Die Zimmerausstattung ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ich denke, für den hohen Preis, was man da zahlt, ist das nicht ok. Die Lage ist gut. Der Service war auch gut. Late Checkout um 14 Uhr war möglich. Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz dem 5 Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Es gab schwarze Haare auf dem Boden zu sehen. Es gab große Flecken auf dem Teppichboden. Siehe Fotos. Das Frühstück war gut, ebenfalls gut war das Schwimmbad. Es war vergleichsweise klein.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber rund modern ausgestattet. Der Schwimmingpool ist ruhig und der Whirlpool mit toller Aussicht. Das Essen war geschmacklich nicht so gut und kalt.

Sehr gutes Hotel in optimaler Lage. Gym gut.

Super Lage, Zimmer sauber und sehr gepflegt. Perfekt für eine Stadterkundung.

Fantastic views, one of the best 5-star hotel in Wuhan, very satisfying experience!

The airconditioning in ALL of the rooms was turned OFF, apparently because they only have the heater working during Autumn. The temperature in the room was 30 degrees Celsius! I Informed concierge and the said they won't turn on the air-conditioning to cool the room, and that I could open the windows. I had already tried this and it had no affect. What 5 star hotel doesn't have airconditioning working on hot days and allows their guests to cook in 30°C heat in the bedroom? Disgusting!!. They brought a pedestal fan to further insult me. The airconditioning was still working in all the hallways and the lobby of the hotel to keep the staff at a nice temperature maybe, whilst cooking their guests. I would never stay at this hotel again and don't recommend it to anyone that likes their room to be at a healthy safe temperature.

A great hotel but no AC (they say they have it but it simply doesn’t work) is probably a deal breaker for a lot of people. I wanted to like it more than I did because the room and amenities were good otherwise

Very old room. Not even a four star hotel. Not sure how it is sold as 5 star. Not worth the money.

Excellent location and view from hotel. Easy access to tourist spots. Clean quiet rooms, good hotel service.

Convenient location and excellent services. It is situated beside the street with stylish cafes and restaurants.

It is very stuffy and hot inside the room because the hotel doesn't provide the air-condition.The location is very convenient and the breakfast tastes yummy.
