Good time

Staff unfailingly friendly and helpful, very well located. Maintenance isn't great (2 of our rooms had broken AC) and a bit scruffy Management is clearly very profit focussed as prices for room and breakfasts are high Overall it's ok, but there is better value elsewhere

Nice place, great value for money, good for family. Amazing view too!!!

The location is not so close to the downtown but nearby the southsea. The breakfast is good. However, the cleanness remains an issue because of the dirty bedsheets.

Breakfast was decent and I had a nice meal in the evening where the Chef accommodated my requests. Room was comfortable and I would stay again if I'm in Portsmouth.

Nice hotel with pool and sauna. Enjoyed our stayed there and had a lovely time. Great location and few minutes away walk to the beach. Will come back again to stay.

Front desk not too friendly with Chinese faces… the hotel is old… sink inside the toilet looks old and dirty… limited choices with breakfast… even white bread was out by 9 am… worth to praise is the waitress at the tea is nice 👍🏻quite a lot of parking spaces though still full … the room is a bit stuffy but is good that the windows can be open … noisy with neighbors going in and out of the room … overall : I think I will try another holiday in express but not this one …

終於有時間來客觀評價一下朴茨茅斯的Holiday Inn了。 服務：入住的時候搞錯日期，是我的問題，但前台（一箇中老年女性）的溝通態度之惡劣也是匪夷所思的。第一次見到酒店前台對我摔東西，翻白眼，我説我要投訴她，她居然就是酒店經理，服務這一項如果可以負分，我是絕對給負分的。而且不能取消，完全顛覆了我對holiday inn的印象。同時請網友支招怎麼投訴 設施：衣櫃門都沒有，門鎖也是非常簡陋 衞生：通風管道的垃圾説明瞭一切 另外，攜程的客服已經是盡力溝通了，這家酒店希望不要再合作。
