Haustierfreundliche Hotels in Getafe

We had to be in the Getafe neighbourhood for a few days, so B&B Hotel was an excellent choice for us. Especially given the fact that we had previously just stayed at a Getafe hotel with a less than ideal location. B&B was more centrally located; directly opposite a sizeable Lidl Supermarket, close to a bus stop, several restaurants and within about 10/15 minutes walking distance to the Getafe Central Metro Station. This made it quite convenient and just perfect for us.👍🏽 As I customarily do for my reviews, I'll divvy this up into the 'Positives' and 'Negatives'. PROS: Upon check-in, (and for an extension), we met PATRICIA. Patricia was a jovial, delightful woman who ensured a smooth, hitch-free process. Another staffer we encountered, (for yet another extension of our booking), was CRISTINA GÓMEZ. Christina was just as kind and pleasant. We had a nice chat with her. At check-out, MÓNICA SÁNCHEZ was also an absolute joy to interact with. So as you can see, service at B&B Hotel is absolutely fabulous! Every hotel employee we encountered was 100% professional, so B&B deserves tops marks for exemplary service! 👌🏽 I have no complaints whatsoever about the service that was provided at B&B Hotel, Getafe. We were informed about breakfast in the lobby for an additional fee of 8.50 Euros per person. Unfortunately we were so busy, we didn't get to try B&B Hotel's breakfast during our stay, but I must stay that it looked disappointing when we caught a glimpse of it on our way out one morning. The breakfast was mostly comprised of Breads, Pastries, Frittatas, Cold Meats, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Juices, Teas and Coffees. They say 'never judge a book by it's cover', but it just didn't look interesting enough for us to bother trying. I liked the deep blue colored walls, geometric signs/symbols, and a wall with 16 bold paintings hung close to each other by the seating/breakfast area. This is at the Lobby/Reception area. The B&B hotel logo was casually designed with chalk on what looked like a black board. Other written messages on the Reception/Lobby walls were 'smart peope sleep better', 'one cup of free coffee is always a good idea', 'embrace it', 'we have a great connection'- (in reference to the WiFi). This was done in white writing, with a simple font format. There was an actual bike mounted on an exterior wall. Refer to my pictures of it. It was really cool! 🚲 😎 The Reception area was basically 2 black stand alone high desks that housed the computers for processing check-ins and check-outs. These were rather unique. The 'come lift me up' and 'take me down' on the elevators/lifts was my favorite! 😍 Please refer to my posted pictures to see what I mean. The whole place had a cartoony, Pop-Art quality to it that was very appealing to the eye. It was all very fun and funky. 👍🏽 The lobby had a standing fridge with Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chewing Gum, a variety of Sandwiches, Fruit Juices, Energy Drinks, Beer, Carbonated Sodas and Water. Desayuno de 10 y cena de 12 . Es lo único que probamos pero que maravilla. Sin duda si vamos a Madrid volvemos aquí. Super tranquilo, económico y los trabajadores de 12. Nos dieron habitación un jueves 28.03 a las 23h porque nos dejaron tirados EDREAMS para el viernes 29.03 y super bien de verdad os lo recomiendo. Tema de calidades no esta perfecto, es un hotel para ir de paso a dormir y poco mas pero calidad precio, nosotros disfrutamos mucho, es mas llegamos por la noche y lloviendo y al entrar estaba la calefacción :) ESTOS PLATOS POR 13€ DE LOCOS :)

Hier zweimal im November und Dezember. Gute Eincheckung, Standard-Ibis-Zimmer, alles sauber und in Ordnung. Gute Gesamthaushaltspflege, schönes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und regelmäßig von effizientem Personal aufgehoben. Haben Sie in Getafe einige Male verblieben, so wissen Sie unser Weg um, es ist ein einfacher Spaziergang in das Zentrum, wo Sie eine gute Auswahl von Cafés, Restaurants finden. Will glücklich am ibis auf unserem nächsten Besuch bleiben

Sehr gut gelegen, ca. 30 Minuten vom Zentrum von Madrid mit dem Auto entfernt. Sauber und günstig. Das sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Es hat Parkplatz und kostenloses WLAN. Alles ist in das Zimmer integriert. Das Bett ist sehr groß und komfortabel. Frühstück ist OK. Es gibt keine große Vielfalt, aber es ist akzeptabel.

O.M.G Where to begin! We were travelling from uk with a dog and a cat, therefore our options for a mid way stop off were limited. We chose the bungalow as it afforded us the opportunity to stay with our pets. On arrival, they couldn’t find the booking and refuted we had prepaid. We got the key and made our way, when we opened the door the smell hit us first, the place was filthy, there was a fridge and hob but no kettle, plates, cups etc. the place was. Devoid of the necessities for basic living. The bathroom was covered in cigarette burns and was filthy. We had to cover the pillows with our clothes and luckily we had some throws with us which we used as bedding. The site is dilapidated and appeared to be the home of people full time. It resembled a shanty town with tarpaulin extensions to camping pitches. I did not venture into the communal facilities for fear for my health. I understand that Madrid is an expensive city to live but this site needs to make up its mind and either market themselves for those in desperate need of a home or clean the place up for genuine tourists. Staff were unpleasant, unfriendly and unhelpful. The noise at night from drunken men was horrendous and in the morning the place was littered with beer bottles and general rubbish. Needless to say that we could not get out of there quick enough. It also was not cheap… AVOID AT ALL COST
