Bei der Buchung wurde ”Dual Bedroom muss sein” genannt. Der Preis ist teuer, aber beim Anreisen zum Hotel informiert das Hotel, dass es ein Doppelbett nicht erhalten hat. Ich weiß nicht, ob TRIP.COM das Problem ist oder das Hotel falsch ist. Das Ergebnis war, dass die Kolleginnen und Kollegen die Zeit verbrachten, um es zu bearbeiten, Dieses Problem ist das dritte Mal in dieser Reise verfehlt. Bitte beachten Sie die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel, um die Zeit des Kunden zu vermeiden.

Great location, friendly staff, facilities, laundry machine, luggage storage, nice common area with a bar and dining. Very nice court yard to sit outside. A place has also elevator. Simple, but it has everything you need. Right behind the train station and 15 minutes walk from the airport. Highly recommend!

I am a little baffled by some of the great reviews on here. There are either two hotels with the same name in the city or the place has two different style rooms for people to give full marks. My review is genuine and honest based on our experience with room 113. I booked this place based on the reviews and pictures shared by the hotel. Unfortunately they are somewhat misleading. First things first, I have so much to say but will keep it brief…I have also already shared my feedback with the lady at reception during check-out. We only stayed one night. I’m a strong believer that feedback should always be shared with the place you’re staying in first before taking to the keyboard. Now…my review: Throughout my years of traveling, I’ve seen some better hostels than this 2 star “hotel”. It is not a hotel, full stop. The building itself shows so much potential and history but unfortunately the owners have not renovated or upgraded the place in what seems like 30+ years. I paid €190 for one night stay and it did not feel like a genuine booking. Based on my experience, no more than €50 should be charged. The room was below basic with just a bed and a tv that held a few Italian channels. The furniture, floor tiles and wall paint had serious wear and tear. The bathroom hand towels were, what looked like, kitchen towels and the bedroom duvet did not appear fresh and clean. The toilet smelled of what I would imagine a sewage plant smelled on the inside. There is a serious need to upgrade their plumbing. It’s a concerning health and safety matter! It was beyond disgusting and I had to decide to not use the shower or use the sink water in fear of unclean water due to their plumbing issue. I used my own bought bottle water. I had to hold my nose while using the toilet as the stench was unbearable. The garden was also not accessible. It was closed off which means, apart from your room, you had nothing. When I gave the feedback to the lady, she became defensive but did not appear surprised. My invitation to come upstairs and smell the horrendous plumbing/ toilet, was declined twice. She did say that they’re planning to renovate later this year…it remains to be seen if this is true. I hope they do because, as mentioned at the start, the building itself has so much potential. Overall, would not stay here again, I felt ripped off with €190 price tag and the poor state of the accommodation. Pisa has many places, you have choices.

Dieses Hotel, jetzt Hotel Villa Tower Inn genannt, ist sicherlich ein 3-star Hotel -- wie in der Beschreibung des Trip Advisor hier angegeben und NOT 4-star wie von ihrem Logo und ihren Werbevorschlägen vorgeschlagen. Ich nehme an, es kann ein anständiges 3-star Hotel sein: cool, in der Nähe der einzigen realen Attraktionen, die Sie zu Pisa ziehen, leicht zu finden, mit 24-hour Rezeption, einem Minibar-Kälte, LCD-TV, etc. Ich verstehe aus einigen Bewertungen, dass es renovierte Zimmer gibt. Nicht 207, obwohl das Bad Sports aktualisiert. Die Farbe ist alt und die Dekoration ist ”charming”, wo Charme-Ins für ”subpar” wie ”antique” stand-in für ”old”. Das Kopfboard hat wahrscheinlich bessere Tage und viele Dinge gesehen. Ich sage, weil das hier das ”romantische” Zimmer ist. Es ist romantisch, weil mit mehr als einer Person im Zimmer eine Menge an Berührung - beabsichtigt oder nicht. Die Obergrenze ist sehr hoch: die Höhe des Zimmers ist leicht 20% mehr als seine Länge oder Breite. Das Thema der seltsamen Perspektiven und Charme ist in dem Zimmer mit einem Armor ausgestattet. Es ist perfekt bedienbar, obwohl nur Michael Jordan die Oberfläche der beiden Kleidung Ständer nutzen konnte. Es ist 3” weniger als die 8' Höhe eines Basketballrimes. (Ich gemessen.) Wie ein solcher Gast für den Schlaf geeignet ist eine ganz andere Frage ... Das Zimmer hat, was scheint ein kleines anemisches A/C, das sich erstaunlich bis zum Job zumindest in der Nacht erscheint. Es war so heiß in dieser Woche dass wir die Schüsse kaum geöffnet haben (in oder außerhalb), außer beachten, dass die Aussicht aus diesem Zimmer aus einer Wand und einem Krankenhausparkplatz/Park ist. Ich versuche nicht zu sein *****y, weil das Hotel möglicherweise nicht auf meine Erwartungen an ein 4-star Hotel leben kann . Es sollte nicht ... haben, es sei denn, natürlich, sein Logo zeigt, dass es 4-stars hat.

We stayed in Pisa for one night. The communication with the hotel was excellent even though I reserved the room just a few minutes before arriving. The staff was wonderful, both at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. Based on the Staff's recommendation we found also a great restaurant nearby. The breakfast was very nice, good quality local products, the check-in and out process was fast, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very well situated in Pisa. We arrived via the bus from Pietransina (after arriving from Bologna on Flixbus) and it was a short walk from the river with our suitcases. The room was nice and large. It was not noisy at all as the hotel is in a quiet piazza opposite the palace of justice. The staff were very friendly and the Aperol sprtitz is only 4Eur. The bed was super comfy and the room came with a fridge. The bathroom was good and had a hairdryer. All towels were changed daily. On leaving to go to the train station, the bus stop is two minutes away on the back of the palace of justice. Would definitely stay again.

I must have started this review about 5 times because I don't really want to be negative, but then again I don't want to be positive either! We stayed here for one night, and it was enough - much like Pisa itself I feel - one day/night is enough! The location is well out of Pisa - taxi will cost in the region of €25, but if you like the idea of their thermal pools, saunas, etc it's worth it. Our room was a split level - bed above the en-suite with a decent sitting/chilling area downstairs. However I use the term ”chilling” ironically because the AC couldn't get near coping - despite having it working as hard as it could for the entire stay, it only managed to cool the room by less than one degree celsius. Opening the windows didn't help, but they opened into a corridor anyway, so privacy was a concern. Once you actually see a member of staff in the thermal baths/spa area (they seem to be rather sp**** and stay hidden - pretty sure I read that in someone else's review), they are lovely, but I genuinely felt awkward asking them to show us around - which is what the hotel receptionist had told us to ask! When we checked in, we were informed of a ”party” being hosted on the terrace that evening with food (not beverages) costing €90 each. We may have been tempted, but decided that given we were only there for one night, we'd eat in Pisa itself. On returning to the hotel we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar and were invited (by who appeared to be the Food and Beverage manager) to enjoy our drinks on the terrace with the live music still playing - this was lovely and very thoughtful - certainly the highlight of our stay at the hotel. All in all, it's somewhat aged and needs a bit of TLC, possibly understaffed a little, and in a rural location. That said, the staff are very good and the location makes it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The thermal baths are beautiful and somewhat unique so it's very ”different” and for a night-or-two, you can't go wrong. I don't regret booking it, and if the AC had worked, so would probably have been a far more positive review.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto, e questo certamente è un aspetto positivo. Detto ciò: la gestione é estremamente sciatta. Per prima cosa ci hanno consegnato la chiave di una stanza che in realtà era occupata: siamo entrati e ci abbiamo trovato le cose di altre persone. Consegnataci -senza un accenno di scuse, il receptionist a suo dire ”aveva mal di testa”- la chiave di un altro di questi ”mini appartamenti”, ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza dotata di cucinino ma priva di qualsivoglia bricco o pentolino anche solo per scaldare un po' d'acqua, con una macchinetta per espresso dotata di n.2 capsule per il caffè (giusto eh: solo una notte 2 persone = 2 capsule e stop) non un the non una camomilla... 2 capsule per L'Espresso e basta, se non ti piace cavoli tuoi (lavorerete con tanti stranieri, e fategli trovare un bollitore e due bustine di the- sempre 2 eh non dico di esagerare) Nel cassetto per le posate 1 forchetta e 1 coltello. Nel frigo 2 bottigliette d'acqua. E per finire 1 asciugamano grande e 1 asciugamano piccolo per due persone. Poi gli abbiamo chiesto un'altra coppia di asciugamani e per carità: ce l'hanno data. Questo albergo non è economico, si fa pagare. Soprattutto si vende come ”appartment hotel”: ti sbattono in una stanza priva di ogni suppellettile (nemmeno un cartellino con la pw del wi-fi) con fare sgarbato e annoiato e circa metà Delle dotazioni di diritto (asciugano, una coppia di cuscini extra, una cuffia per la doccia) Stamane ho lasciato la chiave in una reception vuota perché la receptionist stava fumando fuori. Stava lì, col suo cagnolino, parlando al telefono... Non mi pare un modo professionale di stare al lavoro. Comunque, é vicino all'aeroporto. Resta questo punto di merito.
