The most wonderful place to stay in Paphos. From the moment you arrive you are treated excellent from every member of staff. Very friendly, warm and polite and cannot do enough for you. We stayed last year and didn’t even consider going anywhere else this year as the hotel had everything you could possibly want… excellent food and choice from morning til night, great location all round, bus (cheap as chips) and very frequent. The room was absolutely amazing (even better than last year) with the maid coming in every day. Super clean in every part of the hotel and beautiful grounds. Have to say Agatha on the front desk is a real credit to the hotel going above and beyond so anything you need to know…. ask Agatha. Thank you to all the lovely and incredibly hard working staff, we had the best time ever and are already looking at dates for next year.

Dies ist mit Abstand das beste Hotel, das ich je besucht habe. Ich wiederhole ... je. Ich habe weit über 100 Hotels auf TA überprüft, und ich kann die Großartigkeit dieser Eigenschaft nicht übertreiben. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, makellos sauber und die Zimmer bieten einen unübertroffenen Komfort. Die Liebe zum ästhetischen Detail im gesamten Hotel, in den öffentlichen Bereichen und in den Zimmern ist schlicht und ergreifend eine 10. Wir waren in den Cabana-Zimmern (009 und 010) untergebracht und sie waren wirklich ein besonderes Erlebnis. Das mit Abstand größte Kompliment, das ich machen kann, geht an die Mitarbeiter des Amavi. Alle waren ausnahmslos sehr zuvorkommend, immer lächelnd und sehr reaktionsschnell und professionell. Ich war verärgert über einen Kritiker, der sich negativ über das Personal äußerte, und werde das noch einmal sagen - ich habe noch nie einen so hohen Servicestandard erlebt, von den Pagen am Eingang, der Rezeption, den Restaurants, dem Gästeservice und der Zimmerreinigung. Der GM des Hotels und diejenigen, die für die Schulung und Aufrechterhaltung derart hoher Standards des Personals verantwortlich sind, sind zu würdigen. Das Essen war besser als hervorragend. Das Abendessen im Nocturne war eines der besten kulinarischen Erlebnisse, die ich zusammen mit meinen Freunden je erlebt habe. Vielen Dank für dieses Wochenende. Wir werden - so oft wie möglich - wiederkommen und es ist eine Freude zu wissen, dass Sie zu einem vernünftigen Preis Zugang zu einer so hochwertigen Immobilie haben.

Second stay at this hotel as we enjoyed it so much from the previous year. A little busier with more activities this year as covid restrictions had been lifted. Everything is so clean, staff are always so helpful, nothing is to much trouble. Great team encouraging various activities. Location at Coral bay gives easy access to the local beaches and centred well for many tourists attractions. Will be going back again to the same hotel.

We have just returned from a great holiday at the Mayfair Hotel, Paphos 4th - 11th November 2023. There are 2 parts to the hotel, the Hotel and Gardens, both are located together in nice well kept grounds and with 3 outdoor and 1 indoor (heated) pool with plenty of sunbeds. We stayed in the Mayfair Hotel and room was spotlessly clean with Tea / Coffee facilities and a fridge which was ideal. Food was excellent with a great choice for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and there was also a dedicated section for Vegan and Vegetarian choices as well as the excellent selection of salads from the salad bar, there is a lovely outdoor dining terrace and staff are very attentive. The bar staff were friendly and with a great selection of drinks included within the All Inclusive Package and is worth the difference. There was a varied evening entertainment programme with some great live singers performing and the entertainment team had a programme of activities throughout the day. The spa was relaxing and well priced. Already looking at returning next November as weather was excellent and this is a great hotel choice, yes it is in a residential area but its only a 15 minute walk to the waterfront / harbour area and would definitely recommend.
