We booked with booking. com,stayed 2 nights,we thought it came with Cheese platter &Wine on arrival,must have been an optional extra,very spectacular views from our terrace,loved waking up to the many hot air balloons in the sky,also seeing the kangaroo's was amazing,very tranquil, quiet,close to many adventures to be had,room was nice,bed was comfortable,price was reasonable for the area,great for a couple.

It’s a family-run-in business, so we got a very warm welcome like some part of them. The owner is so helpful and friendly giving us lots of useful local information, but very respectful of our private time. No breakfast but the location is great in the heart of the vineyard zone, easy to take a short drive to many cellar doors, wine houses and restaurants. Just some units of property, we didn’t need to stand in line for checking in and out. The room is spacious and spotless with cosy decoration. There is a small succulent and rose garden in front of the room, and panoramic views only some steps beyond. Waking up in the early morning, we enjoy a fantastic stroll through the vineyard, snapshots of kangaroos and floating balloons in the sky.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. It had a large kitchen, lounge and dining room. There were 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The gardens and outdoor areas were fabulous to enjoy. The owners were very helpful and friendly. This is our 2nd stay and will stay again. We love everything about this place.

We stayed in raccomodation number 5, two bedroom two bathrooms. It was exceptional clean and the view towards the mountains was beautiful. There was also a outdoor area with table and chairs. To be greeted each morning by kangaroos or watch the hot air balloon 🎈 drift pass was delightful. There is a communal bbq area. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the staff very helpful. A complimentary cheese platter and a bottle of wine made our stay extra special.

Love the property. Great location to wonderful restaurants and wineries. It’s definitely a gem in the valley that needs to be explored. The property is well kept and has an exclusive feel to it. Occasional sightings of kangaroos for a great picture moment

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is ideally located in Pokolbin. Our suite was well appointed with everything we needed. The bottle of wine and the cheese platter was a really nice touch. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed comfortable, peaceful stay amongst beautiful surroundings. Especially loved the wine and cheese on arrival! Very clean unit, kitchenette had all we needed. Close to wineries, cafes, restaurants and the Hunter Valley Gardens (which are superb). Highly recommend.

WOW, we loved this place. Ticked every box. Great location, comfortable clean accommodation with an amazing view that suited our weekend away. Andy was so helpful and friendly with not only our accommodation booking but also in planning our weekend in the Hunter with great restaurant and winery recommendations. We will be back again soon.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Lovely warm room with aircon, great shower, super comfortable bed and what a thoughtful touch, the cheese,/chocolate board and bottle of local wine, tea, coffee machine and biscuits. Easy parking and perfect position. Great price too. Would certainly recommend.

The room included all cooking amenities. Although not providing meals, the Pub was a five minute walk with good food and traditional breakfast: both cooked and continental. The setting was stunning, bed comfortable, hot water hot… what more could you want. We are a couple in our 70s and were on a trip to a car club display day in the Hunter. And of course, all the best wineries close by.

Fabulous long weekend stay in the middle of the Hunter Valley. Beautiful views of surroundings and gardens, studio villa was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Private and very quiet. Hosts were helpful and friendly. We loved it!

Hosts (Aileen and Andy) were so friendly and helpful, quickly responding to our enquires. Location was peaceful and close to wineries, village and gardens. The actual unit was spacious and clean with the facilities we needed to prepare a simple breakfast or lunch. We would go again. Enjoyed the chats Aileen!

Amazing place for relaxing after a day of wine tasting in the Hunter Valley. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Kangaroo spotting early evening and first thing in the morning while having your coffee - unforgettable. Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

We are so glad to have booked Grapevine Boutique! The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, the location is near to many nice cafes and restaurants. The view around here is breathtaking, and the flowers blooming right outside at the yard are so beautiful! Thank you Aileen and Andy for the welcome cheese platter, it was very thoughtful!
