Ich finde die drei Betten mit Meerblick gut.
Es war gut für eine vierköpfige Familie in jedem Zimmer.
Da ich das Resort nicht verlassen wollte, nutzte ich das Restaurant und den Zimmerservice des Resorts.
Dadurch konnte ich mich unabhängig von den Preisen in Vietnam gut erholen.
Genießen Sie Wein, Tapas und Steak und vergleichen Sie dabei die Kosteneffizienz mit Korea.
Wenn Sie Sunset BBQ genießen, werden Sie nicht sagen, dass das Essen im Wonder World schlecht ist.
Ich liebe die erschwingliche Ruhe, die ich in einem Luxushotel genießen kann.
Als vierköpfige Familie habe ich viel Geld ausgegeben, aber ich habe es nicht bereut.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Es verfügt über einen Infinity-Pool und Frühstücksoptionen. Das Zimmer ist groß und verfügt über einen Balkon. Man blickt auf das Meer und kann den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Es ist eine Empfehlung wert.

Allerdings war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer verzögert und es war sehr heiß, als ich zum ersten Mal eincheckte. Der Minikühlschrank war kaputt und ich bat um einen Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer. Mir blieb nichts anderes übrig, als den Kühlschrank durch einen dritten zu ersetzen ( aber es war nicht ausreichend gekühlt).
Außerdem war der Service schlecht. Ich habe an der Rezeption angerufen, um mich über die Klimaanlage und den Kühlschrank zu beschweren. Die Leitung wurde manuell unterbrochen. Ich habe zehnmal angerufen und wurde zehnmal unterbrochen. Ich musste persönlich zur Rezeption gehen, um es zu erklären .
Die Erklärung beim Einchecken reichte nicht aus. Sie fragten Sie nicht proaktiv, ob Sie einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen oder zu Ihrem Frühstücksplatz benötigen. Meine Bestellung war, dass Ihnen ein Dampfer geliefert wird. Es wurde nicht erwähnt oder erwähnt. I Ich habe mich selbst nicht daran erinnert. Es hat mir viel Mühe bereitet, nachzufragen, bevor ich nach dem Auschecken überhaupt darüber nachgedacht habe. Beim Einchecken gibt es ein 3-Punkte-Limit, das sich je nach Umgebung nicht ändert. Obwohl es welche gibt Regeln, die Regeln werden von Menschen festgelegt.

Komfortables neues und schönes Hotel. Für uns schien alles gut
- Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit
- Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Sie bieten uns kostenlos ein schönes Upgrade auf Meerblick :)
- Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe, nur 100 m zu Fuß entfernt. Schöner Strand, am Strand können Sie einige Aktivitäten ausüben.
- Die Lage ist praktisch, direkt neben dem Zentrum von Phu Quoc. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Was uns an diesem Ort gefällt, ist, dass wir nebenan eine Strandbar genießen können, ein sehr entspannter Ort, um auf dem Sitzsack zu faulenzen :) und Musik am Strand zu genießen
- Der Pool befindet sich auf dem Dach und bietet von oben eine sehr schöne Aussicht
- gut zu empfehlen für Reisen mit der Familie oder mit Freunden v.v....

Ich war kürzlich in einem Hotel, das einen großen Eindruck auf mich hinterließ. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfreich und freundlich, was mein Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Zimmer waren auch wirklich schön und hatten gute Einrichtungen, was ein enormes Plus war. Ich genossen das leckere Frühstück, das jeden Morgen serviert wurde, war ein toller Weg zum Beginn des Tages.
Es gab jedoch einige Konsequenzen, die ich während meines Aufenthalts bemerkte. Eine der Probleme war, dass die Taxifahrer oft verwirrt zwischen M Village und M Resort, da es zwei M Hotels naheeinander gelegen. Das war etwas verwirrend und hat uns etwas Unannehmlichkeiten verursacht. In den letzten Tagen war ein offenes Feuer in der Nähe des Hotels, was unser Zimmer etwas rauchend riecht. Aber als wir uns an das Personal beschwerten, wechselten sie unverzüglich unser Zimmer in ein anderes.
Insgesamt möchte ich dieses Hotel jedoch noch sehr empfehlen, jemanden zu suchen, der einen tollen Aufenthaltsort sucht.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was delightful, and the aesthetic appeal of the hotel created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Auch gibt es im Grunde keine ”Privacy”, da die Türen zum Zimmer eine Lücke am Boden wie ein Finger haben. In der Nacht können Sie das Licht vom Korridor sehen, und im Allgemeinen kann jemand durch eine solche Lücke in das Zimmer. Nicht die Probleme der Soundproofing.

Dozens of cafes, restaurants, and attractions are within three kilometers, and we offer two pools and four restaurants and lounges on site.

Das Hotel liegt in Sun Set Town, einer italienischen inspirierten kleinen Stadt mit historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Seine schöne, aber immer noch ziemlich leere, sicher gibt es einige kleinere Hotels und Restaurants und einige kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Neben dem Wasser gibt es eine Nahrungsmittelbazaar mit Stalls und viele Nahrungsmittel und Getränke bietet aber seine gerade von 16 Uhr Open, das Highlight der Stadt war neben der schönen Architektur die tägliche Feuerwerk (außer Dienstag) Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen großen Pool, der dem Meer gegenüber steht, und auch über einen Treppenweg Zugang zum Strand. Als es gerade geöffnet wurde, war es nicht bemüht. Als Hilton Diamond Member haben wir eine kostenlose Canapé mit zwei Drinks am Abend und eine Liebe Suite mit Meerblick upgrade. Für die Feuerwerke können Sie auch die Dachterrasse zugreifen, um einen besseren Blick zu erhalten. Während der Kontrolle kam es, dauerte es, dass jemand kam und uns mit unseren Gepäck half. Auch gab es eine Verwirrung darüber, was unsere Gepäck ist, als sie es in unser Zimmer brachten. Dieser Prozess sollte in gewisser Weise verbessert werden, besonders wenn das Hotel beschäftigt wird. Das Cabana-Area sollte von den öffentlichen Treppen geschieden werden, da es oft Leute, die Bilder des Pools und auch von Ihnen nehmen, wenn Sie in der Nähe dieses Bereichs sind. Auch in der Nähe dieses Bereichs mit den Kabanas sollten sie auch eine Treppe installieren, um den Pool zu betreten, da Sie um die Hälfte des Pools zu gehen müssen, um ins Wasser zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist fabulös und bietet eine große Vielfalt und auch eine große Qualität. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem der Pool ist ein Highlight. Wir werden sicherlich einen Tag zurück zu diesem schönen Hotel und Lage.

Es gibt viele Schwimmbecken in einem weiten Bereich. Es gibt auch Wasserrutschen an der Seite des Beckens Wer gerne schwimmt und im Wasser planscht, wird zufrieden sein. Gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es zwei rund um die Uhr geöffnete Lebensmittelgeschäfte, einen Massagesalon und mehrere Restaurants, so dass eine medizinische Behandlung kein Problem darstellt. Es gibt auch einen französischen Brötchenstand. Die französischen Brötchen sind sehr knusprig und einen Versuch wert. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Seilbahnstation und ist sehr praktisch für den Besuch südlicher Sehenswürdigkeiten.

GGastnutzerWirklich ein schönes Hotel, sehr ruhig, alle Angestellten sind super nett und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück ist ebenso top. Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und es gibt einen Shuttle Service zum Strand. Super auch der kostenlose Transport zum Flughafen! Die Zimmer sind auch top. Einiges Manko ist, dass es im Nirgendwo liegt, die Lage ist nicht so ideal, aber geht schon.

AAnonymer BenutzerDie Insel Phu Quoc wurde für vier Tage in zwei Hotels aufgeteilt. Ich habe mich für das Novotel im Süden entschieden, weil es in der Nähe der Seilbahn von Xianghai liegt Das Ticket für die Seilbahn und den Wasserpark beträgt insgesamt 180, was sehr kostengünstig ist. Auf dem Rückweg gingen wir zum Gefängnis der Insel Phu Quoc und gingen herum. Das Hotel ist ziemlich groß, man kann sich in den beiden Swimmingpools vorne und hinten vergnügen und der Sonnenuntergang ist super schön. Am Abend buchten wir ein Nachtangeln auf Tintenfische auf See, was ziemlich einzigartig ist~

GGuest UserIch habe eine Woche in meinen Flitterwochen verbracht und bin in dieses Hotel zurückgekehrt, anstatt in den nördlichen Teil von Grand World. Es war sauber und freundlich, die Lage war großartig und der Pool war großartig. Einige Mitarbeiter sprachen sehr gut Koreanisch, daher war die Kommunikation auch gut ein Problem.
Nein, vor allem die Mitarbeiter bei Hien waren wirklich nett💕
Sogar am letzten Tag wurden wir geweckt und angewiesen, nicht zur Check-out-Zeit rauszukommen, sondern es langsam bis zur Shuttle-Zeit zu schaffen. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen.

GGuest UserVorne weg - ich reise viel und bin auch ein wenig anspruchsvoller. Nur zu Einordnung meiner Bewertung. :) Ich war 5 Tage im Residence Teil der Anlage. Man kann den Hotel Teil mitbenutzen. Es gibt praktische Wagen die einen herumfahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, alles wirkt recht neu, hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand - traumhaft weißer Sand und aktuell sehr ruhig. Die 2 Pools sind beide tadellos mit ausreichend Schirmen auch für Menschen die gerne mal im Schatten sind. :) Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern mit Meerblick ist wirklich wundervoll. Siehe Fotos. Für mich nicht relevant aber zu erwähnen, das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich. Preis/ Leistung überragend und man bekommt echte 5 Sterne. Laut der einheimischen Menschen, wohl aktuell die tollste Anlage auf der Insel. Die Restaurant Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und selbst als Allergiker wird einem fast alles ermöglicht. Es gab einen kostenlosen Flughafen Transfer zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten. Das Gym ist top ausgestattet mit neuen Geräten. Das Spa ist wirklich fantastisch - hochwertige Pflegeprodukte, super professionelle Therapeuten und für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie auch ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Entspannung pur. Zum Zentrum (nightmarket & Restaurants) sind es zwar per Taxi ca. 20 min. - dafür hat man hier echt seine Ruhe :) und ich musste nur 1x hin. Einzige Verbesseungsanregungen: Das Essen in den Restaurants ist gut. Nicht zu beanstanden. Jeder findet etwas. Hier könnte man aber evtl. In einem der beiden ein klein wenig gehobener werden bzw besser in den Details werden. Die Karte ist neben den einheimischen Gerichten was westliches Essen angeht, eher Standard.. Aber das ist wirklich jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Geschmeckt hat es trotzdem. :) Ein Angebot zum Motorroller Verleih oder zumindest Adresse die das Hotel empfehlen würde, wäre wirklich ein Add on, das einen tollen Mehrwert bieten würde. Das ist aber auch schon alles, was mir einfällt. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt - sehr gern bald wieder.

Es ist schön, ein Wohnzimmer in einem zwei Schlafzimmer zu haben, aber es gibt Haare überall im Zimmer (insbesondere Rucks ...) und ich weiß nicht, ob die Sauberkeit der Wohnzimmer Sofas gut ist. ㅠㅠ

GGuest User4 Nächte im Premiere Village. Sehr schönes Resort mit einer erstaunlichen Anlage. Wir hatten eine Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern und eigenem Pool sowie direkte Strandlage mit Meerblick. Traumhaft. Es gibt 2 Restaurants, 1 Juice Bar und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir erhielten ein Welcome Treatment und Welcome Drink Voucher. Upgrade wurde angeboten, aber wäre etwas schlechter gelegen auf dem Gelände. Reichhaltiges Frühstück im Market Restaurant. Aufgrund der Feiertage war es sehr voll und überlaufen. Service war etwas überfordert und es war etwas zu laut und überlaufen. Qualität des Angebotes war ausgezeichnet. Abendessen war ebenso sehr gut inkl. Service. Haben uns das Seafood Buffet Dinner im Corallo Restaurant gegönnt und waren begeistert. Gesamtes Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder.

GGuest UserThis trip was our first time ever visiting Vietnam. The trip was tiring but as soon as we arrived the property, we got excited and was amazed by the layout and the beauty of the resort. The first impression is very important. At the front desk, we were greeted by Ms. Trinh Ho. We were greeted with a warm smile and she checked on our well being and asked us about ourselves. She then gave us her personal contact to reach out for any assistance for our convenience. We checked in at about 6-7 in the morning but she was still replying to our texts throughout the day until 11 in the evening, giving us recommendations and information and assiting with reservations. She reserved a table for us at Lua Grill&Bar and thats where we met the wonderful team. We witnessed the team surprise a couple with a cake singing happy birthday with big smiles on their faces and their joy was contagious. No matter where you go, there is always a warm smile. All of the food we ordered was delicious. We ordered the mango raw papaya & prawn salad and the Phu Quoc herring fish salad for starters and to be honest, I am mildly allergic to seafood and I would get a rash so I often avoid it. My partner loves seafood so I was willing to try it and I have no regrets. It was delicious and definetly worth the rash! We then met Ms. Cuc (or Pheobe). She was very attentive and polite! She would clear the table as soon as we finished our meals and would regularly check our satisfaction. We had a nice conversation with Cuc where we introduced ourselves, shared our experiences and backgrounds. During our talk, I suddenly recalled she had a conversation with the couple next to us and it impressed me because it showed how she loves to get to know her guests better and build a connection with them. She is very motivated and determined to improve her language skills as she is proactive with guest interaction . She is truly an asset to the team! During our stay we had our breakfast at the Bay Kitchen which was always something for us to look forward to. There was a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. On our last day, we met Mr. Duy. We shared a lot of our ourselves and he would also regularly check our satifaction and recommended the food we should try and some vietnamese coffee. He has been in the hotel industry for more than a decade and it is truly inspiring to see someone find their passion. First time in Vietnam and definitely not the last! The team especially Ms. Trinh, Ms. Cuc and Mr. Duy took great care of us during our stay and truly represent Vietnam. They are the embodiment of the company's values. Thank you for everything!

GGuest UserBeing totally beach people , I and my husband like to visit many islands and beach places . After Maldives ,Thailand ,Malaysia ,Andaman ,Sri Lanka , Goa and Kerala we ended up in Phu quock Vietnam . We did last minute bookings and hadn’t researched much about where to stay etc but luckily we stumbled upon this hotel . The room had such an amazing view of the ocean , that we didn’t feel like going out to do any activities for an entire day . You can just sit and relax in the room and watch the sunset while rolling in your bed . And the Bath tub experience was just amazing too with such a great view and effective bathing salts and sipping away on cooling drinks . We could feel paecful from within If you want to unwind and just take a break from your busy life it’s perfect The hotel is also located in the main area of the island from where all the day activity pick ups happen . Very close to the night market walkable distance . It’s equidistant from the north and south of the island where you may like to visit . The staff were very friendly and ready to help in any way be it booking our diving tour , arranging for a bike ,money exchange or arranging for pure veg food which isn’t easily available in Vietnam . Only draw back would be that it doesn’t have direct access to a Sandy beach but the views more than compensate for this But long beach is very close by . All in all a very good experience

GGastnutzerSadly I would not feel happy to recommend Sunset Beach. I was extremely excited about our up coming trip and so looking forward to it after a month of travelling around Vietnam. It did not live up to my expectations in the slightest. The good points, room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom and the hotel is in a great location for capturing the sunset. Other than that everything else was extremely disappointing. The breakfast was chaotic, I have never been to a hotel where I have had to share a table with other residents. But there are not enough tables. Same applies for the sun beds around the pool and on the beach, also towels. Not enough to service 117 rooms. Sunset beach do not offer the option of charging to your room so you have to carry cash or a card with you all the time. We were also made to settle each round after they were delivered and could not run up a tab. Bar staff were incredibly slow at delivering drinks and orders were forgotten or wrong. Whilst our room had a sea view it was somewhat marred by the view of the roof of the restaurant. The fireshow that was put on as entertainment was extremely concerning as audience members were encouraged to take part at spitting methylated spirit out. I also witnessed a near accident when one of the performers tripped over a hose that hadn’t been buried deeply enough in the sand. All in all our stay wasn’t the experience we had hoped for and we would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. What I would like to recommend is the beach restaurant next door. The food is delicious and half the price.

Personal ist so hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind jeden Tag sauber, die Badezimmer sauber und die Dusche sind im Vergleich zu einigen, die wir hier geblieben haben, oben. Absolute Wert für Geld mit malerischen Aussichten und alle Einrichtungen, die Sie benötigen könnten. Der Spaziergang zur Hauptstraße ist ein wenig von einem Spaziergang, aber nicht eine Wanderung. Nehmen Sie mein Wort für ihn und nehmen Sie keine Aufmerksamkeit auf die schlechten Bewertungen. Dieser Platz ist Fantastische wert für Geld. Nur ein Kommentar ist Frühstück könnte ein bisschen besser sein, aber nicht wert, weil nicht reservieren.
