Sandunes Beach Resort & Spa Bewertungen

The resort is huge and the landscape is just so amazing. I reserved a room with ocean view and the sunrise was great. The red sandunes is just a walking distance. There's also a private pool and beach. Since the Vietnamese holiday ended a day before we checked in, the resort is somewhat exclusive 🫠 The resort staff is accomodating and friendly. We will come back here for sure.

Amazing service with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will stay here again if i have a chance to visit Mui Ne Phan Thiet again. But the only thing that im not satisfied is their aircond cos it didnt work well but luckly their staff are very fast to fix the problem. So overall is okay.

酒店還在建設中，別墅房間有特色，早餐很差，但是對孩子強制收加床費，強制加床卻不加床，衹是把沙發當床，不夠人性化！前台英語不好，漢語完全沒有，不建議中國人選擇這裏！

整個一末完工的工地。作為20年的老越南這次開車去的，但找個前台都找了幾圈！攜程也要把把關，這種酒店就不要推薦給大家啦

這家飯店真的很「爛」，還在當天入住的時候，抬價錢，垃圾飯店。四顆星？笑死了。跟一般旅館還不如，當天還抬價300萬越南盾。垃圾。前台服務相當爛。辦理入住要30分。退房還是一樣慢。房間還有大蛛蛛，房間爛成這樣了。還不裝修。或是修理。衣櫃門都快掉下來。朋友要毛巾還唧唧歪歪的。要客人自己想辦法。房間衛生極差。早餐還不衛生，吃完還拉肚子。完全不推薦這家。希望攜程不要跟這種垃圾飯店續約吧。謝謝🙏。飯店太爛了。照片都不想拍。就這樣。其他旅客信不信隨便你。別踩雷了

環境挺好的，對面就是紅沙丘，酒店可以直接租借摩托車，服務也非常周到，

Fehlerhafte Werbung. Das betrifft nicht einmal 1 % Ihrer Werbeleute. Resort, aber kein Restaurant, keine Bar, kein Pool, keine Verpflegung, nichts als ein schmutziges Zimmer, Schimmel, ein kaputter Tisch, keine Klimaanlage, keine Lampe, kein heißes Wasser. Trip Advisor sollte mir mein Geld zurückerstatten. Ich sollte diese Angelegenheit meinem Rechtsberater vorlegen. Trip Advisor hat unseren Traumurlaub vermasselt. Sie sollten aufhören, Ihren Kunden wehzutun.

Beautiful resort with super hospitable staff especially Kim Nguyen! She helped with getting food poisoning medicine and confirming our sleeper bus pick up! Thank you Kim for making our stay amazing. The food at the resort is super delicious, fresh, with good cocktails to accompany every meal! Amazing facilities, and a super comfortable bed which truly elevates the experience at Sandunes Resort & Spa!

The pictures of the hotel are very old! The hotel in general needs a renovation. At first we thought we were at the wrong hotel. Please make new fotos so that the guest know what they book, otherwise it is a total scam! Breakfast ist ok, not much offers for vegetarians. The beach ist dirty and full of waste, nobody cares. Definately take a towel. Sunchairs are dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND A STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The experience was okay for what we paid - we were charged $40 USD per night for an ocean view room and were given a free upgrade to a private bungalow which was wonderful. On the one hand, the beach was nice (no swimming allowed, though and most chairs had no cushions) and the pool was very big (but the water was dirty). We were treated incredibly well by the staff, with constant checking to make sure our stay was okay. We were even given two free foot massages in the spa. The restaurant was just ok - the free breakfast had a large selection, but a lot of the buffet was concerning (meat that was sitting at room temperature for who knows how long) and for a hotel that didn't have many guests, as far as we could tell, there was so much food that I wondered how much of it was old. The dinner menu was so big I was also worried about how much of it was frozen or old ingredients. The room itself was very beautiful and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. However, the patio had no furniture, so the space was wasted on us. Additionally, the bathroom shower and tub both leaked profusely so the whole floor was soaked after a quick shower. The location was not great, we ended up renting a scooter to leave for meals because the hotel restaurant was definitely not the best option we had. Overall, I think this hotel could be great if some serious work was done on the facilities and rooms.

This hotel was one of the best hotel in my vacation with my girlfriend . We spent one night and enjoyed the sun. The private beach is clean and beautiful. Every service in resort was perfect, comfortable room, delicious breakfast with buffet.

1 resort 4 sao chất lượng tệ kinh khủng khiếp Bọn mình đặt 5 phòng. Từ 2h trưa đến 11h đêm vẫn không giải quyết được vụ máy lạnh không lạnh. Gọi điện nhiều lần. Kỹ thuật lên sửa. Không xi nhê. Gọi điện cho quản lý rồi giám đốc thì hứa hẹn đền tiền nhưng hứa cái miệng không hà. Tốt nhất là nên đền gấp 2-3 lần n*** lập tức rồi tìm cho tụi mình phòng gần đây tương đương để tụi mình nghỉ ngơi. Đi chuyến đi gia đình nên con nít nhiều. 11h đêm vẫn không giải quyết được chỗ ngủ. Resort phòng ốc cũ, hồ bơi cũ, sảnh cũ. Mới sơn sửa lại sơ sơ nên vô còn nồng nặc mùi sơn mùi vôi. Resort thực sự vẫn chưa hoàn thiện, còn vô vàn yếu kém, không thể ở được vậy mà vẫn mở cho khách booking. Mà ở đây hầu như phòng nào cũng hư. Nên giờ cũng không có phòng khác để đổi nữa. Lỗi do resort mà cách giải quyết quá yếu kém và tệ hại. Cái này đánh 1 sao là còn cao chứ đáng lẽ cho âm điểm luôn mới đúng.
