I can't get over how gorgeous and peaceful this hotel is… The grounds are very well kept, they only have two restaurants, which one is an outdoor and the other one is on the second floor with an AC, but pretty much the same menu on both. The food was good. I can’t say thank you enough to the most happy,wonderful, humble and friendly staff. They really make you very comfortable and are very helpful. Their outdoor shower was my favorite!!! They have complimentary bikes at the hotel if you wanna explore the surroundings, they also havecomplementary kayaks, and paddle boarding.. If you want to go into town, there are shuttles available I think every 15 to 30 minutes. Their shuttle is also available to pick you up at the airport. We went to celebrate my birthday in Placencia,Belize, and I have to say we had the best experience overall. The rooms at this hotel are beautiful and clean, they really pay attention to every detail. Their body wash smells so good that I couldn’t resist to buy some to bring home and remember such a fantastic experience.!!! To all the staff at this hotel, THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU for making my birthday and our stayed such a memorable one. !! I definitely recommend this place 100% if you are looking for a tranquil place where you can relax and feel very special.

We enjoyed the most wonderful time at Naia Resort. The Staff were so accommodating and friendly from the front desk to the beach staff. Our ocean front bungalow was so beautiful and comfortable. The views were beyond amazing, and the relaxed atmosphere was so enjoyable. We will be back one day!

We stayed at Naia during our honeymoon in Belize. Naia is truly a top-notch resort focused on making your vacation feel like a luxury trip. A few things stand out to us about Naia. 1) The attentiveness and kindness of all of the employees was one of the most remarkable aspects of Naia. You are made to feel like family when you are staying here. They also were incredibly communicative and efficient when dealing with changes to our trip. Our flight out of Placencia got changed by an hour, and Naia took care of rearranging all of the details of our flights that day to ensure that we made it to our next destination in San Pedro smoothly. 2) Naia is a beautiful, quiet spot, settled a bit away from the busier part of the village. This allows you to feel like you are away from everything. They maintain the grounds beautifully and it is easy to have a relaxing and private time away. 3) The food is excellent!!!!! Both restaurants had great selections of food that was high quality and delicious. 4) The spa is luxurious. It is nestled away and feels like its own oasis within the oasis of Naia. When you are not getting a spa treatment, you can relax in the spa area, which has a private (quiet) pool and lounge chairs. So relaxing, and so wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay at Naia and would return in a heartbeat!

They say that first impressions are everything and when I tell you this trip completely exceeded all of mine expectations!!! I went on a woman's retreat recently and this was my first international trip; I had the most beautiful experience at this enchanting and enticing place that is the Naia Resort and spa. From the pristine clean grounds the warm and inviting service of the staff, to the absolutely delicious and nutritious food options that were available to the rejuvenating and tranquil Spa grounds and services, it was truly hands down best vacation I ever gave myself . Just being able to wake up to the Caribbean Sea was an absolute dream come true definitely will be planning my return trip.

Naia Resort and Spa is such a beautiful resort. It's quitely tucked away on 200+ acres in Placenicia surrounded by lush greenery and the beach. From the moment we arrived untl the day we left, the staff was attentive and kind. Our 1 br/1ba unit had a view of the beach. The decor was perfect. *I LOVED the outdoor shower.* And the food was tasty! Oh yes...and the spa...WHEW! Beautiful, reasonably priced, and great shower! If you want a quiet vacation (VERY QUIET) without a lot of people and with great service, Naia is for you!

One of the most unexpectedly amazing trips I have been on in a while. This was our first time in Belize and fell in love. Not only is the country beautiful but staying at Naia made it an over-the-top amazing experience. The staff are amazingly friendly and so very helpful and the resort itself is one out of dreams. The perfect location just a short ride from downtown. We have already told anyone and everyone who would listen that they need to book a trip to Naia in Placencia ASAP.

The excellence in design, construction, integration into its surroundings, and sense of place make the property amazing. Even more amazing is the staff and experience. Juan, Julian, and the entire staff was the nicest most attentive team I have ever seen. Oh, and the food, WOW! - we kept talking about going somewhere to try out something different but we kept trying different items and specials on the menu and we couldn’t bring our selves to go anywhere else. Overall, it’s the finish resort I have ever had the pleasure to stay at.

What makes this resort so special is the Staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I also liked that it is not a hotel structure. We had our own, separate beach house! Naia is right on the beach and secluded, so a great place to relax in peace. I also enjoyed the plush greenery surrounding the resort. This is a laid back, quiet place; don’t expect a bustling, party atmosphere.

This was a romantic vacation for a special birthday and anniversary. We loved the resort, property, spa, and especially the beautiful villa with pool and luxury bath area and outdoor shower. All of the staff were exceptional. They were so warm and welcoming, polite, kind, friendly and extremely service oriented. We highly recommend the resort!
