Ich und mein Freund haben hier 5 Nächte in einem privaten Zimmer verbracht mit Frühstück im Preis der Unterkunft und ich kann nicht erklären, wie viel wir jeden einzelnen Morgen draußen sitzen und wirklich schönes Frühstück essen genießen. Wir sind spechlos. Die Unterkunft war so schön, modern und sauber. Lage ist 10 von 10! Personal war wirklich freundlich und willkommen, ein Abendessen haben wir dort gegessen und sie haben uns nur kostenloses Dessert als Dank für das Abendessen hier gegeben. Als Gast hatten wir 15% Rabatt für Mittagessen und Abendessen und auch ohne den Rabatt ist die Preisliste wegen der Lage im Zentrum von Old Town Zadar mehr als schön. Also wenn Sie auf der Suche nach schön, ruhig, sauber und warm willkommen Hotel/Hostel ist DIE EIN! - Adele und Simona.

This is a hidden gem of a hotel in a beautiful city! The owner could not be more attentive, we arrived 6 hours before check in & he was very accommodating, we could sit by the pool etc until our room was cleaned (previous guests still in the room). The rooms are spacious & have everything you need, including pool towels. We had a large balcony which was massive & we could enjoy the afternoon sun on it with friends (we had the 2 large balcony rooms for 4 people). The minibar in the rooms are reasonable priced & there is a great supermarket about 200m from the hotel to get further supplies. There is a local bar beside it, which is cheap with friendly staff. The breakfast at the hotel is outstanding ….you have everything you could want & very friendly staff that cook eggs of your choice to perfection. The hotel is spotless, even with its cream luxurious carpets throughout…..we all said it was one of the nicest boutique hotels we had stayed in & it is very reasonable priced, it is a 30min walk into the centre (which is all downhill on the way in). We got an Uber both ways most nights due to the heat which was €5 each way (€20-25 for van to the airport each way). We would highly recommend this hotel, we will be back!

Der Empfang ist 24 Stunden besetzt, gut bei einer späten Ankunft wie bei uns. Der Mitarbeiter war super nett und hat uns nützliche Tipps für Zadar gegeben. Das Hostel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, top. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Modern, sauber, gute Dusche, Klimaanlage, bequemes Bett.

+: Der Strand war ok, jedoch nichts Besonderes, gut war, dass man im hinteren Bereich des Strandes von der Animation/ der lauten Musik entfliehen und somit etwas mehr Ruhe finden konnte. Dort befindet sich ebenso eine kleine Kaffeebar, in der man zwischendurch ein kleines Getränk in Ruhe genießen konnte. Die Fotoaufnahmen des Hotels im Internet sind sehr positiv dargestellt - ein Kompliment an den Fotografen für diese optimierte Darstellung. Die Zimmer in Richtung des Pools sind vor Allem abends aufgrund der Animation sehr laut. Seitens des Hotels wurde uns nach Rückfrage ein ruhigeres Zimmer im rückwärtigen Bereich angeboten. Es gibt viele Restaurants im nahen, fußläufigen Umfeld des Hotels, in denen man mittags eine leckere Zwischenmahlzeit einnehmen kann, aber insbesondere abends außerhalb des Hotels hervorragend und abwechslungsreich speisen kann. Der überwiegende Anteil des Hotelpersonals war zu uns stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. -: Im Speisesaal selbst ist es aufgrund der vielen Gäste sehr laut. Das Abendessen ist sehr flach gewürzt und entspricht dem einer Firmengroßkantine. Es stehen keine Gewürze zum Nachwürzen bereit. Zum Frühstück ist uns während der gesamten Zeit ein Salzstreuer gefolgt ;-) der lediglich Reiskörner beinhaltete - aufgefüllt wurde dieser und manch andere nie. Aufgrund der Lautstärke im Speisesaal bzw. Außenterrasse und Qualität des Abendessens haben wir nur 2x im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Wir wollten dann die Halbpension stornieren, dies wurde uns jedoch seitens der Rezeption verweigert, da dann die zu leistende Provisionszahlung an das Internet-Vermittlungsportal zum Nachteil des Hotels wäre. Aufgrund Kinder- und Erwachsenenanimation ist das Hotel nichts für Ruhesuchende. Sauberkeit: wir hatten während der gesamten Zeit ”fremde Haare” am Fliesenboden des Zimmers und im Bad. Diese waren teilweise in den frisch gewaschenen Handtüchern, wurden aber auch durch den Wischmopp der Reinigungsdame mit eingebracht. Preis/ Leistung: Die Extrakosten für Strandliegen sind für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht angebracht. Der Aufpreis für Halbpension ist der Qualität des Essens nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch der Zutritt zum Wellnessbereich ist extra zu bezahlen. In Summe gesehen würden wir hier nicht mehr buchen.

Das Hotel ist am Meer, aber weit von der Altstadt entfernt, die Umgebung hier kann gut sein und das Gefühl, dass sich die deutschen Feriengewohnheiten halten. Das Aufenthaltserlebnis ist besonders schlecht, das Zimmer ist zu klein, die Bettdecke ist besonders weich und unbehaglich, der Baugeräusch am Außenseite begann um sechs Uhr morgens, und wegen eines Bauleitungsfehlers wurde das Wasser mehrere Male gestoppt. Zusammenfassend fühlt es sich besonders schlecht aus. Das Restaurant enthält drei Mahlzeiten am Mittag und Abend, die Küche ist nicht gereinigt.
