Der Service war ausgezeichnet – freundliches und aufmerksames Personal holte uns sogar von der Stadtmauer ab, was die Anreise zum Hotel super einfach machte. Wir aßen sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück im Hotel, und beide Mahlzeiten waren absolut köstlich! Auch die Lage ist ideal – etwas abseits der belebten Hauptstraßen, also ruhig und trotzdem in der Nähe von allem. Das einzige kleine Problem war die Klimaanlage, die etwas zu warm war. Obwohl die Außentemperatur um die 10 Grad Celsius lag, schlafen wir lieber kühler und hatten etwas Mühe, die Raumtemperatur zu regulieren. Abgesehen davon war unser Aufenthalt unvergesslich und insgesamt sehr komfortabel. Ich kann Ihnen einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich bin ein Reiseliebhaber und kommentiere normalerweise nicht online, aber dieses Mal kann ich nicht anders, als das Hotel zu loben. Zuerst fuhr ich von Yantai in die antike Stadt Pingyao. Da während der Feiertage viele Menschen und Autos in der Altstadt unterwegs waren, holte uns das Hotelpersonal bei unserer Ankunft ab. Während der gesamten Reise half uns Personal mit unserem Gepäck und die Serviceeinstellung war super gut. Alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr enthusiastisch und locker, was mir, der ich mehr als 1.000 Kilometer durch die Domäne gereist bin, ein warmes Herz bereitet hat. Zudem ist das Erscheinungsbild des Hotels sehr stimmungsvoll und zum Fotografieren geeignet. Das Hotel ist rundum intelligent und das Erlebnis ist super gut. Wenn ich das nächste Mal die Gelegenheit habe, die antike Stadt Pingyao zu besuchen, werde ich mich wieder für Xingshengjiu entscheiden.
