Die Lage ist in BKK, sehr praktisch. Die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Als Ersatzteile verwende ich Bodia und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war recht zufriedenstellend und die Unterkunft insgesamt war sehr gut.

Wir kehrten aus Siem Reap zurück und übernachteten weiter im Palace Gate Resort. Beim Einchecken wurde uns vom Servicepersonal ausdrücklich mitgeteilt, dass es draußen Renovierungsarbeiten gäbe, und wenn es laut sei, sagen wir es Sie wissen, dass der Hotelfernseher über Netflix verfügt und die Kinder nach Belieben fernsehen können. Ich fand das Personal draußen nicht laut und die Landschaft draußen war auch sehr gut. Es ist sehr praktisch und überall in der Nähe. Ich werde in Betracht ziehen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, wenn ich in Zukunft zurückkomme.

Don’t typically stay with the Hyatt Brand, but the Hyatts in Asia have been amazing! The room here was great. It’s wonderfully located - near the river, the Palace etc. That’s not the reason for this review. This review is for the STAFF. We stayed here 12 nights and each day we were met with a collection of sweet smiles. Wish we learned all their names but are glad to have connected with a few: Daily breakfast buffet were with the lovely Seavyoung and shy Srey reap - thank you for taking such wonderful care of us each morning; Sotheary was our lovely lunch companion; Sopha, a sweet little thing from the Attic; Yem from the Regency Club, thank you for our bottomless Prosecco; Dinner Staff from 55, lovely Leakana and her team; Last, but certainly not least, Fariza, sweet darling, thank you for singing us romantic songs; Eric,one of the managers, love your contagious energy. Five Stars accommodations and amenities are pretty much the same, what separates them is the team of people who enhances your stay. For the entitled reviewers / visitors who expect perfect English…. How’s your Cambodian!?!

Unser Aufenthalt hier war ziemlich gut. Der Service ist großartig. Der Pool und die Bar sind nett. Das Bett und die Bettwäsche waren komfortabel. Das eine unerfreuliche war, dass, während unser Zimmer ein Fenster hatte, es sich direkt an die Fenster des Gebäudes neben der Tür aussehen konnte, ohne dass es überhaupt keine Privatsphäre gab, da es keine Scharfläschen zu ziehen. Sie können buchstäblich sehen, dass Menschen im nächsten Türgebäude umherlaufen, und so können sie Sie sehen. Das zwang uns, die Gräber ganzen Aufenthalt zu halten, die sich eher klaustrophisch fühlten. Es würde anregen, dass das Hotel einige scharfe Gürtel aufstellt, so dass man während des Tages ein natürliches Licht genießen kann.

Nach 26 Jahren wieder in diese Stadt ist ziemlich spannend, so habe ich ein Hotel in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums gewählt. Ich habe City Centre Hotel über booking.com reserviert. Ich habe den Flughafen gebeten, aber niemand hat mich gebeten, auch wenn ich mit ihren Taxikosten von 15 USD einverstanden bin. Ich brauchte ein Taxi, weil ich an diesem Tag zu einem wichtigen Treffen gehe. Nach meinem Treffen verließ mich ein Freund im Hotel und ich fand heraus, dass das Hotel in einer sehr besetzten Straße in der Nähe von Bars und Geschäften liegt. Jedenfalls habe ich bereits gebucht. Die Rezeption sagte mir, den zusätzlichen Betrag zu zahlen, den ich gerade gezahlt habe, weil es schon um 8 Uhr ist und ich muss schlafen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein ohne Auspuff und Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Die Kissen wurden verfärbt und etwas geräuchert. Das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, was es besser machte, auch wenn das Hotel nicht so groß ist. Nachdem ich um die Gegend ging, fand ich heraus, dass es bessere Optionen in dieser Nähe gibt. So nächstes Mal werde ich ein anderes Hotel holen.

Obwohl ich nur zwei Tage blieb, habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt:
1. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Abholservice vom Flughafen und jeder versteht Chinesisch, was die Kommunikation sehr bequem macht.
2. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Ausstattung ist hochwertig.
3. Im Hotel gibt es ein Fitnessstudio.
4. Das Einkaufen ist sehr praktisch und die Lage ist sehr gut, mit dem Zentralmarkt dahinter.
5. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Reisnudeln sind am leckersten und die Umgebung ist auch gut.
6. Besonderer Dank geht an Herrn Cui, der uns abgeholt hat.
7. Alle sind sehr freundlich und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr hoch!

The staff at the Fairfield Marriott in Phnom Penh are the stars of this hotel! They are sooo... friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and always smiling and genuinely happy to see us. The location is a downside. It is a bit a ways from restaurants and various city attractions. The entrance to the hotel is a bit awkward since it is located on the side of the building instead of facing the street. This made it confusing for the tuk tuk and taxi drivers to know where to pick up or drop us off. The other downside or awkward thing that stands out is the lack of privacy between the bathroom and sleep area. There is a sliding door that you can close and open that separates the bed area from the bathroom. The sink is in the middle of the room and the toilet is off to the side with shower across from it. Its kind of like an open concept room configuration. It was a weird room configuration especially when it came time to usr the toilet. Perfectly fine for a solo traveler but a bit awkward for everyone else considering the lack of privacy. It would have been to have the ability to close off the bathroom to allow a little more privacy. Overall, although there were some quirks with this hotel, we are still glad we stayed there. It was the wonderful staff who were friendly and professional that made our stay so pleasabt and so memorable. We would stay here again because of the great staff.

Probably one of the new best hotel that just opened this year in Phnom Penh. We were very impressed by our family suite. Literally huge with very modern amenities. Having 2 separated bedrooms and a large living room is a big plus. As many other reviewers we enjoyed the pool at the roof top. Do not miss the sunset. About the staff: some are very new to hospitality but you can see and feel the management are very experienced so there was no issue at all for the check in and out. The ladies at the front desk are particularly cute :)

JJustanothertravellerHotel Kvl in Phnom Penh stands out for its prime location, nestled directly beside the Royal Palace and the river, making it a prime spot for tourists looking to explore the city's historical and cultural landmarks. The hotel itself is equipped with modern and stylish furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and the breakfast was a highlight, being both delicious and served à la carte, allowing for a personalized dining experience in the morning.
However, our experience took a turn when it came to the transfer service from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The cost of over $180 for the transfer felt exorbitant, especially given the condition of the vehicle and the service provided. Being transported in an older car, coupled with a driver who was not only unable to communicate in English but also constantly distracted by multiple ringing mobile phones, significantly detracted from our overall experience. Despite attempts to use Google Translate, communication was futile, and the incessant noise became a source of irritation.
Given the high price, our expectations for the transfer service were not met, leading us to conclude that utilizing a service like „Grab“ for a fraction of the cost would be a far better option in the future. On a more positive note, the transfer service from the hotel to the airport was priced at $20, which felt more reasonable and within acceptable limits.
Another significant issue was the noise level in our room. Situated on the top floor directly beneath the hotel's rooftop bar, the sound levels late into the night were intolerable. The booming music and lively atmosphere of the bar, while perhaps enjoyable for some, felt more like being in a nightclub than a hotel room. This was particularly unwelcome as we sought to rest and recover from the exhausting transfer earlier in the day.
In conclusion, while Hotel Kvl boasts an excellent location and modern amenities that contribute to a comfortable stay, the high cost and poor execution of the transfer service from Sihanoukville, coupled with the disruptive noise from the rooftop bar, marred our experience. Future guests would do well to consider alternative transportation options and inquire about room placement to ensure a more tranquil stay.

His commitment to going the extra mile and ensuring that guests feel not just welcomed but truly valued is something that deserves recognition. His warm demeanor and proactive approach to guest satisfaction set a standard that other establishments should strive to achieve.

Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel war Wasser durch starke Regenfälle beschädigt und undicht. Das Potenzial dieses Hotels ist großartig, aber die Instandhaltung wurde zu lange vernachlässigt Zeit für größere Verbesserungen, um mit den neueren Hotels, die in der Gegend gebaut werden, Schritt zu halten

BbrianmQ8209UUWir kamen und wurden von Anfang an begrüßt. Die Eincheckung ging reibungslos. Die Zimmer waren großartig, sauber und gerade richtig. Schönes Pool geworfen, in dem nur gerade nach dem vollen Tourtag war. Das Hotel ist eine tolle Lage und wir gingen zu Restaurant und lokalen Bars. Hilfspersonal vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Danke.

HHuaDie Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nicht weit vom Palast und vom Fluss entfernt, das Hotel ist sehr neu und der Servicepersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Es gibt viele ausländische Touristen, die sich aufhalten. Es gibt ein Restaurant in der Nähe, es ist gut.

WWuhanniuxDas Zimmer ist groß, sauber, gute Lage, guter Service, günstig, sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lobby ist sehr ethnisch und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Personal half uns begeistert, ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu finden. Vielen Dank. Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten.

GGuest UserAn unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

JJDUBLYAWir hatten ein paar Tage in Phnom Penh, dann gingen wir nach Vietnam und kamen wieder nach Phnom Penh für weitere 4 Nächte und das ist, wo wir reserviert haben. Es ist in einer großen Position direkt in der Stadt, so dass wir fast gehen können, wo wir wollten. Fantastische Wert für Geld einschließlich Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist sehr anständig und es ist eine la carte .....mit Dingen wie Eier bene, Pancakes, asiatisches Frühstück und Sie erhalten auch Kaffee, Tee und Saft. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber und das Bett super komfortabel. Das vorangegangene Zimmer, das wir geblieben hatten, war wie ein Rock hart. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön dekoriert und die Badezimmer sind auch gut. Sie haben Kleidung usw., Shampoo und Seife, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Gewebe und wir hatten einen Balkon (nicht sicher, ob alle Zimmer einen Balkon haben). Das Personal war immer sehr hilfreich und super freundlich. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool am Dach oben in der Nähe des Restaurants. Es gibt nur 4-5 Lounge-Stühle, aber wir konnten immer einen bekommen, wenn wir wollten. Es war nie so viel, weil viele Leute im Tageslicht raus sind, aber es war so erfrischend, einen Pool zu haben, als Sie von einem Tag aus der Sicht zurück kamen. Es gibt auch einen Kaffeegeschäft im Erdgeschoss, der nur großartig ist, um einen Kaffee zu nehmen, wenn es nötig ist. Wir lieben unseren Aufenthalt im Lavanya Boutique Hotel und würden nicht zögern, zu empfehlen.
