Sehr nettes , privat geführtes Hotel. Etwas außerhalb, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Sehr leckeres Frühstück (Full Scottish breakfast). Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Aufenthaltsraum mit Bar. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

We would recommend the Sunbank House. The rooms are nicely appointed and the home is beautiful. The breakfast options were plentiful and the food was great. It is located close to Bellwood Riverside Park and a quick walk to St. John’s Kirk and market street area for some shopping and restaurants.

had a great stay for one night.. checked in late and everything was sorted.. no issues room had double bed and single bed.. nice and comfortable room was clean and had all facilities needed for our stay Perth centre is about 10/15 mins walk away

I truly enjoyed my stay ,and would strongly recommend staying in the future! In addition to the very clean and modern room, Finley, the owner, was friendly and a tremendous resource for golf course knowledge in the surrounding area and steered us to fantastic courses. The location was ideal to dozens of courses within a 30-45 minute drive of the location. Sunbank house was accommodating to our late evening arrival and stay. It would be a great locale for golfers or tourists visiting the region.

We had another fantastic stay with Finlay at Sunbank House our room was warm very comfortable & absolutely spotless. Breakfast was delicious & all freshly cooked . Finlay recommended restaurants & places of interest & helped with train times. Looking forward to our return next year (Booked already) ... Thankyou Finlay & the team.

Very cozy Boutique Hotel. Located in a quiet area within walking distance of the city center. Butifull and clean room, with a big comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Inviting living room, that makes you want to have a drink before or after the meal. It is possible to put together the breakfast according to wishes and needs. A friendly and helpful staff and host complete the experience of "A relaxing weekend". Thank you for a lovely experience in interesting Perth.

A friendly welcome and great cooked to order breakfast in a traditional Scottish hotel on the banks of the river Tay. The location is perfect for a scenic walk through the gardens right into the heart of the city. Very comfortable beds with soft cotton sheets.

This hotel feels more like a bed and breakfast, as it is smallish and very homelike. And yet, it is clean and hotel-like at the same time. Our host was Finlay, a very nice Scottish man who checked us in and served us breakfast the next day! They do have a cook and housekeepers, so Finlay doesn't have to do it all. He gave us great advice as to our route to Nairn through the Caringorms National Park, which was not to be missed.

Well what can I say, just a pleasure to stay at this beautiful location...... We had been on a 4 week project in the area and stayed in an airbnb, which was fine. 2 weeks later we had to come back for 3 days to finish off and stay here at Sunbank House....3 English homosapiens on foreign soil and we so welcomed here, Finley was Awesome with great knowledge not just on Scotland but Whiskey too and my Ardbeg journey began..... He would serve us in the evening and we talked about the past, present and future, just a gentleman, I am sure he loved us being there too.....if we are ever to go back in the area, I know where I will be staying.....Finley thank you so much, this one is for the memory bank!!!!!!!!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Our room had a large confortable bed with plenty of storage for clothes etc. The room had lovely views and over Perth. The hotel is on a hill, set back from a busy road, but you don't hear the traffic as windows have very good secondary glazing. Its a short walk into the City Centre. Staff all work hard to make the guests comfortable and are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Traditional hotel with warm welcome and good service. Staff very friendly and efficient. Bed very comfortable a.d all expected amenities in the bedroom. Breakfast very good . Although dinner not available at time of visit . Manager recommended good restaurants in Perth within a short walking distance.

We had a great stay at Sunbank House. We were traveling with friends and we stayed for one night while driving between St. Andrews and Stirling. Perth was a perfect stopping point, and this is a charming hotel. Perth is a small pretty river town, and we walked about 10 minutes to a pub in the city center to watch the Euro Final. We arrived around 7p and checked in easily, appreciated the free parking onsite. A full breakfast was included with the room, and they asked what time we wanted breakfast. We had an order form in our room that we turned in at the desk that evening. The next morning, we had a table waiting for the 4 or us and breakfast was wonderful! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, each one different. We appreciated that they had a small fan in the wardrobe; the temperature was nice with the window open but that fan made a huge difference in keeping the room cool! I would highly recommend Sunbank House to anyone traveling through Scotland!

Stayed here recently for a wedding lovely accommodation spotless clean very comfortable bed I had spilled coffee down my top during my trip up to Perth and the owner offered to wash my top to help me out fabulous service above and beyond but very grateful Very friendly and informative about the area Altogether a great place to stay Would definitely recommend this accommodation

Our room was extremely clean and the beds were perfect! The room was so quiet! We were jet lagged we slept like logs! Our breakfast was the best we have had! There were so many choices! I would definitely stay there again! My sister loved her short walk to the beautiful park down the street!
