Terrible stay. People were rude. I didn’t even get the room that I booked. They put me in a smaller room.

Tastefully decorated and clean, comfortable hotel room. Breakfast was of good quality foods and lots of choice. This hotel is located in downtown phoenix and it was within walking distance of the conference centre. The one thing I found inconvenient and expensive was their parking options as if you choose self park -the parade is a block away.

Very nice and easy to get to other places in the downtown area. Homeless in Phoenix is getting crazy but the hotel can't control that.

I loved the location close to the Convention Center where I attended a conference. The walk to the Center gave me plenty of exercise to counteract the sitting in the conference. A lovely room and lovely hotel. Lots of eateries close by giving lots of choices.

I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and informative. The environment was clean and well kept.

Great downtown location. Minutes to and from the airport. Friendly staff who offered directions as well as places to eat. I will certainly be back.

Pros - Walkable to many things and places to eat. Very comfy bed, great pillows, nice blankets. Cons - Parking a block away isn’t ideal, especially for someone like myself who happens to be handicapped. The girl at the front desk when checking in was all business but she got the job done and took care of us just fine. I wish the windows in the room could’ve opened to get fresh air. Overall, not bad. I would stay here again but I would probably look for something with more convenient parking if you have mobility issues. Very clean and quiet hotel.

It's a great location to walk to downtown spots. Beautiful building with cozy rooms. I loved the bathtub. I was traveling solo and was perfect spot.

It was next to near perfect, just make sure to have a physical card on you so the can do a $50 hold, its a bit annoying i had to really push it for them to let me do it a digital card will work but you have to show them. But all in all i loved the hotel, this is my favorite hotel to go ☺️.
