Ein sehr schönes Resort mit unglaublich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitenden. Wunderschöne saubere Zimmer sowie ein sehr gut gepflegter Außenbereich mit wunderbarem Pool. Wir haben uns hier äußerst wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The room was beautiful and spacious and I loved the up lighting of the ceiling. Staff were helpful. The pool is huge and the view was wonderful. We only stayed for one night - really only 12 hours, but we can walk alot in resort - and ordered room service for dinner which was delicious. They also have a small tea shop. Definitely not four star or luxury. The food is average. The staff are nice enough but can’t really speak any English which is fair enough, it is Vietnam but they don’t really try either. Front of house hospo is Crown Retreat’s weak point. The bar is dismal. The bungalows are nice enough but nothing luxurious about them. Aircon unit leaked all over the floor constantly, toilet cistern never stopped running. The most disappointing thing is the amount of rubbish in the ocean. Disgraceful!
