Positiv: Gute Lage, Themengestaltete Abendessen, grosses Zimmer. Negativ: Aussicht, Service von den Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption, Whirlpool funktionierte nicht korrekt und war sehr schmutzig und es kam grünes Zeug aus den Düsen. Auch nach dem Reinigen von einem Service Mitarbeitenden kam nach einem Tag wieder so grünes Zeug aus den Düsen, welche nie liefen! Es war nicht möglich, den Whirlpool zu benutzen! Wir sind nun in Kontakt mit Booking, da das Hotel vor Ort überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend war! Wir hätten erwartet, dass es nachhaltig gelöst wird oder wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Auch Aussagen von den Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption bez. die Jet-Düsen sind nicht aktiv, da es unseren Gästen sonst ins Gesicht spritzt. Zu -＞ Service Techniker selbst vor Ort auf dem Balkon vom Zimmer sagt, nein, das stimmt so nicht, Sie sind nicht aktiv, da es sonst den Schlauch verjagt und so Wasser aus dem Whirlpool fliessen würde. Die Dusche war auch überhaupt nicht sauber. Alles in allem, Gran Canaria ist generell an diesem Standort in die Jahre gekommen, gehen das nächste Mal wieder nach Teneriffa, ist viel schöner! In dieses Hotel hier würde ich nie mehr einen Fuss hineinsetzen, auch nicht kostenlos!

Wir sind als paar verreist und Freunde von uns sind nachgekommen. Leider hatte die Umgebung um das Hotel etwas nach Corona gelitten. Ich hoffe das sich die Geschäfte mittlerweile erholt haben. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Mein Koffer war im Flug beschädigt worden und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. 10 Minuten nach Ankunft kam auch schon der Hausmeister vorbei und machte uns den Koffer auf. Leider war nicht viel los in der Anlage, aber dafür war es ruhig. Essen war top und jedes Mal was anderes. Cocktails etwas lasch gemixt, aber ok. Mir hat Entertainment gefehlt. Es gab an 3 Abenden (von 2 Wochen Aufenthalt) Life Musik. Viele Dinge wie Bingo oder karaoke Abend sind ausgefallen. (Möglicherweise war es auch Corona geschuldet. Top ist man kommt überall hin, vor der Tür ein Spar, die Busstation nah und fußläufig oder günstig mit dem Taxi kam man zu noch mehr Geschäften oder Aktivitäten. Zum Meer war es nicht weit, doch ist die lange Treppe nervig. Es ist nicht ausgeschildert, aber es gibt auch einen Aufzug runter. Den haben wir leider erst nach einer Woche entdeckt. An sich ein schöner Urlaub.

Zimmer auf aktuellem Stand - Einrichtung und Sauberkeit 1 A. Die Junior Suite ist nur wenig größer als ein Standard Zimmer hat winziger Balkon/Terrasse ohne Whirlpool. Insgesamt sehr ansprechend und völlig in Ordnung. Hotel im Nov/Hauptsaison gottseidank nur 2/3 besetzt, daher keine Schlangen an Pool/Liegen/Buffet/Kaffeemaschinen/Speisesaal - sehr angenehm. Frühstücksangebot und Dinner lassen kaum Wünsche offen, es wird sich um Abwechslung mit Specials bemüht. Alles frisch und einwandfrei. Adults only, daher ruhige Atmosphäre. Publikum entsprechend gehoben. Sehr freundliches und service-orientiertes Service-Personal. Wellness/Sauna nur auf Anmeldung mit Timeslot zur Vermeidung von Überfüllung (1 Dampfbad/1 Fin.Sauna). Whirlpools in Wellness und Dachterrasse nicht geheizt. Sehr schöne Rooftop-Bar und Ligefläche mit tollem Panorama. Ich kann das Suite Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We arrived to discover it was not a suite hotel as expected. Our room consisted of 2 beds and a wardrobe. Complained to the management and was told that was a twin room that we had booked. Jet2 holidays also confirmed they did reserve any suites in the hotel, even though their 3rd room photo shows one exists. I asked why the hotel is called a suite hotel, was told that's what they called it. We had requested 2 single beds and found the sheets did not fit very well. Requested a chair to sit on in the room, and was told they did not have any. There were 2 plastic chairs and a table on the balcony, which looked out on to a main bus route. Will not return to this hotel.

Amazing hotel! Especially the staff that make it so great, special shout out to pool bar staff and Yessica (think I have spelt correctly.) This hotel does not deserve any bad reviews. You are getting what you pay by for, great drinks and lovely food. Will be back.

Very disappointed. I did not do all-inclusive but had breakfast included. The breakfast was delicious but that is probably the only good thing I have to say. The bathroom was dirty when I arrived, and the facilities overall are super outdated. My aircon makes a really loud sound and is super filthy inside. The jacuzzi did not heath up. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire week despite complaining about this multiple times. I’ve had to spend all my 5G and buy more data on my phone. The showers by the pool didn’t work. The cleaners didn’t remove rubbish from the room, I had to ask for it to be removed. There are so many options and this is probably the worst I have been to which is really sad because it cost me nearly €300 per night. There are marks all over the wall and ceiling. I feel like I am in a 2-3 star and not a 4 star hotel. It’s not clean and everything seems to be broken. The breakfast is amazing but that’s not enough when everything else fails. I will be requesting a partial refund as this is not what I signed up for.

Spent 7 nights here after enjoying 5 nights last year. 1st Night was awful after being given a room on the side of the hotel overlooking a half derelict shopping centre and a few bins! The single beds in room 218 are on wheels so they float around the room every time you move on the bed! The room was also smaller then the one we'd had previously. After a sleepless night, we complained at reception and , to be fair, we were given another room. Much better and bigger and without the floating beds!! That said, I don't consider 2 single beds shoved together to be a "double bed". 2 Single beds made up individually are just that. The food in the buffet restaurant is very nice with lots of choice for meat eaters, a little less choice for veggies. Didn't Understand the 2 evening sittings as they appear to merge in to one! Nice Pools with plenty of beds even after the usual doughnuts sneak out with towels to reserve them........Why do people do that??? We didn't use the Lobby bar as the entertainment looked rubbish but we did use the pool bar daily and the sunset rooftop bar regularly. Enjoyed both of these although the spirit drinks are very strong. There's a Naturist bathing area next to the sunset bar, It's screened off to keep things decent for the rest of us.

Pour notre première fois à Gran Canaria , le séjour à l’hôtel HL NARDOS a juste été PARFAIT ! rien à redire ! La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, la qualité et diversité des repas et la situation géographique. hôtel très calme et très bien insonorisé.

Pasamos más que una semana en este hotel, habitaciones correctas, nos tocaron vistas a un centro comercial antiguo con mucho ruido y música por las noches, situado cerca de la playa pero en una zona que es imposible aparcar el coche, todos los días estuvimos dedicando mucho tiempo para poder aparcar, además la policía multa con frecuencia así que debes aparcar el coche bien … Lo más fuerte de este hotel es la zona de los jacuzzis en la planta 9 con las vistas a las dunas y los masajes- la chica muy agradable, trabaja bien y es bastante bien de precio. Lo más que se debería mejorar el la parte de entrenamiento nocturno, no solo nosotros, casi nadie estaba viendo los conciertos.
