Very convenient location, walking distance to the old town and the national theatre. Good selections of restaurants are around too. Breakfast is not bad, variety of selections. Orange juice and apple juice are not up to standard as other comments described. Coffee is just standard. Other than that the breakfast is all fine. As a 4-star hotel you get what you expected.

Special room type we have , nice location actually, just the area a bit messy but still is a good location to most of the vacation point .

Das Hotel ist super schön und sehr zentral gelegen. Personal unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hört man die Straßenbahn doch schon ziemlich. Aber das ist der einzige negative Punkt. Ansonsten Hotel jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen.

Super Frühstück, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut top. Sehr zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz dessen sehr ruhig, da unser Zimmer zum Hinterhof gelegen war. Das gesamte Personal sorach gut englisch, sodass die Kommunikation kein Problem darstellte. Frühstück war sehr gut, mit wechselnden Angebot. Für einen Städtetrip würde ich dieses Hotel immer weiterempfehlen.

War wirklich gut, für den Preis viel mehr als wir erwartet hatten.

Sehr gute Lage, neben der U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Sie können praktisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Prag zu Fuß erreichen. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es Restaurants, Geschäfte und ein Einkaufszentrum. Gute Aufmerksamkeit vom Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und mit modernen Möbeln. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar klein, aber mehr als ausreichend abwechslungsreich, von guter Qualität und Sauberkeit. Zum Frühstück können Sie in 3 verschiedenen Räumen Platz nehmen. Um den Aufenthalt zu wiederholen.

I had a bad experience about the room key card charge when we checked out. The hotel provided 4 key cards for my family. When we checked out, we noticed that a key card was lost. The manager asked euro 5 for a key card. Euro 5 is not a big deal for me but I travele around the world and stay in the hotels 50-60 days/ year. No hotel asks for the key card if we lost it. If the manager thinks $5 key card is very important cost for them, please must remind the guest" Don't lose it" when they check in. After receiving $5, please must issue a receipt to prove the money goes to the hotel and not to ???'ｓpocket. The streetcar line is next to the hotel. You can hear the noisy all day long. If the streetcar noisy bother you, please don't stay in this hotel.

Room was clean and warm (we went in January!). Breakfast was varied and fresh every morning. There are different options which is great. Check-in was easy and quick. Service was good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and quiet, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The room was well-equipped, and the pleasant fragrance added a delightful touch to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with everything we needed.

Perfect location - less than two minutes’ walk from the metro line from the airport, and very close to the riverside, old town and shops/dining. The room was quiet, modern, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was just lovely, and the staff were all extremely friendly. My daughter left some earrings in the room which were kindly sent to us in the UK by Youssef from the reception team. We will definitely be back as a family. A lovely hotel in a beautiful city.
