Wir waren dort vom 25.04.2025 bis 27.04.2025. Die Unterkunft ist eine reine Enttäuschung. Bei uns im Zimmer gab es kein kaltes Wasser außer in der Dusche. Wir mussten jeden Morgen in der Dusche Zähneputzen. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, zu dem waren sie auch sehr sehr dreckig! Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns unglaublich unwohl gefühlt, und waren die zwei Tage durchgehend nur unterwegs und sind nur zum schlafen und duschen ins Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich aber das reicht leider nicht. Die Lage ist ungünstig und sehr tot. Ich würde jedem empfehlen Richtung Georgetown eine Unterkunft zu buchen, dort ist viel mehr los und gefühlt alle Attraktionen.

The hygiene was poor. The bedsheets and carpet were dusty, and the pillow was a bit dirty.The hotel room environment was terrible and definitely not up to four-star standards.

I had such bad experience staying at ixora hotel recently. At first in the room we checked in the aircond not cooling at all. We had to change room in the midnight. Then in the room we changed there are a lot of cockroach. We keep looking for housekeeping staff to come to clear the cockroach. Not really a pleasant stay.!

All is okay includes room, services and breakfast. But one thing that I should need to change is their "luxury" bidet. I'm staying for 5 days and not so comfortable using those bidet instead of pipe. I hope management will consider it for customers staying long more than 2-3 days.

First time stay at this hotel/ around SP.glad i chose this hotel because of the location.breakfast was ok.their in room dining was cheap and delicious

Stayed here so many times.. Simple hotel yet satisfying.. good location, friendly staff, the mall is just down the lobby, great range of breakfast at the hotel.. simply the best!!

Room is not clean, cockroach has been lying on the floor for days, and housekeeping didn’t bother to remove, probably never even vacuum the floor. Though room is big and spacious.

Spacious room with free parking. Toiletries, iron,iron board is provided .

The room a bit old, but deluxe room is ok. The hotel breakfast is not much choices for the main course. Overall is ok.

This is my first experience of having to wait 1 hour for check-in a hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but we arrived in Penang at 7pm, we expected the hotel room to be available so we could check-in straight away, but unfortunately our room is still not available. We are very grateful to a female receptionist (wearing a hijab) who was willing to solve this problem within 15 minutes compared to the first male receptionist who made us wait for almost 1 hour to check in. I'm sorry for throwing a tantrum at the counter because we have to wait a long time to follow, we're really tired from traveling so far. The hotel has offered 8 free breakfast sets as a sign of apology for our loss of 5 hours to check-in. Thank you again for the efforts of the reception girl. The hotel is very comfortable and the food is very good, the only mistake was the moment we checked in. I hope I won't have this kind of check-in experience again. Thank you
