Relax Hotel

Das Zimmer ist gut und wir hatten insgesamt einen guten Aufenthalt. Der Problempunkt liegt beim Frühstück, es muss verbessert werden. Speisen und Getränke waren nicht mehr heiß (7.30 Uhr, wenn das Frühstück um 6 Uhr beginnt). Wir mussten das Personal bitten, Wasser und Kaffee aufzuwärmen und die Früchte nachzufüllen. Vier Mitarbeiter unterhielten sich in der Küche, waren aber nicht besonders mit ihrer Aufgabe beschäftigt, den Gästen ein ordentliches Frühstück zu bereiten.

Enttäuscht von diesem Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig! Überall Kakerlaken, sogar im Kühlschrank! Der Balkon ist mit Taubenkot und schmutzigen Kaffeetassen bedeckt... Ich empfehle diese Einrichtung nicht.

It's good value to stay here for relax. Even Though the hotel is old, but it's clean. The breakfast is so simple as the hotel price. We will come back because it's cheap.

I recently stayed at Relax Hotel Phonm Pehn, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and I was even offered a complimentary upgrade, which was a delightful surprise! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I especially loved the attention to detail in the room – from the luxurious toiletries . The hotel’s location was perfect, close to all the major attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The facilities of roof top was good I also had the pleasure of dining near the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But what truly made my stay outstanding was the level of customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help. I can’t recommend Relax Hotel enough! It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service at an affordable price . I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Everything was justified according to price. Staff is very helpful, many restaurants nearby. Night market and all other attractions are 10-20 minutes by TukTuk. We enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel for this value of money. Reception is nice and friendly. We had late check out at 14:00, No problems at all. It’s ok to stay if you come to Phnom Penh for few days
