Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht direkt an touristischen Orten, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht, wie Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und viele andere. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich, besonders der Rezeptionist namens Antonin. Er empfahl das gute Restaurant und die gute Bar, die alle perfekt sind! Er ist wirklich hilfreich.

Das Zimmer war gut, aber hinter dem Bett war es nicht sauber, die Lage ist sehr gut in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs

Gute Lage in der Nähe von vielen kleinen storrs. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Rezeption schien unterbesetzt zu sein und Verwirrung über ein kostenloses Getränkegeschenk. Sehr schöne Dusche.

Some rooms have no windows and it's almost impossible to stay there. Location not fantastic. Breakfast and the personal which were serving it was amazing. Thank you ladies, for that.

The staff are nice and friendly. Near in both bus and tram station.

Back after a year. Accommodation was in the building accross the street. Breakfast was above average. Location near tram/bus not far from centre.

Etwas enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war leider etwas schmuddelig und macht den Eindruck etwas Sanierungsbedürftig zu Sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet nicht besonders viel Auswahl, hungern muss hier jedoch niemand. Die Hotelbar ist, aufgrund sowohl der Geräuschkulisse, sowie auch wegen des unerfahrenen Barpersonals nicht zu empfehlen. Das Personal macht einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck und ist sehr Hilfsbereit.

Schönes Hotel. Im Zentrum der Stadt Zizkov. Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Prag.

The hotel is adequate. There isn't enough seating in The Breakfast Lounge during busy times in the morning. The rooms are adequate. The hotel staff's English isn't the best, which leads me to my next point. I had booked a I stay with the hotel from February 9th until February 16th because I needed an affordable place to stay near the Karlin Theater where I was to audition. I left to go visit my sister in the UK on February 13th to return on the 15th. I told the receptionist that I was not checking out and that I was coming back. However, I returned on the 15th to find that all of my items that I left in the room had been thrown away. Including some very expensive coats and my computer. After haggling with the hotel manager who said that he was going to go put it under investigation has not reimbursed me for the items that were thrown away despite Hotel policy saying that they should keep items found in the room for 3 months in lost and found. Which leads me to believe that those items were stolen out of my room and someone is walking around wearing and using my things. Incredibly frustrated and still seeking legal action against this hotel.

Great location - 10 minute walk from the main railway station. Room was clean big and spacious. Breakfast there was a good variety, we went down at 07:30 each day apart from our final morning and there were only a few others presents and plenty of food. Staff were friendly and there was a luggage storage room. the rooms were lovely and warm. 20 walk to the main city centre. Plenty of shops nearby including two Lidi's and a burger joint. Only negatives no hook for the shower and on our last day we went down for breakfast at 09:30 and there were not tables and a queue for seats we left and returned and there wasn't much food left, we weren't too fussed as we were leaving and the previous days went earlier. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We spent some nights in this old hotel. Rooms and bath rooms need to be restaured. Breakfast is reasonably acceptable. This hotel Is located not very close to the city center. Noise level Is limited, Unfortunately there is no air conditioning.

Friendly staff excellent breakfasts and good for public transport. Warm and pretty clean. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, warm, excellent breakfast, convenient location with ample nearby restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the main city centre. Good cheap tram service nearby. Helpful staff who will also book a taxi for you to and from the airport although better to phone them than send an email. Overall a great hotel.
