Nehmen Sie am Meeting teil, um zu bleiben. Es wird geschätzt, dass es sich um einen Verhandlungspreis handelt, das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend, der Preis ist nicht hoch und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist viel höher als im nahegelegenen San Carlos.

Eine Nacht hier verbrachte ich. Ich kam nach Phoenix, um ein Diamondbacks Baseballspiel zu sehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren super zu Hause. Sie haben uns früh in unser Zimmer gebracht! Die Lage war perfekt! Obwohl der Valet Parkplatz preiswert war, wir mussten nie fahren oder nach Parkplatz in der Stadt suchen. Wir konnten überall gehen: zum Mittagessen im Kettle Black Restaurant, zu einem Kaffeegeschäft, zu CVS und sogar zum BB-Spiel. Wir nutzen die Lime-Scooter und haben Übungswandlungen. Bei unserer Niederlage haben wir uns bewusst, wie komfortable das Bett und das Zimmer war. Außer für eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer (sie hatten eine im Lobby) hatten wir alle die Ausstattung, die wir brauchten. Liebe die Sonnenblocker! Das Frühstück entspricht dem Ruf des Hampton Inn für ein heißes Essen mit einer Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln. Sie hatten keinen Pool (Phoenix ist soooo heiß und ich hätte es begrüßen können, wusste es aber gehen) sondern ein Fitnesszentrum. Die Gegend hatte einige Obdachlose umgeben, aber wir fühlten uns nie unsicher. Gut auf den Straßen in der Nacht. Für eine große Stadt war es ungroß. Alles in allem, toller Platz!

Ich werde zugeben, dass ich mit der Anzahl der Veranstaltungen und Aktivitäten im und um das Hotel etwas nervös war, aber ich hatte eine sehr angenehme und friedliche Erfahrung. Räumiges Zimmer und großartiges Aufenthalt über 4 Nächte. Ich werde hier zuerst schauen, wenn ich nach Phoenix zurückkehre.

Update: Pretty sure I got a sinus infection from my room. (See review and photos) Not the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, but the worst Hilton experience so far. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's proximity. 1. Proximity to the job site I worked out of 2. Proximity to the Airport 3. Proximity away from crime When I arrived, the atrium was nice and the pool area is actually really nice. When I opened the door to the room, the musty smell hit almost immediately. Thankfully because it's PHX, I was able to open the window and run the fan to get some fresh air into the room. Only after 3 afternoons of doing this same practice did it finally start smelling less musty by Wednesday night. I inspected the HVAC intake and noticed that the filters appeared to have an installed date. I think it says 1-26-2022 (or 1-24-2022) either way I'm no HVAC expert, but I believe even the best filters need to be changed more than that... only 1 out of the 4 toiletries had anything in it or the only one actually working. (see photos) Since I work all day, I didn't feel like making it a big thing at the front desk. Should I have? I guess I could have, but for Hilton Honors users, we have a handy app that lets you use your phone as a key among other features. one of them is to communicate with the hotel. I decided to try it out and sent a message on Tuesday. No response. On my last evening, I sent one other message. (see photos) I'm a fairly forgiving guy, but considering this is one of the only supposed ”4-star” hotels in the vicinity, I was hoping for a little more. They don't service the room but once every 5 days (unless you ask for it, but again; Why have a communication feature if you don't monitor it?) if I come back to Phoenix, This will NOT be my first choice. I'm going to say right now, I'll probably look in nearby Tempe or some other suburb and risk the 20-30min. commute than stay here again.

When I arrived the person at the front desk could not initially find my reservation even though I had checked in with the app. She stated that I was not in the system and that they were fully booked. I proceeded to show her my confirmation number and email, I also showed her my online banking where I had the charge pending on my account. She said well you are not in the system and looked at the other receptionist and said I'm going on break. The other lady made a call and was given instructions on how to pull it up and it was then resolved after waiting 20 mins. I went to my room which was dated but clean. The room was fairly cold and I wanted to take a shower I turned on the heat to alleviate the chill and the unit started to smoke and the smoke detector sounded. Afraid it would start a fire I turned the unit off and called the front desk because the smell of smoke was filling the room. The front desk said they would send the maintenance person shortly. The maintenance guy came and checked to make sure there was no fire but advised that I should not use the heat until they were able to have it checked in the morning, and since the hotel was fully booked there was nothing he could do at the time. I was disappointed, I had only gotten the room because my flight came in late and I was too tired to safely drive home, I slept in a smoky cold dingy room all night and despite my documented experience I did not receive one courtesy call or email apology not one opportunity to turn this experience around was ever made. SMH I will stay with Hilton from here on out.

Nur ein schnelles Wochenende Aufenthalt. Es war eine schnell entspannende Getaway. Es war nahe einem Denny’s, was ein Plus war und auch nahe dem Interstate. Auch es war nahe dem Flughafen. Niedriger Platz für eine schnelle Getaway.

Ich habe vor der Hand angerufen, um zu sehen, ob es zusätzliche Gebühren gab, wurde mir vom Empfänger über das Telefon informiert, dass es eine 150 Resort Gebühr wäre. Als ich ankam, wurde mir vom Empfänger informiert, dass es eine 950 Dollar Zwischengebühr wäre.
