"Ich übernachte jedes Mal in diesem Hotel, wenn ich nach Plovdiv komme. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und das Design der Hintergrundwand am Bett ist wunderschön. Es ist etwa 8 Gehminuten von der belebtesten Fußgängerzone entfernt, was das Reisen bequem macht. In diesem Hotel finden oft Geschäftstreffen statt, wenn Sie solche großen Firmenveranstaltungen nachholen, wirkt die Lobby etwas überfüllt und laut, und auch die Dekoration der Lobby ist sehr hochwertig. Das italienische Restaurant im Inneren bietet gutes Essen und ist nicht teuer. Jeder kann sich mit Zuversicht für dieses Hotel entscheiden."

"The dining service was disastrous. The food was of extremely poor quality. Breakfast service was interrupted because they were washing the dishes. The buffet was practically empty. The machine-made orange juice was best avoided; it was just dirty water. It took an hour and a half to get dinner, which consisted of a salad (which was already on the table), a piece of chicken, and a slice of cake. The hotel facilities were clean, although there was only one elevator."

The restaurants and walking street in the new city were about 5 minutes walk down the steep hill. There isn't much else that is memorable about it, though. It's a fairly smallish room, but fine."

"Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wo ich besser wohne, wenn ich Plovdiv besuche. Wir waren eine Familie von vier mit einem Auto, und das Apartment-Stil Zimmer, das wir hatten, war uns plötzlich sauber und erfüllt alle unsere Bedürfnisse (und darüber hinaus). Nachdem wir vorab mit dem Bright House in Verbindung gebracht wurden, wurde für uns eine der beiden Parkplätze gebucht, was sehr bequem war. Das Kapana-Bezirk mit vielen Bars und Restaurants ist direkt über die Straße, und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Plovdiv sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Auch unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Balkon, der die alte Stadt überblickte. Ein wirklich wunderbarer Aufenthalt!"

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön, aber einige der Zimmerausstattungsmöglichkeiten waren etwas seltsam. Für die positiven war das Badezimmer sauber und hatte sogar eine Griffbar in der Nähe des WC, was ein schöner Zugänglichkeitsdeck während die Dusche perfekt funktionierte. Wir hatten ein schönes großes und komfortables Bett und das Dekor war wirklich wunderschön. Wir hatten auch einen kleinen Balkon, aber ich vermute, das war, weil wir ein Suitezimmer hatten. Für die Ungewöhnlichkeiten hatten wir keine Kehle oder irgendeine Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu machen und es gab nur ein sehr kleines Gewürz, das etwas ungünstig war. Das Personal war gut, nicht übermäßig freundlich (aber das ist normal in den Balkans) aber war anwesend und aufmerksam. Es ist perfekt in der Mitte der alten Stadt, zu Fuß von allen Hauptplätze und nur wenige Minuten vom Haupt Fußgängergebiet entfernt."

The restaurant offers great dinners either inside our on the back patio, perfect for a leisurely meal after an afternoon of exploring Old Town. Plan on spending at least 2 nights."

"A unique hotel! Modern, comfortable and spacious rooms and apartments. Great service and impeccable hygiene. We have rarely seen such clean and tastefully furnished rooms! The materials used were of high quality and the colors perfectly combined and creating coziness. All common areas such as the restaurant, bar and lobby were with perfect furnishings and details. We had booked an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. There was a baby bed prepared for the baby. There is a dining table with 4 chairs as well as a reading corner by the window. The bed in the bathroom was huge and extremely comfortable. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two people. The apartment had plenty of luggage space, a refrigerator with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a safe, an ironing board and iron, bathroom toiletries, a coffee machine and capsules, tea, slippers and many other amenities. There was a bowl of fruit on the table as well as prepared plates with cutlery. The breakfast was extremely good with a huge selection. The staff is infinitely kind, polite and always ready to help. There is free parking at the hotel. The car numbers are saved, so there is no need to use the card for entry and exit, the barriers open automatically when the car number is recognized. As a hotel guest, there is also a discount in the beer garden next to it. It is advisable to make a reservation in advance for dinner. The beer garden has a terrace and a playground, which makes the hotel very suitable for families with children. The playground offers many opportunities for children to have fun and is fenced, which allows parents to sit quietly on the beer garden terrace and watch their children without having to be constantly next to them. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Plovdiv or to any resident of the city who wants to accommodate guests in it. I put enough photos to reflect what I wrote above."
