Schönes, geräumiges und ein großes Blickhotel! Obwohl es ein wenig alt ist, aber es ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Hotellobby befindet sich im 25. Stock. Aussehen von unserem Zimmer war auch awesome!

Ich war ein bisschen beunruhigt über eine einfache Ausstattung, die dieses Hotel nicht anbietet. Ich ging zum Vordertafel, um über Flaschen Wasser zu fragen. Es waren zwei Flaschen im Zimmer, die ich und mein Partner verbrauchten. Wir wollten mehr Wasser. Als ich die Vorderseite über gefülltes Wasser fragte, sagte die Dame, dass es keine verfügbare und der Geschenkshop hat einige zum Verkauf, aber es war nicht geöffnet. Es gibt auch keine Verkaufsmaschinen auf der Sicht. Glücklicherweise war die Bar offen, aber das Wasser wurde nicht filtriert, aber ich musste es trinken, weil ich keine andere Wahl hatte. Ich verstehe nicht, warum sie mir nicht eine Flasche des komplimentären Wassers gegeben hätten. Ich war sogar bereit, dafür zu bezahlen. Ich muss sagen, ich werde nicht mehr auf einem Doppelbaum bleiben. Ich bevorzuge den Marriott jedenfalls.

Großer Ort, um in Pitts zu bleiben. Verbunden mit dem David Lawrence Convention Centre ist ein Komfort. Viele trendige Restaurants in der Nähe. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Concierge-Desk war besonders hilfsbereit mit unseren Bedürfnissen und Reservierungen der Stadt. Bezahlbare Zimmer. Liebe es.

Based on my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South, I am conflicted about this rating. It might be more accurate at four stars for service, three stars for the hotel itself. Here’s why. About four stars for service . . . When I initially called the hotel or additional information after checking out their website, a front desk representative named Nico was extremely helpful. He took the time to provide details, listened to my specific needs and set up an appropriate reservation for me at a decent price. Good start! Upon my evening arrival, I found that the room included everything we had discussed. Many thanks to Nico for his assistance. Other front desk staff members were helpful during the stay. The name Kayla sticks in my mind. (No one asked me to write this review or mention names.) The three stars? A very average room in need of an update, difficult climate control, a worn mattress, cumbersome pillows, and a previously disclosed lack of food service. They also only do housekeeping twice a week. Clean towels are available upon request. Don’t get hungry here on a Monday or Tuesday, when the onsite restaurant is closed. Even when dining reopened on Wednesday morning, only a continental breakfast buffet (carb central!) was available. My guess? Staff shortages and/or no profitability. I wasn’t there later in the day. There is a tiny store in the lobby for a few packaged snacks and beverages. The hotel is centrally located for anyone visiting Bethel Park or Upper Saint Clair, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room had adequate space with a decent TV. A little card listed all the channels. The inexpensive, thin carpeting was worn. Chairs had old, spotted upholstery. The room itself was clean, with the usual appointments. The mattress edges had been weakened over time, making it easy to slip off when sitting on the side of the bed. Have you ever seen the huge, poly-fill pillows used in some hotels, the ones that look good on the fully-made bed but are too bulky to sleep on comfortably? Yup, those pillows. Enough said. Climate control in the room was accessed through a thermostat on the wall rather than the unit itself . . . with confusing buttons and no instructions. It was either too warm in the room or freezing. In addition, the air flow from the unit curled refrigerated air toward the ceiling, down the opposite wall and then straight onto the bed. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but only for a fully updated room at a good price. Advice: bring your own pillows.

Das ist ein ziemlich anständiges Hotel. Es ist viel besser als das Hilton Garden Inn, das wir vorher unter der Straße geblieben haben. Wir reservierten ursprünglich ein Studio mit 2 Queen-Bett, aber wurde auf eine 2 bedroom/2 Badezimmer Suite upgradiert. Meine Kinder waren übertrieben aufgeregt, weil sie ihr eigenes Zimmer, TV und Badezimmer. Mein Mann schätzte das private Bad und Ecke Aussicht mit vielen Fenstern. Es war Sehr geräumig. Unser Zimmer war als King Bed aufgelistet, aber es schien mehr als eine Königin. Die Kissen und Matratzen waren nicht sehr komfortabel, was enttäuschend war. Die Badezimmer waren sauber. Die Schlafzimmer waren schön, aber ein bisschen Staub. Die Küche/Lebensräume waren nicht so sauber. Die Sofa wurde aufgepillt und hatte blonde Haare auf sie. Die Küchenschränke, Backofen, Tisch, Stühle und Kühlschrank hatten Schmuck und Fingerabdrücke auf ihnen, die ich ein wenig grob fand. Obwohl es eine volle Küche gab, gab es keine Reinigungsmittel von einer kleinen Rolle billiger Papiertücher. Kein Geschirrspülmittel. Kein Desinfektionsspray. Glücklich, wir brauchten nicht wirklich die Küche zu verwenden. Zu einem Punkt verwendeten wir 2 Backofen und eine Kehle, so habe ich den Vordertafel für ein paar Detergenzien gerufen und sie brachten mir Waschbecken, die wir nicht verwendeten. Ich habe Clorox Wischspüler bei der CVS in der Straße gekauft, um zu reinigen und die Kehle verlassen und die Forsen im Sockel gespült, um zu waschen. Trotz dieser Mängel werden wir wahrscheinlich hier wieder bleiben. Wir werden einfach besser vorbereitet. Wir haben uns zu unseren Reisezielen geparkt und gelaufen, was sehr einfach war, da das Hotel direkt auf Forbes Ave liegt.

Dieser Ort war extrem sauber, hatte viele Einrichtungen wie komplimentarische Designer Toiletten, Teeflascheöffner, Weinglas und natürlich die Klawfoot Bad. Man würde sagen, es war einfach zu vergessen, diese Einheit hatte sogar ein Regen Fliesen großes Spaziergang in der Dusche. Die einzige Seite, die ich sagen würde, das Hotel hat kein Frontdesk, so alles ist alles virtuelle, etwas anders als die traditionelle Eincheckung, aber wenn ich vor der Buchung gelesen hätte, wäre es extrem schmerzlos gewesen. Die Frühlingstaff im Telefon waren sehr hilfreich.

I always start a review with the positives. I also don't like to be part of the problem but part of the solution and try to always offer helpful suggestions if I make a valid complaint. That said... The room at the Holiday Inn PIT Airport was PRETTY clean. I saw dark, long hairs on the bathroom floor (my hair is short and blonde,) and in the tub which led me to think the bathroom wasn't clean. However, the toilet and sink were seemingly wiped down and plenty of towels were accessible. The beds are comfy, the rooms are large, and we appreciate the outdoor pool in the warmer months. My husband and I stay here quite often, as many as 4 times a year or more, often with a multi-night stay, and we enjoy using the pool. The location for us is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport in general meets our needs. The breakfast is very good. Lots of a variety of hot foods and coffee. The waitstaff is always helpful in bringing out supplies, refilling coffee, hot food, a ”to go” bag if needed, etc. That all said, there is this very heavy set MEAN blonde lady with glasses that makes us cower and cringe each time we enter the hotel. We DON'T want to ask her for anything as she ALWAYS makes us feel like we are BOTHERING her. She seems to work the day shift, from early morning til 3 p.m. or so, as we have noticed and we try to make my requests and ask questions AFTER she is gone for the day. How ridiculous is this?!! Case in point: During one particular stay, I asked for more bars of soap for our room. I prefer bar soap. I shouldn't have to feel ”sheepish” about asking. They are mini and not full-sized bars of soap. We usually stay an average of 3 nights when we come to town and the hubs and i prefer bar soap to the bodywash and need more than one teensy bar for the two of us between the shower and sink for 3 days of usage. Get this one....She told us to use the bodywash in the containers on the shower wall and asked us if we had checked to see if the container of body wash was full!!!?? She seems to like to provoke an ARGUMENT! Then she preceded to tell us how she was instructed to hand out the minimum as in the case of the soap. I was thinking: ” Lady, please just open the drawer behind you and give us the dang soap!!” It's NOT a difficult request. I'm thinking: What happened to the old adage, ”The customer is always right?” The staff certainly should not ARGUE with the customer. A hotel front desk clerk works in the hospitality business and should provide the customer with ”hassle free” service. NOT! We don't ask for much. We don't ask for the room to be serviced with fresh towels, etc. during our usual 2 to 3 night stay. Was asking for mini bars of soap too difficult of a request? Today in our hotel room, I went to wash my hands after leftovers from an early lunch (around 11:00 a.m.,) to find that there was NO WATER. It had obviously been shut off. Why? We called the front desk to find out what happene

Es war sauber und das Personal war super schön. Sie sind nicht für die Bar oder Restaurant-Bereich ausgebildet, da sie die Vordertafel Leute auch für diese Bereiche arbeiten. Essen wurde nicht für das, was das Menü sagt und keiner von ihnen weiß, wie man Getränke zu vermischen. Sie wissen es nicht. Sie werden es Ihnen sagen. Ein arbeiter sagte, wir können keine Nahrung bestellen, weil er die einzige Person war. Frühstücksmahl ist nur ok, wenn Sie Gummi-Eier oder Eier in einer seltsamen Flüssigkeit mögen. Andere Wahlen waren jedoch gut. Es wurde getroffen und Miss. Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Sehr schöner Zusatz, den Sektionsschlaf in den Zimmern zu haben. Alles in allem, wir würden wieder da bleiben. Es ist mehr von einem Komforthotel. Erwarte nicht, dass es ein Resort ist. Es kann sich als phänomenal erweisen, wenn sie die Nahrung und Bar korrigiert haben.

My wife and I stayed here for a birthday trip. First off, I’d like to stay a special thanks to Mayla for giving us an upgrade. She was also very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was clean and quiet. Although this hotel is better designed for larger groups and events, it’s still decent for a one night stay. Also close to the ****** and some restaurants. Definitely satisfied with everything. We would stay again
