Starke Baumängel und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Balkon Geländer im 5!!! Ist einfach abgefallen!

Covid hat dem Hotel keine Gnade erwiesen. Die Lobby und das Restaurant sehen veraltet aus, werden aber von der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Sonnenuntergänge und den komfortablen Zimmern überwältigt! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Da in der Nähe Bauarbeiten stattfinden, ist es rund um das Hotel schmutzig.

Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht kaum Englisch. Als ich im Hotel ankam, bat ich sie, den Kühlschrank und das Telefon zu überprüfen, da sie außer Betrieb waren. Kakerlaken kamen aus dem Zimmer. Ich ging in den Transporter und sah, wie er herauskam, aber ich fühlte mich so unwohl, dass ich sofort gehen wollte. Das Restaurant und das Hotel befinden sich in verschiedenen Gebäuden, also überlegte ich bei Regen, ob ich im Regen essen gehen sollte. Es gibt nicht viel zum Frühstück, also gibt es nichts zu essen. Die Wasserversorgung fiel aus und es war so schlimm. bitte geh nicht

Die Lage war großartig, in der Nähe des Flughafens. Man kann sagen, dass es eine gute Reise mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ♪ Es gibt auch Restaurants, Cafés und Bankautomaten in der Nähe. Allerdings war das Wasser im Pool trüb und ich hatte keine Lust hineinzugehen. Weinen

Es war das schlimmste Resort aller Zeiten! Das Schlimmste war, dass sie beim Check-in im Resort einen Pass anstelle einer Kaution verlangten. Eine gute Sache ist, dass es Netflix im Zimmer gibt. Andere Einrichtungen und umliegender Müll Unbefestigte Zufahrtsstraße Ich kann kein Englisch Das Schwimmbad sieht nicht so aus wie auf dem Bild, und das Wasser riecht schlecht und die Wasserfarbe ist auch gesprenkelt. Absolut kein 4-Sterne-Resort, bitte gehen Sie für diesen Preis zu einem anderen guten Ort. Ich bin die einzige Person, die nur herausgefunden hat, warum die koreanischen Bewertungen so schlecht sind. Nachdem ich 2 Tage reserviert hatte, zog ich am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Resort. Ich bin sicher, Sie haben es bemerkt Ich werde versuchen, ein Foto hochzuladen Die Aussicht tagsüber beim Einchecken ist wirklich das Schlimmste.

Die Fotos sind schön der Raum ist dreckig Die Bettdecke gewechselt und sie ist immer noch schmutzig zu faul zu sagen

The Palmy was likely an absolutely stunning property when it was built. Unfortunately the environment and a low maintenance budget have taken its toll. Lots of rusty steel railings are evident.  The restaurant which claims to have both western and local cuisine has what appears to be a Chinese leaning breakfast buffet and the dinner menu is limited to a blade steak dish and Pizza. This was confirmed by another guest that had been there for a week.  The multiple pools looked nice but seemed cloudy.  We splurged and went for the executive suite expecting to have a functional living space. It consisted of a wooden love seat and a coffee table and nothing else. No tv or anything.  The bedroom was the unique room. It was appointed with a nice bed in the centre of the room with a desk behind the headboard, a wall to wall curtains separated the sleeping are from the bathroom area. A glass shower and tub area was in one corner and a glass walled toilet area was in the other.  Beach access was though the restaurant.

This hotel is very bad choices

Pleasant and good location. The initial exterior was a little shocking but nothing a lick of paint couldn’t improve. More modern amenities inside and good pools

I really regret having to post something negative—this is actually my first time doing so. After paying for 15 nights at this hotel, our flight was changed to the following day after our reservation started. When we arrived, they told us we didn’t have a room because we were a day late, and there was no availability. I had sent an email as soon as I found out about the flight change (two months in advance) and received no response. I sent another email on the day of our arrival, but still, nothing. In the end, they gave us a room in a building that was still under construction. The air conditioning and television didn’t work, and there were cockroaches. The next day, they moved us to another room, where everything worked except the internet, which kept disconnecting constantly. To top it all off, I got food poisoning from the breakfast and was sick for two days with gastrointestinal issues. The only good things about this hotel are its location and the sunsets, but personally, I will never return.

Location is not bad. But cleanless is pure. Only 1 room key if you travelling with your family.

The hotel has great potential to be a fantastic 4.5-star destination, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The beach could use better cleaning and maintenance, as it detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, some surrounding infrastructure needs attention, as it impacts the hotel's appeal with more attention to detail needed. It feels as though the financial impact of COVID-19 has taken a toll on the hotel, and it shows in some aspects of its upkeep. However, with targeted efforts to address these issues, the hotel could truly shine.

We had a bad experience at this hotel. I travel with my family, 4 adults, 1 child. I booked two rooms when I went to check in,at 16:00 the staff said that there was only one room for me to sit and wait for two and a half hours.🥺😞 Then I paid for breakfast for my son because I understood that the hotel had a policy of only giving breakfast to 4 people. Staff will let us pay more for the son's stay without explaining the child's stay policy. The staff in the picture threatened and scolded us if we didn't pay and chased me to stay somewhere else.
