Das The Residency Towers war für uns in Puducherry alternativlos und wir waren durchaus zufrieden. Es handelt sich eher um ein Business-Hotel als um ein Ferienhotel, obwohl dort auch viele nichtindische Touristen übernachten. Das Hotel ist für indische Verhältnisse sehr modern und hat durchaus 5-Sterne-Charakter. Auch das Zimmer hat den Standard eines typischen 5-Sterne-Hotels. Nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, insbesondere beim Frühstück. ***gelnde Englischkenntnisse wurden hier, wie bei den meisten Hotels unserer Rundreise, durch Freundlichkeit ausgeglichen. Das Frühstück war für uns als Freunde des indischen Frühstücks perfekt, aber auch für Menschen, die damit nicht so gut kompatibel sind, gab es ausreichend Auswahl. Insgesamt ging es bei größerem Andrang etwas chaotisch zu, aber das ist in Indien durchaus normal, wenn unterschiedliche Kulturen mit unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen aufeinandertreffen. Eierspeisen und Dhosa wurden an den Tisch gebracht und sehr gut. Die Kaffeeversorgung war, da es nur einen Automaten gab, extrem schwierig. Dafür wurde aber sehr guter indischer Kaffee und Tee serviert. Im Hotel gibt es eine irische Bar, die durchaus einen Besuch wert ist. Die Lage ist absolut prima. *** ist sofort im Leben und bis zum Meer sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Ich ging nach Bangalore und blieb in Tulip Inn Kora***gala für 2 Tage. Ich muss sagen, dass der Aufenthalt bemerkenswert perfekt und friedlich war. Herr Ravi (***ager) ist sehr ödmjuk, freundlich und komfortabel

I recently stayed at Promenade and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was excellent. The location is also fantastic, as it's so close to all the major attractions, making it very convenient. I want to give a special mention to Supraja at the front desk, who made my stay even better. She was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit and ensured that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Her assistance truly made a difference, and I highly recommend this place !!!

Good stay amazing ambiance kids enjoyed. Mr Prabhu treated each and every guest with a smiling face. Must try the food is really testy. The rooms are antique with big balcony. We had a dinner with live music that’s unforgettable. One of the best stay at Pondicherry.

Had really an excellent stay at Ginger Pondicherry with friends, Room was nice as expected , they sent us some snacks, which felt great and thanks to Sathya , Pavani , Venu and Jaswant at the Front Office desk reception was very much welcoming & courteous during my checkin & check out process. Doing great at their job. It would be a great asset to any organisation in Hospitality Industry :) . Special thanks for Mr. Rajesh for helping out of arranging vehicle during stay and suggest good food to have and would always recommend my friends and family to come for a visit if they want amazing , professional service at Ginger.
