What a charming hotel right in the center surrounded by shops and catering establishments. Walking distance to the old town. The hotel is modern, very clean and has great staff. We were greeted with a warm smiling lady. That gave us all the information we asked and more. The room was immaculately clean and organised. Only one down remark no breakfast. But there are shops in the vicinity. I would suggest it to others.

A gem of a hotel. Spotlessly clean. Modern rooms and facilities. Great, helpful and friendly staff. Superb location, right in the heart of the city centre. Only thing lacking was a bar/restaurant. Great location for visiting sites, cafe bars and nightlife. Thoroughly recommend.

This hotel is a great value in the heart of the old city. The rooms are comfortable and a kettle, coffee and tea are provided. Very modern rooms in one of the oldest buildings in the city. Easy walk to restaurants, stores train and bus stations.

An excellent hotel situated right in the centre of Plovdiv. I stayed here with my husband for two nights. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pedestrianised shopping street. The room was very clean, nice bathroom, coffee machine and plenty of space. The lady at reception was very helpful and any staff we saw always said hello. Plovdiv itself is a lovely city and the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the main attractions and the area where there are great restaurants and bars (Kapana). I will happily stay here again if I go back to Plovdiv and would happily recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an historic building completely renovated in the pedestrian area of Plovdiv. Everything is very well-tended, our room and bathroom are large, well equipped, comfortable and cute. No breakfast and dinner, but a lot of restaurants, delicatessens and coffee bars nearby. You can also prepare coffee and tea in your room. Location is pleasant and convenient to visit the town but it is extremely hard to arrive by car to the hotel even only to unload luggage. The receptionist Evgenia was very kind: came with us to our car and brought us to a free parking lot, not far from the hotel. Good value for money! Reception closes at 8 p.m., there isn’t a lift, rooms are on the second and third floor.

We stayed at Plovdiv City Center Hotel for 5 nights in May 2023 and can't rate it highly enough. We would give 11 out of 10 if we could. The location was fantastic for visiting ancient ruins around Plovdiv on foot, eating at nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out and store our belongings. The bed was very comfortable and the fittings were well designed and the room felt modern and fresh. The entire hotel was kept immaculately clean. Evgeniya at Reception was incredibly helpful, from her warm welcoming demeanour to looking up transport options for us. They also offer a laundry service which was very handy. We would stay here again with pleasure.

An excellent boutique hotel located in the center of Plovdiv, thus extremely convenient for exploring all sights. As it is newly renovated, it combines ideally modern furnished rooms and the coziness of a historical mansion. It was spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed sleeping on its anatomic beds. No breakfast or bar area, but who needs it when the pedestrian street with all kinds of restaurants and cafes are on your feet? Notably, the biggest asset of Plovdiv city center hotel is its personell. The receptionist Eugenia was super attending. She assisted us in exploring travel options from Plovdiv to Veliko Turnovo. To sum up, this hotel is an ideal option for accommodation in Plovdiv.

This place was right in the pedestrian area, close to the oldest part of town and other sights. We had a spotless room with balcony right over the pedestrian street. Hotel staff all very friendly, though it's not 24-hour reception for those who care. Security is handled through door codes when reception isn't present.

Ideal location on the central pedestrian walkway through Plovdiv above a fashion shop. 5 minute walk to central fountain and bars and restaurants. 20 minute walk to bus and railway stations Smallish hotel with no lift , newly renovated room with comfy bed. No breakfast facilities , but vending machines in reception. Very helpful staff on reception , but check off at 8pm Down a narrow cul de sac , so taxis find one way system difficult to navigate if they use gps.
