Das war ein Standardhotel, das speziell von aufmerksamem Personal und Service gemacht wurde. Das kontinentale Frühstücksbuffet war zurück, aber noch nicht in voller Kraft. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von vielen Mahlzeiten in der Nähe von Fußgänger.

I wanted to love this place. I was so excited after I booked it, but unfortunately it was not a great stay. I also want to say that all of the employees were very nice and tried to be helpful. I think a lot of the problems lie in the concept. Is it a hotel or is it a bar/venue? We came prepared with a stock of ear plugs and a white noise machine. It didn’t do much good. I expected to be kept up a little later than usual, but I didn’t expect to be woken up early the next morning by loud, thumpy music pumping through the speakers in the courtyard bar/venue music. If you’re loud at night, it would be nice to have it be a little quieter in the morning. In addition, they didn’t seem to soundproof during the renovation. The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants between 3-5 am every night we were there. I’m not sure what they were doing up there, but it was certainly loud. Request a top floor if you decide to brave a stay. Now for something good: The location is spectacular. We were there to see a show at the Van Buren and it was a quick walk to the venue. There were also a ton of great restaurants and bars in walking distance and downtown is very close. ANNND… back to a few more gripes: It was kind of gross. It wasn’t filthy gross, but it didn’t look as if it had been recently remodeled. There was dust everywhere, bits of plastic and paper trash on the floor, and the shower head was in dire need of de-calcification. Why do I have to unscrew the lightbulbs to turn the lights out? Seriously? No switch… If I pay between $250-270 a night for a hotel, I should not have to pay $4 for a cup of coffee in the morning. It’s fine if the restaurant (the only source of coffee in the hotel) doesn’t want to give the hotel guests free coffee, but the hotel should provide coffee for their guests. I mean: you’ve kept me up late, woken me up early, AND you’re charging me $4 to get a cup of coffee (that I have to get dressed to fetch)?!?!?!?!? There should be a law against this sort of thing. While I’m on the subject: Paying the aforementioned price for a hotel should also guarantee that I don’t have to wipe my butt with 80 grit sandpaper. Some decent toilet paper would go a long way. Fellow Travelers: If you think you might want a nightcap, be prepared and put something in the fridge in your room. The bar doesn’t keep to its posted hours and the bartenders I had couldn’t always make a decent cocktail. If you’re a beer and a shot type, you’ll probably be fine. If the bar is closed you can always treat yourself to a $15 can of barely drinkable wine from the restaurant… or a $4 cup of coffee. But hey, did I mention the location?

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von vielen Mitte-Stadt-Attraktionen. Das Personal war freundlich und die Einrichtungen waren sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend, um einen hungernden Morgenappetit zu bekommen. Die Kiefernrollen waren auf dem Punkt. Ich würde gern wünschen, jederzeit hier zu bleiben. Ich genossen mein kurzer ein-Nacht-Aufenthalt.

Ich werde zugeben, dass ich mit der Anzahl der Veranstaltungen und Aktivitäten im und um das Hotel etwas nervös war, aber ich hatte eine sehr angenehme und friedliche Erfahrung. Räumiges Zimmer und großartiges Aufenthalt über 4 Nächte. Ich werde hier zuerst schauen, wenn ich nach Phoenix zurückkehre.

Das war für mich das beste Hotel auf meinem 3-wöchigen Trip von Phoenix - Denver - Phoenix. Es hat zwar nur 3 ☆, war aber gegühlt wie das 4 ☆ Hotel in Denver oder gar besser, zumindest, wenn man allein reist. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, riesiger Mikrowelle und sogar Geschirrspüler. Das fand ich schon mal super. Auch die Aufteilung super, konnte schon an dem Beistellrolltisch essen und TV schauen. Ne kleine Couch mit Hocker und ein bequemes Bett. Dazu war die Klimaanlage auch nicht laut, was leider in einem oder anderen Hotel/Lodge deutlich hörbar war. Das Bad war auch schön sauber, großer Pflegespender, nicht diese kleinen Tuben, die man gefühlt jeden Tag nachfüllen/erneuern muß. Frühstück ist hier inklusive, welches eher rudimentär ausfällt, aber genügt. Wozu braucht man auch tausend Sachen? Ich trinke normalerweise nie Kaffee, aber der hier schmeckte mir gut. Man kann drinnen oder draußen frühstücken. Ne nette Grillecke gibt es auch, der Pool ist klein aber fein. Bei 40+ ° C (Juni) auch empfehlenswert, Wasser auch warm. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und nur ein paar Meter und man ist auf dem Freeway (202) und kommt schnell in die Stadt oder woanders hin, auch wenn man zum Hotel zurückkehrt. Flughafen ebenfalls nicht weit, sowie die Mietwagen Aus-/Rückgabe. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel, komme gerne wieder.

Hotel stay was good has a issue but was solved in a timely care manner. Would stay here again for the price room was clean breakfast was good nice clean eating area. Hotel staff was very nice and mindful of my issue and was fixed quickly

When I arrived the person at the front desk could not initially find my reservation even though I had checked in with the app. She stated that I was not in the system and that they were fully booked. I proceeded to show her my confirmation number and email, I also showed her my online banking where I had the charge pending on my account. She said well you are not in the system and looked at the other receptionist and said I'm going on break. The other lady made a call and was given instructions on how to pull it up and it was then resolved after waiting 20 mins. I went to my room which was dated but clean. The room was fairly cold and I wanted to take a shower I turned on the heat to alleviate the chill and the unit started to smoke and the smoke detector sounded. Afraid it would start a fire I turned the unit off and called the front desk because the smell of smoke was filling the room. The front desk said they would send the maintenance person shortly. The maintenance guy came and checked to make sure there was no fire but advised that I should not use the heat until they were able to have it checked in the morning, and since the hotel was fully booked there was nothing he could do at the time. I was disappointed, I had only gotten the room because my flight came in late and I was too tired to safely drive home, I slept in a smoky cold dingy room all night and despite my documented experience I did not receive one courtesy call or email apology not one opportunity to turn this experience around was ever made. SMH I will stay with Hilton from here on out.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Tempe, ist leicht an der Hauptstraße zu finden und bietet bequeme Transportmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr gut, mit Autovermietung, kostenlosen Parkplätzen, kostenlosem Flughafen-Shuttlebus. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Dekoration und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Der Preis ist relativ moderat und der Preis ist super gut. Es ist eine gute Wahl für Reisen ins Ausland.

Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber ;) Pool leider ersichtlich nicht sauber, sehr schade bei den Temperaturen. Waren zwei Nächte hier, leider auch kein Roomservice, wir mussten uns selber um frische Handtücher bemühen. Frühstück ok.
