeit kontaktiert. Und wir wurden von ihm und seinem ebenso liebenswerten und aufmerksamen Staff bis zu unserer Abreise gleichermassen verwöhnt. Das ganze Personal, vom Empfang über den Service, die Küche, dem Spa, der Raumpflege bis zur Gartenpflege, war mit Hingabe für unser Wohl besorgt. Zusammen mit der friedlichen Lage und der geschmackvoll gebauten Anlage mit den überaus grosszügigen Zimmern in den Villen wir und dieser Aufenthalt noch lange in bester Erinnerung bleiben.

"We were staying at this hotel for 6 nights for a dream holiday as it looks beautiful and I expect probably is. The hotel were very good at arranging tours via email and keeping in contact with us etc. One week before we left for Cambodia a few days ago we were informed that the hotel was being renovated and closed and we would have to move hotels. Our booking luckily was pay at the property so we hadn't paid. We were upset after two months planning our dream trip there but accepted that these things sometimes happen albeit very last minute. "Herewith, we would like to notify you that your reservation at Mane Hariharalaya has been confirmed correctly. However, we feel sorry to inform you regarding your reservation, in which we have to close our hotel for urgent renovation during that period. In response, we are delighted to apprise you that we have our sister property named Mane Family Vacation, and your reservation moved there. Consequently, you will stay at Mane Family Vacation with the room type Two-Bedroom Home instead of Mane Hariharalaya. Moreover, the benefits you will receive are still the same as you would get at Mane Hariharalaya. Also we would like to offer you one-time one hour each of massage during your stay." The benefits at the hotel were to be; "- Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival - Daily Breakfast - Daily Afternoon Tea - Daily Round Trip to Town (1 time per day) - Daily Four-set Khmer Lunch (Exclusive drinks) - Daily complimentary seasonal fruit platter from Mane Farm - Complimentary check-in and check-out services (subject to availability)" When we got to the sister hotel we were told we would not receive any of these benefits and the restaurant in a muddy field was now closed completely but we could use an app to get food delivered in or move to a different THIRD hotel! It was disgusting to be treated like this. The management at Mane Hariharilaya when we asked to speak to them on the phone were conveniently unavailable. I believe they are overbooked and full and needed us to leave as we were staying too long but to lie and move you to a muddy hotel with no facilities is something I have never experienced in 30 years of travelling the world. I have never wished to leave bad feedback and haven't before but it's a warning about the hotel which I am sure is probably nice and was why we waste to stay here. As travellers reading reviews you have to go through what is positive and negative and make decisions based on fact and gut. This is simply to make you aware that this particular hotel let us down very badly at the last minute and have not addressed our concerns. It's not written out of bitterness and we have not lost anything financially fortunately but just as a warning. We are VERY happy in our new hotel and will enjoy this beautiful country and people."

Wonderful calm and peacefullness with the fully in Wood Blockhouse Made my time of Recovery from West. Greatly mindfull staff and vast selection of Gourmet goods with in a short pleasant stroll along a Lake. Very very Special Location. Thanks to Mrs Mane's stylish comforting style

This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the sense of space after a few days staying in the centre of Siem Reap. We were staying in a family villa with pool and it was great. We enjoyed cycling to breakfast and to the pools, and the kids took kayaks out on the lake too. It is located a way out of town, but the hotel provide a daily complimentary tuk tuk service so we used that to travel in for dinner which worked well. Would definitely recommend

The hotel is just amazing. The villas are great and the surroundings are simply beautiful and calm. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy being in Cambodia and the kindness it has to offer. Our assistant Many and her team made us feel at home all the time and helped us with everything we needed. One of the best hotels we have ever been to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pure Cambodian perfection from the moment we arrived and until departure. I was seeking a perfect authentic Khmer getaway for my partners birthday and our anniversary together. The Mane Hariharalaya was the perfect choice, we were upgraded to a pool suite and their team, led by Mrs. Many Chan decorated our room beautifully, with balloons and flowers, while their chef prepared the most delicious Khmer meal we have tasted since our three weeks in this incredible country. The bicycles we borrowed brought us to unspoiled parts of the Siem Reap countryside. Truly unforgettable and we are truly grateful for this experience which should not be missed by any who want to see the countryside while experiencing world class service and dining 🙏🏼
