Quest is a nice and clean service apt with good location however, I encountered an extremely unpleasant experience on the last day when I checked out.
I had booked via Trip and had fully prepaid for the stay but hotel staff, Pablo, informed me curtly that the stay has not been paid. He threatened that the cost will be deducted against my security deposit if the hotel does not receive the payment.
This is an issue between Trip and the hotel but I am being harassed for the supposed non-payment. Pablo was extremely rude and condescending and marred the whole service experience.

We enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

Sehr sauber, gut gepflegt Wohnung mit den vollen Einrichtungen für einen Aufenthalt 3-night. Wir waren als Familie von 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind angemeldet. Von der Hügel und Büsten des Hauptstadtzentrums Perth war Joondalup für uns während der Feiern des Neuen Jahres eine friedliche Geata. Die Rezeption war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und bezahlte sichere Parkplätze war verfügbar. Danke.

Location was great and service was also good. However, the room we got was very close to the lift and car roads and it was very noisy during the night. We were unable to sleep on the first night as we could hear guests talking outside the room at around 3am to 5am. Thankfully the hotel was able to change the room for us.

The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel.
The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option.

GGuest UserDie Hotels sind im Allgemeinen hygienisch, die Blumenblumen sind oben, die Blumenblumen sind auch mit Haarwaschen zu arbeiten, sehr unkomfortabel. Das Zimmer hat keine Zahn- und Tragenschleusen im Voraus zur Verfügung, um die Rezeption zu bekommen, die anderen sind noch relativ komplett. Das Zimmer, das ich reservierte, ist die Stadtlandschaft, es gibt umgebende Gebäude, der Morgengeräusch ist sehr groß; Der Rezeption-Service ist sehr nett, es gibt einen Supermarkt und einen Park unten, nicht schlecht.

AAnonymer BenutzerClean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away.
The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones.
Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help.
The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.
