Bereits früher als geplant angekommen, Personal, wo so hilfreich und heiß uns eingecheckt. Der Foyer sieht erstaunlich, geräumig und willkommen. Der Fischtank ist ein zusätzlicher Bonus. Das Zimmer ist nur das, was wir brauchen, genug Platz, um Kleidung zu lagern. Das Badezimmer war ein bisschen auf der kleinen Seite und die Dusche war nicht sehr leistungsfähig, aber der Rest des Zimmers und des Hotels braucht noch 5*

Große Lage, nicht viel Parkplatz, aber die Verkaufsgenehmigungen für £5. Ich war im Haus um die Ecke des Hotels. Treppen waren ein wenig scharf und es war die grösste.

We stayed here for two nights to visit the historic dockyard before moving onto the Isle if Wight, we booked it through Booking dot com. We had a luxury room on the ground floor which had just been finished. First I'd like to mention the staff and service; from checking in to checking out the staff we interacted with were polite, very helpful and friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Breakfast service was good with a wide selection to choose form, hot food is cooked to order so not particularly quick when busy but still far superior to a buffet style. Our room, Gracious, is on the ground floor at the front of the property, our initial concerns about road noise and being next to the hotel entrance were happily unfounded. The ensuite bathroom is huge, with a spa bath at one end and a double shower enclosure at the other. The bed is large, probably super king-size?, and comfortable, there is a small dressing table and wardrobe and a soft chair. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had no complaints at all but there a few things that management may want to consider going forward; there is a large flat screen smart tv mounted on the wall above the dressing table which makes it difficult to watch from the bed being at 90° to the wall. There was an issue getting a reliable service on the TV which staff tried to resolve during our stay; there was also an intermittent issue with the WiFi dropping in and out. We found the shower water pressure on the low side but forgot to mention this before we left. Location is good, 5 minute walk to the nearest restaraunts on Albert Road or a 10 minute bus ride into Portsmouths Gunwharf Quay, the bus stops right outside the hotel. We would definitely stay again

Ich habe das aus anderen Empfehlungen reserviert - und kann sich darauf ein wirklich schönes Hotel einigen. Ich habe es reserviert, um zu gehen und meinen Sohn zu sehen, der Portsmouth Uni ist. Es war sein Geburtstag, also habe ich für uns geregelt, um Sonntag und Sonntag Abend zu haben. Es ist Teil einer Gruppe von Hotels in einem kleinen Radius voneinander. Parken war ok, da ich einen Platz in ihrem Autopark bekam. Zimmer war groß - sehr geräumig. Sehr sauber und Bett sehr komfortabel. Kein Lärm von der Straße oder anderen Bewohnern überhaupt. Wir hatten einen tollen Abend im lokalen Gastro-Pub (Florence Arms) - definitiv dorthin. Ich musste am Montag arbeiten - und sie erlaubten mir, den Abendessensraum zu keinem Preis zu nutzen ... Das ist wahre Kundenservice und dass persönliche Kontakt ... Gut gemacht! Sehr empfohlen ...

An diesem schönen Ort kamen wir zum Jubiläum unserer Ruby Hochzeit nur, um festzustellen, dass die 3rd Party-Reservierungsgesellschaft, die wir verwendeten und bezahlten, uns nicht angeraten hatte, dass das Hotel vollständig reserviert wurde. Glücklicherweise die Mitarbeiter des Resorts auf der Rezeption Adam und seine Frau Kollegen tut mir leid, dass ich nicht ihren Namen gebogen über den Rücken zu versuchen und ein Zimmer zu finden, das sie letztendlich mit viel Mühe verwaltet haben. Das Hotel war aufgrund einer Hochzeit und einer Privatparty übernachtet außergewöhnlich besetzt. Ich war sehr stressig und beunruhigt, da es für uns ein besonderer Tag war, aber sie machten alles mit Ruhe und Professionalität, um dieses Problem zu lösen, das NICHT nach dem Hotel. Zimmer & Aufenthalt war großartig. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und das Personal nicht nur auf der Rezeption, sondern im gesamten Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts.

Very conveniently positioned, a short walk away from the beach and the esplanade, but better value than the hotels on the seafront. Checking in was a quick and simple process, and the room was pleasant and clean, however, the decoration does require some TLC, including a paper sign that was torn and half off the wall where it was originally attached. A minor issue, but replacing it would take minutes, and it would immediately give a better first impression. The sink was in the room (not in the bathroom) but it was making the best use of the space available, Breakfast was fresh and served quickly, with unlimited self-service cereal, juice, and tea/coffee available. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

We Ryde had a brilliant stay at Ryde Travelodge .we stayed for 4 nights .The room was lovely and clean with plenty of lovely white towels.our room was an accessible room and was perfect for my needs.Our bonus was we had a lovely sea view.The staff where amazing so very helpful and friendly.nothing was to much trouble for them.looking forward to returning next year.
