An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel nichts weniger als außergewöhnlich. Das Hotel ist elegant eingerichtet, geräumige und luxuriöse Zimmer und unglaubliche Service für eine wirklich erinnerebare Erfahrung. Die Mitarbeiter gingen über und über, um mein Komfort und Zufriedenheit während meines Aufenthalts zu gewährleisten. Die Mahlzeiten waren hervorragend, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Gerichten zu wählen, und die Einrichtungen des Hotels, einschließlich des Fitnesszentrums, waren topnotch. Ich empfehle das Luxe Haven Hotel für jeden, der eine wirklich bemerkenswerte Hotelerfahrung sucht.

Ich befinde mich im 28. Stock. Die Aussicht ist unübertroffen und die Lage ist praktisch. Bis zur NagaCorp sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Sicherheit vor Ort ist streng, was ein Lob verdient. Allerdings sind die kleinen unterstützenden Einrichtungen etwas mangelhaft . Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind überfüllt mit untätigen Menschen, daher habe ich nur einen kurzen Blick darauf geworfen. Die Badewannenabtrennung im Zimmer ist kaputt. Die Uhr im Zimmer zeigt immer 10 bis 10 Minuten. Sogar der Fernseher muss geräumt werden und das Personal Wurde dreimal gebeten, in den Raum zu kommen, um es einzustellen, kann aber immer noch nicht den chinesischen Sender sehen? Die Sachen der vorherigen Gäste wurden nicht unter dem TV-Schrank gereinigt. Blinkt im Zimmer ständig ein Licht? Die Hardwareausstattung ist ausgezeichnet, aber ein kleiner Mangel an Managementaufsicht kann von der Bewertung abgezogen werden. Ich bin vielleicht wählerisch, aber ich werde wieder dort übernachten, wenn ich nach Phnom Penh komme, und ich hoffe, dass es verbessert werden kann.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist recht hoch, die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist sehr gut und die Einstellung des Kellners ist sehr gut. Als es zum ersten Mal von einem Freund empfohlen wurde, fühlte es sich gut an. Ich habe dieses Hotel jedes Mal gebucht, wenn ich hierher kam.

Place there initially for 2 nights then was told we had to stay 2 weeks due to a positive case on the flight, not even sure if that was the case the hotel receptionist just smiled when he announced it. The room is dirty, when asked for the cleaning the cleaner asked for money! It was still dirty by my standards after she cleaned. The bath mat was old grey, torn and sheets were yellow with age, that I can cope with but black dirty on the surface areas is not acceptable. In the end I had to clean the room myself. You have to request for clean towels and toilet paper. We were supposed to have 3 meals per day they forgot breakfast the first 2 days. Then food came at strange time earlier each time in the end: Breakfast @ 06:30, Lunch @ 11:00, Dinner @ 16:30. It was poor quality food and just warm, lunch was probably delivered same time as lunch as it was almost cold. The food rubbish is left outside each door and by the elevators with cats wondering around at night scattering rubbish around. This is the worst experience ever. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!

Wir kehrten aus Siem Reap zurück und übernachteten weiter im Palace Gate Resort. Beim Einchecken wurde uns vom Servicepersonal ausdrücklich mitgeteilt, dass es draußen Renovierungsarbeiten gäbe, und wenn es laut sei, sagen wir es Sie wissen, dass der Hotelfernseher über Netflix verfügt und die Kinder nach Belieben fernsehen können. Ich fand das Personal draußen nicht laut und die Landschaft draußen war auch sehr gut. Es ist sehr praktisch und überall in der Nähe. Ich werde in Betracht ziehen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, wenn ich in Zukunft zurückkomme.

Don’t typically stay with the Hyatt Brand, but the Hyatts in Asia have been amazing! The room here was great. It’s wonderfully located - near the river, the Palace etc. That’s not the reason for this review. This review is for the STAFF. We stayed here 12 nights and each day we were met with a collection of sweet smiles. Wish we learned all their names but are glad to have connected with a few: Daily breakfast buffet were with the lovely Seavyoung and shy Srey reap - thank you for taking such wonderful care of us each morning; Sotheary was our lovely lunch companion; Sopha, a sweet little thing from the Attic; Yem from the Regency Club, thank you for our bottomless Prosecco; Dinner Staff from 55, lovely Leakana and her team; Last, but certainly not least, Fariza, sweet darling, thank you for singing us romantic songs; Eric,one of the managers, love your contagious energy. Five Stars accommodations and amenities are pretty much the same, what separates them is the team of people who enhances your stay. For the entitled reviewers / visitors who expect perfect English…. How’s your Cambodian!?!

The staff at the Fairfield Marriott in Phnom Penh are the stars of this hotel! They are sooo... friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and always smiling and genuinely happy to see us. The location is a downside. It is a bit a ways from restaurants and various city attractions. The entrance to the hotel is a bit awkward since it is located on the side of the building instead of facing the street. This made it confusing for the tuk tuk and taxi drivers to know where to pick up or drop us off. The other downside or awkward thing that stands out is the lack of privacy between the bathroom and sleep area. There is a sliding door that you can close and open that separates the bed area from the bathroom. The sink is in the middle of the room and the toilet is off to the side with shower across from it. Its kind of like an open concept room configuration. It was a weird room configuration especially when it came time to usr the toilet. Perfectly fine for a solo traveler but a bit awkward for everyone else considering the lack of privacy. It would have been to have the ability to close off the bathroom to allow a little more privacy. Overall, although there were some quirks with this hotel, we are still glad we stayed there. It was the wonderful staff who were friendly and professional that made our stay so pleasabt and so memorable. We would stay here again because of the great staff.

Probably one of the new best hotel that just opened this year in Phnom Penh. We were very impressed by our family suite. Literally huge with very modern amenities. Having 2 separated bedrooms and a large living room is a big plus. As many other reviewers we enjoyed the pool at the roof top. Do not miss the sunset. About the staff: some are very new to hospitality but you can see and feel the management are very experienced so there was no issue at all for the check in and out. The ladies at the front desk are particularly cute :)

Meine Meinung wird nicht von all diesen negativen Meinungen abweichen, denn diese negativen Meinungen sind so gut wie möglich über dieses pseudo Hotel-Melina! ! Sie können sagen, dass ich das gleiche geschehen habe, dass alles in negative Meinungen unter diesem Objekt enthalten ist ! ! Und das beste Bild dieser Erfahrung wird meine Fotodokumentation des ”Zimmer” sein, das ich nach der vorherigen Buchung von Agoda erhalten habe, ohne diese Einrichtung kennen zu lernen! Wie andere haben sich mit einer unbehaglichen und schmeckhaften Empfang von Ihnen im Empfang und Ich fühlte mich, als ob ich hier nicht willkommen war, aber meine Dollar würde willkommen sein ! Zunächst ist es nicht ein Zimmerservice, keine WiFi, keine normale Service, schmutzig gerissen Bettwäsche, die für den Austausch rufen, Weil ihre Jahre des Lichts waren in den Zeiten der roten Khmer ! ! ! !
