The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were unprofessional and unfriendly. They don’t even greet guests with basic gestures like a smile or a simple 'Good morning.' The check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking about 20 to 25 minutes. To make up for the delay, the receptionist offered me club lounge access. However, this access was never granted, leading to not only disappointment but an embarrassing situation. Also, basic amenities such as a locker, toothbrush, fruit basket etc were missing, which is highly disappointing and falls short of the expected standards. Such lapses, including poor customer service, highlight a significant failure to meet expected hospitality standards.

Excellent service from the front desk personnel. Only comment is on regards of the heating system: it was so noisy I had a very broken sleep night.

The place was okay but the building is a bit old. The rooms are also not sound proof, you can easily hear people next door. Location was very good, it was a few streets away from the city hall and other restaurants / establishments

Staff is wonderful, super helpful and kind. Very accommodating to our event and all of the attendees! Had wonderful, easy service throughout the whole weekend. The bed sheets had a prior stain. You can tell they were washed but it was an old makeup(?) stain… a little discomforting but everything else was up to par. The elevators seemed to give out fairly easy with constant use. Overall had a great time, will be back!

中規中矩 衞生還可以 就是房頂有點低有點壓抑 看到有機組住 有美國學生來比賽住 停車要收錢 但是代客泊車取車很快

私が予約した時はお得な値段だったのでこの内容なら満足。静かでよく眠れた。

非常滿意除了空調聲音比較響之外 服務人員都很nice 沒有早餐 但是旁邊走15分鐘左右就是唐人街 很方便 可以滿足中國胃

房間不錯，環境優美，位置很好，交通便利，乾淨整潔，唯一的不足是空調是落地式的，噪聲特別大，略微會影響休息。

酒店位置很棒，離市政廳很近，到大部分景點都靠步行。離地鐵站近，費城市中心很漂亮乾淨，到達酒店時下大雨，看不到窗外景色。但安排的房間挺不錯很安靜。洗澡水也很大。

代號201酒店。酒店挺寬敞的，空調極好。美聯航的機組都在這住。出門右轉有一家cheese steak店，味道超好吃，我吃過的最好吃的美式快餐。
