Hotel was conveniently located but paying $50 dollars for two nights to park my car in their parking lot without knowing until you checked in was a bit frustrating!

There was not much to like about the property. It's rundown and from what we were told fixed to be sold or has already been sold.

Was very disappointed the in door pool was closed. Was charged for extra day of parking! Over all had an enjoyable weekend. The room was nice however the fridge was so cold all my stuff froze.

First night there our key cards would not work at the door or the back door. The room smelled like smoke for a non smoking facility and room. The key cards the next day did not want to work at the room unless you did it 5-6 times.

the staff was super nice and polite and treated me very good. the facility is super clean and I love the free breakfast it's super delicious.

Great property

Room 625 was not clean. Left over dirty socks behind the curtains. Room was not vacuumed for a while. Everything else was clean enough.

She took issue that I booked through ******* using a venmo credit card. It’s a visa! why does it matter?! She insisted I use another card despite having already paid. Told me it would be a month before I saw any charges from them. It’s 2023, what kind of scam are you trying to pull?She said it would be an additional charge for us to park-$22 a night.Before heading to park, the receptionist stated that the back entrance (the hotel entrance from the parking lot directly across from a behavioral health facility) may be broken and that our cards would not work,we’d have to walk around to the front after parking.we parked and found the back door to the hotel unlocked and wide open. It wouldn’t close;it wouldn’t lock.Very unsafe. we got to our room, the dirtiest hotel room I’ve seen. It hadnt been vacuumed or dusted in ages. There were stains on the mirror ,grime on the windows, and stains in the bathtub. When we looked at the sheets we found stains that looked like someone had been sleeping on them without changing them for weeks, huge drool stains.we were troubled to see blood stains on the ceiling. Strangely, this room had leaves behind the bed,not a stray leaf, handfuls as if someone brought them in from outside.we couldn’t stay and chose to end our stay early. The only bright spot was the manager as we were leaving.DO NOT STAY HERE!

The lock on our door was not working perfectly so I had to rekey a couple times. I used the gym and that needed a lot of help. The computer failed to work on both ellipticals, the tv in the room had no service. No water in the water dispenser. When we went out to put our bags in the car, the key wouldn’t open the door to let us back in. We had to walk all the way around to the front of the building. Will not stay at this location again.

Located in an up and coming south side neighbourhood, close to some good restaurants and take outs. Room was clean and comfortable though noticeably warm. Great shower, good fluffy towels. Included hot and cold breakfast starting at 6:30 (includes zany pancake machine). Friendly staff. Good value for the money. Close to downtown across the river, but the location pretty much mandates using a cat to get around.
