The food was terrible on 1st day, i complained to hotel manager and Head chef. Waiter was all over messed orders. From main meal to dessert food was beyond so terrible. The next day there was lot of improvement on food. The rooms partially clean, bed not cleanly made. Pillows very flat only 2 pillows given

There was no assistance to carry luggage. The table in the room is too small and impractical to work on. The room service for my dinner was unreasonably delayed. when I called to enquire I was told to come collect as idc they had forgotten to call me. The R25 for room service is very unreasonable. There was no hair dryer until I asked for it and it took long to be delivered. The Aircon pad is unreasonably complicated and not user friendly.

The bed was large and comfortable. The menu options is great and supper was superb. The one major negative was the cleanliness of the room, especially the underside of the bed. It looked like had not been cleaned for ages.

It was good staying there more special your rooms were very clean . Even your waiters were friendly the only thing you need To add is a variety of breakfast choices.

Overall pleasant stay. I'm not happy that I always request my invoice to be e-mailed, but I never receive it. And that I chose a room when I booked and upon arrival was not allocated the section I chose, the reason given being I arrived late on the day, unacceptable. Why have the options if you are not going to honour the requests?

Had a business trip for a week in Limpopo. Stayed @ParkInn RADISSON Hotel for two nights. The hotel is safe and has a great ambiance. The room I stayed in could do with better maintenance (bath basin & room walls)

Wetruly enjoyed our stay,but we would like to le the management know that they sould find a way to allocate quite spaces to those who need quiteness and for the parties in distance spaces. Maybe by building extra halls can help to meeet that purpose.
