Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt an dieser Stelle und beides war ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich, was sich in diesen Tagen selten fühlt. Zimmer sind auch sehr sauber. Die AC/Wärme hat auch eine konstante Fanoption, die ich liebe. Viele Parkplätze und Frühstück sind gut. Sie dienen auch bis zu 10 in der Woche. Mein einziger Grund, nicht 5 Sterne zu geben, ist der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr niedrig und es dauert wahrscheinlich dreimal so lange, um meine Haare zu waschen.

Es liegt hauptsächlich in der Nähe des internationalen Flughafens Dulles, und es gibt alle halbe Stunde einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen, was sehr praktisch ist.

Das Fairfield Inn & Suites Dulles Airport Chantilly ist ein anständiges Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens Dulles und im Zentrum von Nord-Virginien. Ich habe im letzten Jahr mindestens eine Nacht pro Woche geblieben und bin aus vielen Gründen immer wieder zurückgekommen. Eines ist die Qualität der Dienstleistungen, die sowohl Nassir am Abend im Vorderbüro und Sandra am Morgen während des Frühstücks in ihrem Lounge angeboten. Diese beiden Mitarbeiter gehen immer oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Gast anerkannt und mit allen Anfragen unterstützt wird. Nassir hat konsequent auf meine Zimmeranfragen aufmerksam gemacht, um sicherzustellen, dass alle meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden und bietet hervorragende Kundenservice. Sandra sorgt immer dafür, dass Frühstücksartikel verfügbar sind, Gäste gegrüßt werden, und sie sorgt auch dafür, dass sie nach dem Frühstück mit einem Lächeln auskommen. Ein kleines Zeichen der Anerkennung, das ich sie gesehen habe, ist, jedem Gast nach dem Frühstück einen kleinen Süßigkeiten zu geben und ihnen einen großen Tag wünschen. Das sieht man nicht oft in einem Fairfield Inn, aber in höheren Hotels, wo die Aufmerksamkeit auf Details immer relevant ist. Diese beiden Mitarbeiter verdienen wirklich viel Kredit für die Arbeit, die sie tun. Ungeachtet der Kritik an anderen Bewertungen dieser Immobilie, wenn ein Mitarbeiter oberhalb und über die oberste und oberste Stelle geht, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste anerkannt und fair behandelt werden, macht es einfacher, auf diese Immobilie zurückzukommen. Ich empfehle es sehr und werde weiter zurückkehren, weil diese beiden Mitarbeiter lieben, was sie tun.

Wir waren in dem Außengebäude weit von dem Büro/Lobby entfernt, obwohl es viele leere Zimmer in der Nähe. Hat eine Katze unseren Spaziergang auf den Treppen gestoppt und der Besitzer in einem Auto in der Nähe sagte uns die Katze wohnte dort?? Das Zimmer war nicht nur alt, mit scharfem Wandpapier beginnt zu schütteln, sondern das Badezimmer war nicht viel besser. Untere Linie habe ich nicht sicher gefühlt, um das Gebiet zu gehen. Das Front Desk war nicht willkommen. Ich fand es auch interessant, dass sie mich nie zu einer Bewertung kontaktiert haben.

We arrived late around 10:30pm and they were fine with that. Check in was a breeze. We went to our room on the elevator. Which I am glad they had because it was on the third floor. When we were settled in our room we realized that out the window there were a ton of people playing music, drinking and playing a game of cornhole. I sure hope no one needed to be up early because it was quite loud. The hotel has a small seating area where they were partying. During the 3 nights we stayed they actually partied every single night. The blanket on the bed felt as thick as a sheet and wasn’t truly a blanket at all. I think it was a duvet without the actual comforter inside. My partner was cold and we had to use our down comforter from home. We traveled here from Vermont and are on our way to go camping in Virginia Beach so we had our blankets in our truck. We booked a suite because it had a place to cook but were made to ask for cooking pans and plates and utensils. Not very convenient at all. It’s all to save the housekeepers from having to clean but isn’t that what they are being paid to do? The 3 days we were here they did not offer any housekeeping unless we paid XTRA for it. Yes you read that correctly! You do not get your bed turned down or clean towels switched out unless you pay XTRA! There are cheaper places you can stay and actually get room service that usually comes with a hotel room. With that being said the stove works well and the bed is comfortable.

In einem guten Zimmer war das Zimmer sauber. Ich kann nicht mit einer einzigen Beschwerde kommen. Einer der Empfangsmitglieder, Beverly, war super aufpassen und war sehr daran interessiert, über die Aktivitäten zu lernen, die passieren!
