The worst experience i had, previously ive stayed in this hotel twice but never experienced this kind of service at all. Totally ruined my holiday. The customer service was bad, housekeeping was poor,no way to communicate from room to reception as there was telephone but not plugged,no cable just a dummy. The wifi was horrible, Very bad service. I was with my eldery parents,unable to walk much etc and the 1st day of check in itself ruined our holiday...We waited so long nearly 2hrs to get into our room,no proper information given like which way to go or lift to take etc. The staff didn't understand English,language problems and midway they just refused to talk to me etc which i find rude and not professional. Being in the service industry and front line employees should know their work and cater to all kinds of people,not just keep quiet and walk away. Being a well known hotel with many awards,im surprised by their attitude and service. Room TV channels are limited,kitchen utensils are limited, amenities provided are limited...My stay in whole is totally wasted.
