always a plesant stay here. clean room, brilliant service and environment.
Check in and check out was always smooth. Room is neat and clean. Good gym facility too.
However it seems recently to me that the parking registration is slow. everytime had issue going out upon checking, it was even an hour after check in and my car plate was still not registed. The rest, good as usual !! will surely be here again still...

房子非常乾淨整齊，一進來就讓人覺得很舒服、很放鬆。入住過程也非常簡單順利，房東的指示清楚又貼心。整個單位的設備都非常齊全，不論是家庭入住或短住都很方便，基本生活用品一應俱全，用起來很安心。環境安靜、停車也容易，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，真的非常推薦給大家，下次來新山一定會再回住這裏！

Good value for money. Amenities and services are limited but commensurate with the room rates.
We were on the highest floor and unfortunately we're subjected to noisy machinery (like rain-drops on a metal roof. Believe it came from the aircon condensers on the rooftop.)

If you are deciding to stay at Jln Permas area and looking for a decent room, Miyabi is the place. Fuss free, you can get a decent night's sleep without the expensive price. Room is of a decent size, comes with basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and body wash. Water is also hot and of decent pressure. Good for couples and families, there are rooms with 2 double beds. Reception speaks English, very friendly. There's a security guard outside the hotel, however I'm not too sure how safe it is to park your car overnight. We parked our car at the opposite R*** hotel.

The Management could improve better especially on cleanliness. Blanket & bedsheet got stain everywhere, blood & dirty stain. Curtain also very dirty (this should be taken in actions as the curtain is right beside the bed. Not hygienic). Toilet glass door also quite dirty looks like didn’t brush/ clean it for a long time.
Other than that, is ok for us. Thank you for the good services by the polite receptionist. To the management of The Jazz Hotel, please take this review positively as your Hotel location & services is good.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is new and located in the center commercial area of Permas Jaya. There were plenty of parking. Everything in the hotel were good, except that the pillow provided were too soft and uncomfortable to be slept on. It would be good if both soft and hard pillow are provided for guests' selection. We would return in the future.

It's just that the hangers are very out of reach and I'm a petite girl 🥹 Towels and toiletries are provided. Got water dispenser. Staff is helpful. It's just a bit noisy due to some renovation. AAnonymer BenutzerService and facilities were good enough for a short one-night stay. Quite value for money as breakfast was included. Breakfast was a simple Malaysia breakfast buffet and tasted good.
However, a point to caution future guests, I was asked to hand over my card to pay a deposit fee, which I thought the staff would simply scan/ tap the card on the card reader machine (like the previous hotels I have stayed in). But to my horror, the staff started taking down my card details, including my CVV number. Immediately, I felt extremely insecure and knew that it is too late to ask them to delete it as I could not be certain that they would truly delete the details. Hence, I immediately proceeded to lock my card and inform my bank about this. In the end, I had to pay for a replacement card for ease of mind.
I felt that the staff should have provided an option to place the deposit in cash and also informed beforehand that such card details would be taken down. If I had known that my card number and CVV number had to be recorded for deposit purposes, I would have requested to pay the deposit in cash.

Room was alright. Was informed at reception that WiFi wasn't working. Not sure for how long.
TV also didn't work, not channels detected.
Had basic tooth brush n coffee/ tea with mineral water in room. So that was good.
Anyway, it was a one night stay. Not much stay in the room.

GGastnutzerIf just want to sleep,it’s fine. Near to many eating places(cafes and restaurants) which is 1-2min walking distance. Have to bring own toiletries. Hand soap and towels provided though. Toilet door faulty, needs to exert force to open and close and loud noise when doing. No lift, have to climb up 3 floors but treat it as exercise. Overall, good if u want everybody to be in the same zone.
