i dont received my deposit refund , owner told me to refund at 5 pm after checkout , but i waiting for 1 day owner still not refund my deposit , i leave the room with the good condition huh , owner dont reply my chat

so far okey next time will repeat again this place worth in weekend parking fee not expensive

good location, this building got carpark (need to pay via TnG or credit card). The room was very clean. will be my choice for future business trips.

room electric keep on tripping throughout the whole night even tho force shut down all the aircond, lights etc. Remote controller was also hard to control to select the movie.

Very slow deposit refund. I even clean my own dishes and tidy up the comforter and the pillows for the owner. Dusty bed. I got redness at my body after the night. Don't even let me start about the toilet. Yellowish foldable shower treshold. I wonder when's the last time it's cleaned. The door can't be locked from outside, the doorknob is loose. The only good thing is the wifi speed. And there's a restaurant nearby. At first I think I would just let this slide. But I'm like a beggar now asking for the deposit back. Very not recommended !

Received complaints from my client have bedbug, but u guys take fast action. Cool

The room is clean, very comfortable, and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended! :)
