definitely not a 4 star hotel this is a good 2/3 star all inclusive the quality of the food is mediocre the pool is very good but a bit cold especially the kids pool that is freezing there is a clear problem of parking, that is not available despite what the hotel could advertise. be ready to park on the street the location is very good

Contando de la base que no nos podíamos alojar en el establecimiento que habíamos reservado por problemas del hotel con el aire acondicionado creo recordar , nos realojaron en uno mucho mejor y con unos servicios excepcionales tanto en condiciones del hotel como el personal.

Ubicación muy buena, cerca de la playa.

Fantastisk dejligt hotel. Vi nød den skønne opvarmede pool hver dag. Vi fik så meget hjælp af deres søde Guest Relations Manager hun var fantastisk hjælpsom og løste alle problemerne. Maden var utrolig lækker og meget varieret. Animations Teamet var outstanding fantasifulde i deres lege og underholdning. Rengøringen var super alt var rent og meget propert. Alt i alt en utrolig dejlig ferie på Playa Bonita som er en perle i Playa Del Ingles.

Das Hotel ist ok,nicht so besonderes und keine 4 Sterne(3*) Essen auch ok ,und Mitarbeiter nicht so besonders freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam.

We love the staff as everyone was so lovely and nice. The room was spacious for a family but it needs a bit of renovation to meet the 4 stars. The bathroom as well was old and the door was damaged from the water. The food was good with a lot of variety. For Chris**as and New Year’s Even there was a special dinner that we enjoyed.

Hyvä hotelli. Aamiainen todella monipuolinen eikä illallisessakaan valittamista. Allasalue ok, paljon aurinkotuoleja. Hyvät baaripalvelut.

Live music at the evenings between 18:00 and 23:30 in front of the room and very noisy in the days because of the high way. I hadn’t sleep any day. And the hotel could not change the room even if I was ready to pay for the upgrade
