Unser erstes Zimmer war stark beschädigt und roch nach Schimmel. Als wir es ansprachen, boten sie uns an, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Wir sahen uns drei andere Zimmer an und sie waren alle schlimmer als das erste. Aus Zeitgründen entschieden wir uns, uns mit dem ersten Zimmer zufrieden zu geben und um einen Rabatt/eine teilweise Rückerstattung zu bitten. Das Management weigerte sich, etwas zu unternehmen (obwohl der Preis auf IHRER Website in dieser Woche niedriger war als der, den wir bei der Buchung gefunden hatten). Also fragte mein Freund, ob es wenigstens ein Zimmer ohne Teppich gäbe, da wir davon ausgingen, dass die meisten Schimmelprobleme dort auftraten. Sie sagten, sie hätten ein Zimmer. Dieses Zimmer war nur geringfügig besser, aber in der Dusche ragten Rohre aus der Wand. Sie konnten sich nicht die Mühe machen, den Schrank zu entfernen, um den Laminatboden fertig zu verlegen, sodass dort zufällig Teppichquadrate liegen. Die Tapete im ganzen Zimmer war übermalt und weist Wasserschäden und Schimmel auf. Fußleisten und Zierleisten waren nicht richtig festgenagelt und ekelhaft. Das Zimmer wurde die meiste Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht gefegt und ich weiß nicht, ob man darum bitten muss oder nicht, aber ich würde annehmen, dass es gemacht wird, da sie die Handtücher wechseln. Nachdem wir uns bei Booking beschwert hatten, kam die Managerin am Morgen auf uns zu, unterbrach ein Gespräch, das wir mit einem anderen Gast führten, und sagte: „Sie haben sich bei Booking beschwert, jetzt müssen wir das klären, wie viel wollen Sie zurück?“ Wir sagten ihr, dass wir pünktlich zu einem Meeting kommen müssten, aber die teilweise Rückerstattung bei unserer Rückkehr besprechen könnten. Sie stimmte zu. Später am selben Tag erhielten wir eine E-Mail von Booking, in der stand, dass das Hotel uns den Rest unseres Aufenthalts nur erstatten würde, wenn wir an diesem Abend auscheckten. Wohlgemerkt, wir erhielten diese E-Mail erst gegen 17:15 Uhr und kamen erst um 20:00 Uhr ins Hotel zurück. Wir hatten der Managerin auch bereits erklärt, dass wir nirgendwo anders hingehen würden, weshalb wir nur eine teilweise Rückerstattung wollten, um fair zu sein. Der Manager hat sich also nicht nur entschieden, nicht wie vereinbart mit uns darüber zu sprechen, sondern hat auch versucht, uns rauszuwerfen. Booking wollte uns den vollen Betrag zurückerstatten, konnte dies aber nicht ohne die Bestätigung des Hotels gemäß dessen Lieferantenvertrag. Also habe ich meine Bank kontaktiert, um eine Rückbuchung zu beantragen, und werde Fotobeweise einreichen. Schade, dass wir das alles durchmachen mussten. Ich würde definitiv sagen, ersparen Sie sich den Ärger mit diesem Hotel.
