첫번째 방에 들어가자마자 곰팡이 냄새도 많이났고, 침구류에서 엄청난 악취가 났다.
다른방으로 바꿔주기전까지 40분을 넘게 그 방에 있었고, 온몸에 두드러기를 비롯해 침을 삼키기 어려울정도로 알레르기 반응이 생겼다.
트립닷컴을 통해 예약취소 신청을 했으나, 예약취소 및 환불을 받을수가 없었다. 결국 다른 호텔로 옮겼다. 왜 이 장소가 평점이 높은지 전혀 모르겠다.
