Das Zimmer, das mir gegeben wurde, war ein Doppelzimmer, das in ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer unterteilt war. Es reichte für zwei Erwachsene plus ein Kind und ein Kind (es musste eine Steppdecke haben). Es befindet sich im Nebengebäude, das 2⃣️-Gebäude liegt also am Fuße des Hangs, ohne Aussicht und ist durch den Hang blockiert. Das Hauptgebäude hat möglicherweise eine schöne Aussicht. Das Hotel befindet sich noch im Bau und die Fertigstellung wird voraussichtlich ein halbes Jahr dauern, hat aber keine Auswirkungen auf den Check-in. Bis zum Strand sind es nur zehn Minuten. Es wird empfohlen, im Hotel nach einer höheren Etage zu fragen. Außerdem ist die Check-in-Zeit um etwa 15:00 Uhr, sodass Sie etwas früher gehen können.

Das Hotel ist gut, aber es wird gerade gebaut, es gibt weder einen Pool noch ein Restaurant. Es ist sehr teuer, nur für ein Zimmer zu bezahlen. In der Beschreibung steht nicht, dass der Pool noch nicht fertiggestellt sei, ebenso wenig wie das Restaurant. Es ist besser, dieses Hotel zu buchen, wenn die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. We really had a pleasant stay. The room was so neat and cozy, we had a good night sleep after a day of exploring the places in Phuket. The pool was clean, a good spot to hang out. Staff were accommodating especially one of the security guards whom I want to commend as he assisted us from Day 1 of our stay until we left the hotel (I forgot to take his name, he was working morning shift for the consecutive days of ours stay) We had avail the breakfast also, which was really good as well. Menu was different everyday. As for the location, the hotel was walking distance from Karon Beach. Will highly recommend this hotel.

We typically do not complain unless it’s really warranted but this is one of those times. My wife and I stayed at the Wyndham in Playa de Carmen Mexico early this year. After a delayed flight and a long travel day, we finally arrived at 11:30 PM only to be told upon check in that our hotel room has no running water. No other room was offered to us and when we asked we were told that we cannot change rooms!! Needless to say this was unacceptable on so many levels! A year later we decided to put that experience behind us and give the Wyndham another chance so we booked into the Proud Karen beach Wyndham in Phuket Thailand. We chose this hotel over another one because their site said the hotel had a roof top pool and a fitness room. I recently injured myself so a gym is very important for my ongoing rehab. However, once we checked in, were informed by the staff that there was no fitness room nor a roof top pool as both were still under construction. I was feeling frustrated as I specifically choose this hotel for the fitness room and felt that they had misrepresented their amenities on the site. Furthermore, It appeared the hotel was still under renovation as you have to navigate yourself through an old car parkade (see video) and long steep drive way to get to the front desk and only one elevator is operational in each building. We were willing to turn a blind eye to these shortcomings but I needed a fitness room so after 2 days we ask to check out early and get a refund only on the last 2 days. When I called (from room) the manager at the front desk about my request and reason why the call was disconnected so I went to the front counter and when the manager saw me he called the sales agent who informed him to tell me that our room was nonrefundable. At this point I asked to talk to the sales agent on the phone as they appeared to have the authority to grant refunds. As I began to explain to her why I wanted to check out early she rudely cut me off and would not let me finish explaining. I asked her to let me finish speaking and again she cut me off and said that I have to go through my booking agent. The booking agent had already emailed the hotel twice with no reply. We were then told the office was closed so we would have to wait until Monday which was our check out date so that would be too late. An hour later our booking agent mysteriously got a hold off the “closed office” (the sales lady who I had talked to) and he said that she denied our request despite our complaint. There was nothing he could do. I email Wyndham’s head office regarding the matter but had no reply ! This company misrepresents itself and takes no accountability should an issue occur ! Stay clear!!!

It's not bad, but the location is not easy to find and the elevator is small. Good service attitude.

Stay away from this place. Worst hotel ever for this price!!! Too expensive and they are under construction so you can only stay in the room no amenities. It’s a shame and this 4 years!!! So ok you are under construction as a hotel ok I understand but change the price men. What is this? You can’t offer much and the rooms smell very bad. It’s unhealthy. So make the price for the room lower!!! It’s not worth 140$ per night. Maybe 50$ but not more!!!

Good location- far from noise, but 7 minutes walk from the beach. Building around- but it is not get troubles. Al in room are new. Hotel open some time ago. Very helpful and kind staff!

24年剛開的，設施非常新，服務人員也很好！！ 整個房間是一個公寓式的，打掃衞生的人也很好！ 大堂經理會中文好評！ 缺點的話因為個人不太看中，可以參考下游泳池有些小（離卡倫很近也不需要泡酒店），房間陽台是山牆（下次希望安排到主樓）

房間較大，寬敞明亮。樓層高的更佳，打掃衞生及時（比附近的假日Inn好多了）。B棟是附樓，要轉梯才到大堂，出行略有不便。泳池有些小，適合拍照曬太陽，天麪泳池還沒開。剛去到門口時找不着ChecK in的大堂，指引不夠清楚。
