We spent 2 amazingly relaxing weeks at the Infinity Blu.  The hotel is beautiful, very nicely decorated, clean and so chilled out, the staff are so cheerful and helpful and the food and drinks really are just amazing. We arrived at the hotel late at night and we were greeted by 'the famous Christine' we had read about in so many reviews and posts on Facebook.  She was expecting us as we had posted that we were due out soon.  We were welcomed in with a refreshing drink each and details of the wifi, meal times and which room we were staying in. We booked a Deluxe Sea View Suite and it certainly was just that.  The room was clean spacious, stylishly furnished and had the biggest balcony we have ever had.  There is a full sized under cupboard fridge and there were sandwiches, fruit, cake and water for us as we had arrived late.  As it was dark we had to wait until the morning to see the amazing view that was ours for the next two weeks.  It really was an amazing balcony.  Other than the stunning view, which was uninterrupted, it was so comfortable with 2 chairs, a table and 2 sun loungers.  It was so private too and got the morning sun. The food in the hotel is possibly the best that we have ever had and we always go 5 star all inclusive.  Not one meal was bad, it was all fresh, hot and so tasty.  Lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  There is afternoon tea as well but we didnt have any as we were always full from lunch.  The drinks were plentiful with lots of choice, wonderfully served up by the ever cheerful Luke (ask him for a Pina Colada, he loves making these lol) and the staff are always straight there to clear away and check if you need anything else.  Sonia and her team were always happy to chat with the guests and get to know them all. Nothing was too much and if you should need anything they will do their best to help.  The grounds and pool were so well maintained and a perfect place to chill out in.  The sunbeds were comfortable and clean.  The beach was just so lovely.  We aren't normally beach people but we were in the sea snorkelling every single day, we strongly recommend that you go explore the bay with a snorkel as the sea is so warm and clear and there are lots of fish to see.  The pool was freezing in honesty but as it was so hot it was quite refreshing to jump in. The whole area was so peaceful and we really enjoyed staying at the Infinity Blu. The views of the bay were just so pretty and it was just so relaxing we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Wir sind gerade nach einem 2-Nacht-Aufenthalt für unser 30. Geburtstag zurückgekehrt.. Dank Tatiana (Hotelmanager) hat sie unseren Aufenthalt besser gemacht. Wir wurden in ein geräumiges Zimmer mit erstaunlicher Aussicht aufgebaut, und aufgrund der Gelegenheit wurde Champagner mit einem schönen Fruchtplatte gegeben. Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit hohen Standards, obwohl ich ein paar Mitarbeiter mit englischen Sprachschwierigkeiten ungeschickt fand. Persönliche Beratung, Ihre Buchungsmanager muss bessere Wege haben und wirklich zu schauen, um ihre Einstellung gegenüber den Kunden zu korrigieren. Offiziell hat das Hotel keine Sterne, sondern ist als Boutique Hotel gelistet. Nach innerfamiliärer Diskussion würden wir dem Hotel 5 Sterne geben (ich war für 4+). Essen (HP) war sehr gut vom Buffet, sehr frisch, der Service war exzellent. Die Lage ist einalig, außerhalb der Altstadt, direkt vor der Geisterstadt Varosha, die man tagsüber besuchen darf. Interessant! (Natürlich aucht traurig). Direkt am Strand. Zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt ca. 20 Minuten. Der einzige Haken: Zimmer mit Gartenblick sind Zimmer mit Parkplatzblick; und da das ****** im Erdgeschoss 24 Stunden offen ist, ist auch immer Verkehr.

My wife and I stayed at Amanti during mid october to celebrate our honeymoon and we had an unforgettable experience. The staff promptly welcomed us on arrival and from airport pickup to room check in the process was seamless. Delicious welcome drinks were provided while we waited which is always a nice touch. The reception discussed our half board plan and we were given our room information. It was late at night on our arrival and we had missed dinner so we were given a voucher for a meal credit. We were not given a tour of the property, although this was most likely because it was after 10pm and dark so no complaints there. Upon arrival to our room we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP ******* upgrade that gave us an ocean view. We were also left a lovely surprise of love dove shaped towels, rose petals, champagne, heart shaped dessert, and a card for our honeymoon. A warm touch that made us feel extra special. Since we also missed dinner, we were given two plates of lovely little sandwiches. Throughout our stay we visited all of the restaurants-- the main buffet, and the 3 themed restaurants which are serviced with a Michelin star chef. The atmosphere of each restaurant is very romantic and chic. The food at each restaurant, yes even the buffet, was to die for. Absolutely incredible. Creative, tasty, and high quality with stunning presentations. The pool area is large, clean, and has full service with the option of a little service button which we thought was very handy, great idea. The sun beds are of your choosing on the first day and then reserved for you for the rest of your stay, another clever idea. The surrounding location of the hotel is safe and walkable, good for families, couples, and solo travelers. There is convenient access to multiple shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and only 7 minutes to the beach. The highlight of this hotel however, is the service. The service is absolutely 5 star service. We felt exceptionally welcomed and taken care of at each meal. The dining staff, hostesses, chefs, the guest services, the gentleman at the pool, all take their jobs with the utmost honor and do a wonderful job ensuring the perfect stay for the guests. Our only complaint, and it is a mild complaint, I really would only remove half a star for this.. Is that with half board, you can choose whether you want lunch or dinner as your second meal. However-- if you choose lunch, you can only go to the buffet as the other restaurants are not open. You cannot choose to have lunch or drinks by the pool. That is a separate charge, not included as an option in half board and it is quite expensive. Since this is a tropical beach vacation spot, most people want to relax and have lunch and drinks by the pool. This should be an option for half board, if we wanted to have lunch, we would have to get dressed and leave the pool to go upstairs and eat during prime pool hours (12:30-2:30) when the buffet is open. Das Hotel ist neu, modern und unspottbar sauber. Was fehlt ist der Kundenservice während des Aufenthalts. Es scheint die Regel zu sein: die Hotelverwaltung ist König, nicht der Kunde. 1. „Vorfall“: reserviert „Deluxe Sea View Room“ (siehe Bild). Das Meer sah ich nur, wenn ich auf dem Balkon stand und scharf links um die Ecke des Datenschutzes schaute. Erste Erklärung der Rezeption: Dies ist Meerblick. Nach weiterer Diskussion 15 Minuten wurde ein Meerblickraum erhalten. 2: Wir (3 Kollegen mit 3 Zimmern) haben 2 Kollegen eingeladen, die in einem anderen Hotel in unserem Poolbereich geblieben waren. Sie saßen auf unseren Sonnenbetten. Vielleicht 15 Minuten hatten wir ein viertes Sonnenbett. Das Poolbarpersonal kam sofort und sagte stolz: „Besuchern sind nicht erlaubt, Sie müssen jetzt gehen“! Diskussion mit Gastbeziehungsmanager Art fruchtlos. Sie erkennt nur an, dass das Personal uns lieber näher gekommen hätte sein müssen.
